We had a great experience with the entire team at Struck & Sons on our powder room rehab! From PM Ben, to Melissa with communication, Mike did a beautiful job on our wallpaper, and Mike K. was so great with the finishes. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend this company!

Struck and Sons did a large commercial reconstruction at our property, The Feywild, which is student housing serving RIT. Their work was thorough and well done. The management team was solution driven and was able to work with us to fit our goals for the project both physically and financially. Highly recommend.

I have recently had a major renovation on a condo that experienced a flood in late January… I hired stuck and Sons to do the renovation… And they have been nothing short of amazing! The workmanship is outstanding the crew of people that have been in and out of my house working on making my house A home again have been professional, kind and friendly… Making this process way less stressful than it could’ve been otherwise! I especially want to thank, Kyle the project manager who was great…. Mike K, Scott, Mike T, Evan and Shane… And let me add to the list Michael, who just came back to do some finishing repairs…a completely professional, but friendly fella who put my door on for me and did a few other things that needed to be finished… he did an amazing job! We have had an amazing experience with Struck & Sons. Every single employee that we dealt with (Eavan, Shane, Michael K, Scott) were very personable, courteous, concerned with making sure we were comfortable with what they were doing and thorough. Every day ended with a thorough clean up so that we could continue to enjoy our home while they worked. Their response to a few crisis moments were immediate and well handled. Struck and Sons were recommended to me when we had a small water leak. They came and fixed the issue in the bathroom sink- they repaired the kitchen ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling and also hung a bedroom door for us. They were very efficient and super friendly.

Struck & Sons was recommended to us in March 2024 after a major fire at our home in Irondequoit, New York. After meeting with them, we knew immediately that we wanted them to handle our reconstruction. From the outset, they dealt with us with skill, integrity, clarity, and with sensitivity to the trauma associated with our destroyed home. Over the next 16 months, we met with Ben and Richard on numerous occasions, some at their office, some at our home, and later had frequent contact with them through email and text messages. They were consistently receptive and alert to our concerns and had the expertise to address our questions thoroughly. Through the course of the extensive project, the skilled professionals brought in (architect, demolition, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, kitchen, bath, painting - to name just a few) were of the highest craftsmanship and reliability.

In any project of such size and complexity, there are likely to be a few times of some different perspectives or disagreement. Although such issues were very few, when they arose, they were addressed with mutual understanding and resolution. From day to day, Richard was frequently onsite with his careful eye, sometimes with instructions to the crews of things he wanted modified or changed. We appreciated his experience, oversight, and attention to detail and quality. Ben primarily oversaw the massive coordination necessary and was consistently present both onsite and regularly by phone, email and text.

Midway through the project we asked if it would be possible to be back in the house before our son’s wedding in early July. Struck pushed hard and met that date, enabling us to move back in in late June. Given that timely move, our new home was able to be a welcoming place for both local and out of town guests for such a significant family event.

Our new home beautifully maintains the character of the original house while reflecting modernization and numerous upgrades. We sincerely appreciate the entire Struck & Sons organization for the A+ quality of their work and the consistent professionalism of Ben, Richard, the crews, and the entire staff. We are happy to be references and to host any potential customers who might want to see our home and speak with us. Without reservation we highly recommend Struck & Sons.

Your work at 104 Worthing Terrace was awesome! The roof and house look new again. They took off moss, mold and mildew, extremely professional, courteous and obviously know their trade. Owner came out for estimate and explanation of all work that would be done, very knowledgeable and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Flynn Power Washing.

Jason was super responsive to my quote inquiry and came right out to look at my house and offered me prices on a few services he offers. His quote came electronically and was quick and easy to understand and respond to. The work was scheduled quickly and when I had a conflict, he was flexible and put me in on a different day. My house and roof look great and any questions I’ve had after the work he has immediately answered and followed up on. Highly recommend!

Jason, Michael and Eddie are fantastic - our house looks cleaner and brighter after years of algae and lichen growth. We were too late trying to schedule them last November as the gutters were being cleaned, but Jason put us on the early spring schedule and we could not be happier. My roof was covered in thick green moss. Everything I had tried only slowed its growth. Jason did a great job and cheerfully answered all my technical questions along the way. He discussed the chemicals he was using and and why as well as the methods he's developed to protect the shrubs, flowers and grass growing around/close to the house. His attention to detail was evident throughout the process. First rate!
As for customer satisfaction, even better. On the day of our appointment his crew arrived at my house to find no one home and the upstairs windows open. Therefore they couldn't treat the roof. When I told Jason that re-scheduling would be problematic he came to my house personally at the end of the day to get the job done. That's above and beyond in my book, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Jason and his crew did a great job cleaning my house gutters and pavers. Very neat, polite, always kept in touch. Very fair pricing. Everything looks new.

We had several estimates and procedures explained to us. Flynn was a middle of the road price. It was the first time in 32 years we had our home washed.
Flynn took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, discuss procedures. Some estimates, were based on internet pictures alone, verbal over the phone, Flynn took the time to come out look and discuss.

The 2 men did a great job. The house, brick stairs, concrete patio, shed, trim, windows, field stone looks great. What a huge difference. I would recommend them, I would use them again. I will hire them next year for my gutters. Picture of the stairs afterwords.

The guys did my cousin's house that had moss and mold on the roof and siding. They were professional, courteous and knew their craft. It looks like a new roof and the siding is bright white again. I thought Flynn did a great job. Michael, the lead service tech did a walk through with me both before and after the Soft wash service. The results were fabulous and my plants are also in great shape. It was a completely positive experience and I would recommend them highly.

This company did a great job. My roof had green mold or algae whatever growing on it call them they clean my gutters and also treated the roof right now I have no green showing anymore after 3 weeks of the application Great job guys
