We were faced with extensive damage from a kitchen fire in an apartment. From the beginning of the restoration to the end it was a seemless operation. Struck and Sons were professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. The completed kitchen was beautifully restored. Highly recommend this company, was a pleasure working with Ben.

As a new home owner, when things go wrong, panic sets in big time! Struck and Sons are an absolute life saver. Ben was very professional on the phone, and extremely prompt in scheduling repair. Mike showed up and was beyond fantastic. He treated me like a worried home owner and not like I’m wasting his time. He walked me through the process he was taking. He reassured me that my home is pretty darn sturdy, and a littler water damage can be take care of. The before was nasty. The after, just look at the photos! Mold was taken care of, water damaged removed, and a home owner that can now sleep at night. I would recommend Struck and Sons to anyone and everyone that needs restoration work. We had a tree fall into our garage during the last windstorm and Struck and Sons did an amazing job of fixing us back up again. They even worked with my insurance claims adjuster to allocate more money for the repairs because their original appraisal was way too low. Thanks so much to Ben and Kathy and the whole team! They turned what could have been a huge, stressful mess into a practically stress-free experience.

This was not my first experience with Struck and Sons. So happy with my porch they put on decided to go back for a bath remodel. I had the opportunity of working with Mike Kiem and he was informative, timely, went above and beyond. This will not be the last time I will be working with them.

Struck and Sons is outstanding and meticulous from project start to finish. I had my second sump pump/basement flood in less than a year in February. Based on the excellent job they did with restoration of my finished basement flood the first time, I called Struck & Sons again. As with the last time, they were timely, professional, fast to complete the job and provided excellent restorative results. When I first hired my original contractor, I was blinded thinking that the standards and expectations of a contractor nowadays has diminished to "you get what you get". Once I stopped fooling myself, fired my original contractor, and asked Struck and Sons to not only fix the previous contractors mistakes but also finish the job, I was elated and surprised to learn that my original expectations and standards are still found in businesses in today's time. Struck and Sons was my savior and redeemer for a remodeling of a powder room into a full bathroom. They not only fixed all the problems from the previous guy, but even added the finishing touches I had always envisioned the bathroom to have. Punctuality, courtesy, and knowledge are pillars for this company and its relieving to now realize that there are still companies out there that believe in these values. Communication between the customer and contractor as well as communication between coworkers of the business is paramount and Struck and Sons exceeds expectations in both of these areas. If I could give Struck and Sons a 10 plus rating, I would! First, let me say, Ben Cook(VP of company) is simply outstanding. His customer service, responsiveness, and delegation of tasks is spot on. He treated the work desired in my home with the same enthusiasm as he would his own. Struck and Sons code of ethics filters down to the staff that are working for this company. How truly important this is, and how uplifting it is as a customer to be treated with such respect and kindness. I must give a shout out to Scott for the amazing job he did with the Judges Panel. It was made to perfection, and we just love it! Also, shout out to Mike T and Evan for the professional painting as it was completed to precision and without flaw. Lastly, let me mention Mike K. There were a couple of slight modifications to be made, and Ben again dealt with this superbly. He sent Mike K out the following morning, and all was taken care of exquisitely! We contacted Struck and Sons after having to deal with a pipe burst over our kitchen ceiling. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and the whole team. Everyone that came to work at our house was extremely nice, professional and great at what they do. From start to finish Struck and sons did a great job on my fire restoration project , I got the most for my money with struck, They started work the very next day after signing the contract, All the workers were professional and courteous to me and my pain in the neck neighbor who bothered them almost everyday. they even worked weekends. The entire process was easy, they made the process simple .They handled all the permits, worked with RG&E and the town for all the inspections needed. I would recommend struck and sons to anybody.

Struck and Sons completed repairs on our house after water damage in 3 floors. We’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years on various homes/properties. Struck and Sons was by far the best construction contractors in every way… quality of work, efficiency, timeliness/sticking to the schedule proposed, work ethic, trustworthy respectful neat subcontractors/workers, attention to detail and most importably communication. Ben and Richard were very involved in the job every step of the way and provided a seamless, comfortable renovation process. I highly recommend Struck and Sons for any small or big construction job. After the worst event of our lives happened, Struck and Sons was there to help guide and rebuild. We had suffered a terrible house fire that took the life of our dog, hospitalized my fiance, and damaged everything we owned. When my roof leaked and damaged my home , my neighbor recommended Struck and Sons . They repaired and installed new ceilings , installed new insulation and painted my entire home . I was so impressed with their work I decided to hire them to remodel my master bath . They once again did a spectacular job. Mike K was on hand doing incredible work, Shane crawled up into my attic to make sure I could wire what I wanted how I wanted it and Mike P painted my entire home in record time .
