The process was easy. I submitted a request for a quote, they showed up. We scheduled a day, they showed up. I spoke with a couple of the employees and owner and all of them were friendly, approachable and capable folk. Their quality of work was excellent. I would recommend.

The Flynn crew is A+ in every way. Communications were easy and timely. The quote was given quickly. And I found the information in all emails to be clearly understandable. But the BEST part was the work done by Michael and Edward! They efficiently cleaned all areas requested (house, deck, porch, windows, doors, sidewalks, gutters) and cleaned them to look like new!!! I was happy to pay the fee I was charged; it was very fair considering how much was done, and how grimy some of the areas had become. Thank you, Flynn!! Thank you very, very much!

Jason was very quick in responding to my inquiry. He came for a quote which I received the same day. He worked with me to set up a convenient time. Any questions, concerns etc. he dealt with in a very timely fashion. Will have them back for a house cleaning in the spring.

The 2 man crew that came to clean my gutters were very friendly and professional. Came to the house cleaned the gutters and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend Flynn power washing . I will definitely use them again next year.

Flynn Power Washing was very responsive. They got me a quote very quickly, answered my follow up questions, and put me right on the schedule. They soft power washed my white vinyl fence, vinyl siding, and gutters. Everything looks great. They removed some moss/lichen growth on the north side and general dirt everywhere. They were friendly and responsible on site. I thought the price was fair and appropriate. I give them my full recommendation.

We bought a house three years ago with a fairly new liner by North Eastern Pool & Spa. The liner is already failing and is only 5-6 years old. Not an install problem but a manufacture problem. Warranties are not transferable, not happy about that but not North Eastern Pool & Spa's fault. Went in to talk with them about getting a new liner because they already have the measurement and should be able to do it easy. I was instructed to call Vice President Gene Habeck after an email and two calls I finally got a call back 4 days later. He told me he did not want my business, that they did not want to sell me a liner since I already had a problem with one from them. I have never heard of a business turning down more business. Stay away from North Eastern Pool & Spa.....ask around when working with them you will always have issues.

10 year customer and regret all 10. We have spent thousands chasing the same leak and still no resolve. The may have in fact made it worst with their insistence to re-open the pool in the fall to try and fix the leak. They may very well have had water get back in the lines and they admit they never did blow the lines out again before closing the pool again. Made reference and tried to blame the company that has opened and closed my pool for 10+ years saying they may have forgoten to blow the lines out when they closed it. My wife and I watched them close the pool and they have never forgotten to blow the lines out. The guys from Northeastern that re-opened and serviced the pool for the leak in the fall said they did forget to blow the lines so who is at fault. That cost us $3,000 and problem still exists. VP of service or whatever he is the VP of has no business talking to customers and when we asked to speak to the owner he said the owner/President (Locally owned) is never around and we can't talk to him. Some family business. Talked to us like we were garbage rather than customers who have dropped a lot of money over the years on them. So, 10 years and $10K and they say they can't fix it and don't want to be bothered by us anymore. It's not like we are thrilled dealing with them as well. Said it's the pools fault, the company that closes our pool etc, Never them. Complained to us that they have been working on same problem for years. Funny how they never had a problem collecting the money for the past 10 years. You would think if they are reputable they would have said they don't want to work on our pool the very first time they came for the first problem 10 years ago. No, they milked us for 10 years and when we finally said enough and called them out, they said they are done and again, the VP couldn't have been anymore an @#$. Will report them to better business bureau and may contemplate a lawyer to recoup the $3K we spent last fall fixing absolutely nothing. They do not know what they are doing.

North Eastern Pool & Spa came to my neighborhood to open my neighbor’s pool for the season. My neighbor lives a little bit uphill from my home. As part of their process to open the pool for the season, North Eastern Pool & Spa drained a large amount of water from the pool. Instead of draining the water into the public drains along the street, North Eastern Pool & Spa drained the water into my neighbor’s backyard. Of course the water flowed downhill and flooded my backyard. North Eastern Pool & Spa conducted themselves in an inconsiderate and inappropriate manner causing problems for me.

Have had a great experience buying replacement parts from this company. Their spa serviceman, Tony, was also very helpful and professional with repairs at our home. Highly recommend.

I moved to Rochester 2 years ago and was so happy to find North Eastern Pool & Spa. The pool of the house I was moving into was in terrible shape. They helped me get it clean and ready to go! Very quick and responsive service. Love the free water tests to make sure I am good to swim! A+++++++
