We have been very pleased with the service from North Eastern. From start to finish we absolutely love our in ground pool. We were given excellent guidance throughout the whole process. Craig was very helpful in all the decisions. We also really value their help maintaining the pool as well as hire them to open and close our pool each year. I highly recommend North Eastern for all your pool and spa needs!

I went with Northeastern to build our in ground pool because they are simply the best in our area. I priced out a few places and they were not the cheapest but I knew I would get a perfect project. A family member went with someone else they found on Facebook and had nothing but problems and it took years to get right. This experience reminded me why you go with professionals like Northeastern. Craig in sales was phenomenal! He gave us realistic expectations on timing and help designing the pool of our dreams. The contractors they recommended for concrete and fencing were terrific as well. They include a one on one with their chemical specialist which she is so knowledgeable and insisted on giving us her contact info in case we had any questions. We couldn’t be more satisfied start to finish.

North Eastern installed our in-ground pool five years ago, and we've been getting all of our supplies and chemicals from them ever since. They're a really well-run business. Everyone you talk to there is so helpful and knowledgeable. I had never owned a pool before, and it was daunting at first, but they're really good at guiding you through what you need to do.

The experts here originally made our pool and we use them to open and close it every year. We bring them samples of our pool and spa water every week or two and their advice makes them both easy to maintain. Professional staff who teach you to maintain things well!

I have been a North Eastern Pool and Spa customer since 2007. I cannot give them enough praise. They are always there if you need them no matter what the problem is or what questions you have. Their customer service is second to none. I just had my pool opened by them (they do all my openings and closings so I know it's done right and it gives me peace of mind) and they forgot to put my ladder in (i have one of those heavy sand filled ladders) and one call to them and they sent someone out to install it (Not that I'm going to be swimming any time soon with this weather). That is what I call customer service!!!! On Memorial Day weekend when they are busy with all the people opening their pools, they still sent someone out. What a way to make a customer happy! Thank you North Eastern Pool and Spa for keeping a customer happy for 15 years and counting!!!

These guys are the best in town. 7 years later and the pool is just as nice as day one.

I called ahead to see if they had a spa filter in stock, and they stated that they did. I live 30 minutes away and this was the first store that said they had it. I asked for a price and they said "$30". I confirmed the information again due to the drive time and they reassured me that I would be all set. I arrived, and they DIDN'T have the exact filter that I requested over the phone. They had a cheaper made in Taiwan filter and they said it would cost $56! Instead of just telling me the truth, they lured me in with false information and tried to get a sale that way. Now I will refuse to do business with this company ever again. Be an informed buyer!!

The price includes a 3' concrete walk-around, but be aware, the installation will be significantly delayed. Additionally, contacting the masons for any reason is quite difficult. Consider contracting this work independently to expedite the process and save costs.

We paid a premium for a "seamless" process from start to finish, but unfortunately, this fell short.

They did the original installation of my pool and more recently have just put in a new liner. It looks great. Here it is filling up with water

Applause abounds for the most professional and customer service-oriented team at North Eastern Pool & Spa. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Steve in Sales. His is a consummate professional and helped us make a decision on the right hot tub. We were overwhelmed by all the options but Steve put together a fantastic deal and made the whole process so easy.

Then, Justin and Owen delivered our new hot tub to our back patio. WOW! You would never know that a forklift was driven through our yard! The quality for their work exceeded our expectations from start to finish! Justin and Owen were polite, neat, and conscientious to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the delivery. I went in to get what we needed to winterize our pool. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, they installed our pool and close it one time.

Every step of the way was perfect. Northeastern pool and spa have an excellent team. Everyone knows pools anything you need any question you have they take care of you. I would highly recommend them for all you pool and spa needs.

I have been using Northeastern Pool and Spa for around 8 years now and couldn’t be more happy with every customer service experience I’ve have. As a novice pool owner they always take time to explain balancing the chemicals to keep my pool looking it’s best. Their service department is also easy to work with and always deliver on what they say they are going to do. I recently had to replace my pool pump which was unfortunate but they made the process effortless. Corrado even took the time to write out an email explaining the new variable speed
pump and run schedule options. I will definitely continue to use this company for my pool needs in the future.

