Mike M. has serviced our furnace and AC system for a few years now. We have regular maintenance completed yearly. We know we will get an honest, professional evaluation of both systems each time Mike comes out. He calls when he is a few minutes from our house to let us know when he is on his way and always arrives in a timely manner. He's cheerful and friendly. Mike even has our dog's approval!

Jimmie did an excellent job in servicing the AC unit. Very pleasant to work with. He actually was early for the appointment which was great. He also called 15 minutes before saying when he would be here. Highly recommend Belknap. Have used them in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

We called this morning to have a repair done at a rental home we own. There was no heat. Spoke with Cory who explained what they would do and when they would be able to get there.
He arrived in a timely manner and checked the whole system. Repaired what was wrong and cleaned it up. Noted the pressure was too high and reset it.
He called when the job was complete and explained what the problem was and what he did to repair it.
No upwelling or telling us we need a whole new system. We are very pleased with this company and Cory did a great, professional job for us. Thank you! We will recommend them to anyone.

Our technician Steve showed up promptly, even on a snowy icy day, and fixed the issue causing our furnace not to work within 30 minutes. He was courteous and thoroughly explained the problem to my husband. The service call fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Belknap and will call them again for any future problems. We enjoyed Steve’s Texas accent and his Southern demeanor!

Great job Belknap. Had an unexpected furnace outage on Tuesday Feb 1. Belknap answered the phone on first ring, had me scheduled for an appt SAME DAY within a two hour window, and sure enough my tech was onsite right on time. Fixed things up in a snap, and, because Belknap had installed this new equipment not too long ago, everything was under warranty and with no charge. Just awesome way to treat good customers. And our tech Randy was just great.....what a wonderful young man. THANKS BELKNAP!!!!

Chris just finished my yearly service on my furnace. Chris was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Belknap called the day before as a reminder of appointment and Chris called before he came to appointment on time. He reviewed work completed and any potential problems. Would highly recommend Belknap for any furnace or air conditioning service and ask for Chris.

We have had excellent service from Belknap Heating & Cooling. Most recently we met Kyle, a service technician who came out to perform our annual air conditioning checkup. He was a pleasure to work with and explained the nature of the checkup in detail. Last year we had to purchase a new furnace for our home, and we received sound advice and a fair price on our furnace. We have been extremely happy with all of our contacts with Belknap and recommend them to you.

Mark installed a furnace in my parents house earlier this week and he did a great job. He was careful to use appropriate COVID protection when in the house. There was an issue with the install the next day and he went beyond what would be expected to address and fix the issue. I highly recommend Belknap not just for their work, but also because they have good people who care about their customers. This is not something you find often in today's service and repair industry. The service tech named Mike called before he came so I knew he was on his way. He arrived early which was an hour before he was scheduled. Which was great so I did not have to keep waiting around for him. He was friendly (even to my dog) and got right to work checking on my air conditioner. He also gave me some suggestions on maintaining my furnace while here. I was pleased with his service.

Howard is the best!! Found the issue and fixed. He is so knowledgeable, explains how issues were resolved, patient and friendly! We have always had a quick response for our service requests and highly recommend Belknap for your furnace and A/C needs!!

This company is really great. I have a maintenance contract with them. Mickey was at our home last week. He treated us like family. He spent an hour going over every detail. The A/C condenser is now perfectly clean, and inside the furnace including the blower fan is crystal clean. I’m a DIY’r and had not got around to replacing the furnace filter but Mickey at Belknap did! Great service tech, great company.

My furnace went out the day before Christmas. With a blizzard and driving ban in place I called on Christmas Day hoping to leave a message on a machine and get on a list. An operator answered took my info and a few minutes later a tech called me. Josh walked me through a number of troubleshooting fixes but none worked. He also had me send a pic of the inside of the furnace and tried a couple more things. He even called back later in the day to check on us! On Tuesday when travel was possible Colin trudged down the street through deep snow to reach my home. He fixed the furnace. I was impressed by the knowledge,skill and caring these techs displayed. Belknap is very fortunate to have them as employees. I highly
recommend Belknap Heating and Cooling. They go the extra mile!

Service by Nick and Mike M was great. They were personable and knowledgeable. Despite having to wait about an hour for delivery of the new hot water heater, installation was completed in less than 2 hours. Nick was prompt, actually arriving before the 10-12 arrival time. Mike arrived when necessary to assist with installation of the tank. Belknap was recommended by home advisor and contacted me within minutes of the internet request and was available that same morning for the service.

The Belknap technician, Randy, arrived promptly, examined the boiler and explained the pluses and minuses of the boiler's current functioning. Apparently, one of the minuses was a malfunctioning element related to the functioning of water flow.
After identifying the part and its location, describing the process of repair and its cost, Randy advised attention to this matter but without any immediate alarm.
I have often wondered, as I review the year-end expenses whether I should change Belknap inspections to a biennial rather than annual routine. It is inspections like this which make the yearly inspection in this cold climate worth every penny.

A week later, Belknap scheduled the necessary repair to be accomplished by Technician, Corey Smith. Corey arrived early so as to perform the service within a couple of hours. The parts to be removed required quite a few careful steps; involving draining the water and refilling the flow to the required pressure. That being done, Corey next removed parts remaining of an earlier boiler (which resisted removal.) It was not an easy job, but it was done competently and efficiently without any mess.

With the new element safely installed, the boiler continued in normal operation. Corey then addressed some of my questions about various possibilities: repair of wall heat covers, thermostat settings. All in all, there was as assurance of many years remaining of safe boiler operation.

We love Belknap for our heating system needs. Their technicians are courteous and professional. Our technician, Howard, always calls ahead and lets us know when he will be here and talks through any work needed. We would recommend them to anyone!

We have had the services Belknap for years now and I gladly refer them to all who are looking for a dependable, professional and honest servicing of our AC and furnace. The young man we had the last two times was outstanding. He explained what he had done and what we may face at a later date as our system is aging.

I had a phenomenal experience with Belknap! My furnace went out Christmas weekend. I called on a Monday, got a great price, and a whole new furnace and AC (my AC was also 30 years old, just replaced together) were installed and working 24 HOURS LATER! The whole experience was great. A guy came out within an hour of my first call to inspect on Monday, the guys who installed on Tuesday were very friendly, but more importantly - did great work. They knew their stuff.

From the first phone call to the end, I'm super happy about my decision!

Let’s just start by saying Howard and Belknap are AWESOME! We have used Belknap for years for our HVAC needs and they have always been transparent and honest- not trying to sell us anything that we don’t need. Specifically regarding this past service, Howard was very cordial, methodical, and thorough. He is obviously very knowledgeable about the work. At the same time, he takes the time to discuss in layman’s terms what he finds. Thanks Howard!!

Christmas Eve morning woke up to no heat. Your technician Ethan arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was polite, efficient, and professional. Had us warmed up in half an hour. Explained the problem in detailed non-technical jargon which I was thankful for. Pleasent experience. A terrific young man. Very thankful. Go Bills!

Outstanding service. Well informed, courteous, and excellent work. We have a Rannai combi unit that has been very troublesome and the unavailability of replacement parts from Rannai has been a serious issue. (30-90 day wait time!) Belknap has gone above and beyond to fix what they can.
This unit was not installed by Belknap, but I wish it had been. Many of the problems are due to poor work from the installer who is no longer in business.
However, parts not being available is a deal breaker for buying another Rannai!
