The process is seamless, from initial contact to job completion. They utilize a text messaging system that will keep you up to date on arrival times for quotes and work starts. Reasonable cost, fast response. I'll note that after they started the job (heavy roof moss), an issue was uncovered that would require substantial additional labor before cleaning. They could not have foreseen this at the initial quote. For a more than reasonable upcharge for the additional labor, these guys, Jason and Mike got the job done. Further, everything they advised that I should expect after completion is right on schedule. Highly recommend.

The crew did a wonderful job! The brick on my house was looking particularly dingy and they brought it back to life! One side, that never gets sun, was very green. I had let it go way too long. Now it looks like brand new siding. The gutters look new. They did a marvelous job on a small patio that had gone way too long without attention too. The men on the crew were very polite and very anxious to please. You could just tell that they took pride in their work. I highly recommend Flynn Power Washing.

Flynn Power Washing was on the spot with an estimate and scheduling. They did a great job, our house looks clean and presentable again for spring and summer.