North Eastern Pool & Spa just completed our new pool and it's absolutely gorgeous.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Gorsky from the sales team who was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process helping us balance pricing, wants, and needs with ease.

From the very first day of digging, I’ll never forget Rich telling me, “It’s a process, but we’ll have you swimming by July 1st.” He wasn’t kidding. It is a process but one that North Eastern has clearly mastered in my opinion.

Every call and email was answered promptly. No detail was overlooked. While a couple of minor issues came up (as expected with any major project), each one was addressed and resolved within 24 to 36 hours.

What stood out most was the incredible employee retention. Nearly everyone I interacted with had been with the company for many years, some over a decade plus. That speaks volumes about the culture and professionalism of this team.

If you're in the market for a pool, I give North Eastern Pool & Spa my highest recommendation.

We just had our 18x40 in-ground vinyl liner pool installed last fall. From first meeting to final inspection, everything went very smoothly for our pool build. We had one small blip with the concrete company but it was quickly resolved.

This is our first full season with the pool and we’re so happy! Best decision we’ve made. As first time pool owners, North Eastern’s staff is incredibly knowledgeable and has made it so easy to learn everything for maintenance. I’m in every few weeks for water testing just to make sure we’re on top of keeping our pool balance and they’re so patient to answer questions too.

10/10 would not recommend
This company is $10,000 more than the next lowest company and over promises and under delivers. This company has more cracks than the concrete they installed 2 weeks ago. It will have been 6 months from when we signed the contract to when they finally finish even though we were told it would take 2 months. We were willing to spend the extra money with them because they promised everything would be seamless but as you can read that was a lie. If you are having a inground pool put in proceed with caution. They will tell you what you want to hear.
They wanted us to be a sub for their fences but I will not associate with a business that screws people over like this.

They have the worse concrete contractors that will not answer their phone and just show up when it is convenient for them. They are incompetent in their trade. Concrete cracked where they started because it took 4 hours to get back to that area to fill In with concrete so that spot already started setting up and they didn’t put on a seam so the next day the crack was there ( cold joint - look it up)Common sense would have it start at a seam if you not going to have that area filled for 4 hours. They also say concrete sealer is blotchy and that’s just how it is. I’ve done dozens of side walks and never had these issues even 10 years later. The reason it is blotchy is user error. The product and company would not be in business if that was the case . Recommend concrete company learns more about concrete before going into business… what a joke!

This is clearly just a cash cow for them. Just look how they push as many jobs as possible as far into the winter with no regard for the homeowners. We’re the ones that have open pools that have to be maintained even though everything should already be closed up. Wait until you have to stumble around uneven ground to constantly clean leaves and vacuum out 2-3 times a day. Your pool installs should be all completed by Labor Day instead they want a few more million.

We had a great experience working with the North Eastern team every step of our in-ground pool installation project — hands-down FIVE STARS!

From the very first encounter with Steve on the sales side, through the pool installation led by on-site foreman Mike, project coordination by Alyssa and Debbie, site prep and clean-up/grading by their crew — it has been nothing short of excellent! Every contractor they put us in contact with (electric, concrete, etc.) was knowledgeable and skilled; every message was responded to quickly, and every little issue/detail was addressed along the way. They even went above and beyond, helping to move our existing hot tub out of the way, and then at its new location (which was not part of the scope).

We will continue using their services and retail shop, and want to thank everybody on the team for a job well done, and a wonderful customer service experience!

I could not be any more appreciative of the team at North Eastern Pool and Spa. We, unfortunately, had a leak somewhere in our pool. Between chatting with Brianna in Service and Phil, I felt confident in what was happening and understood every step that needed to happen. They were incredibly quick in their response, especially since this happened during one of the busiest times of the year. Phil explained everything in detail in a way that was easily understood, yet cleaned up what he had done so well we could hardly tell where he needed to dig! Plus, the actual bill came in under what we had budgeted for! Total win/win! We appreciate the transparency and dedication to service we received from North Eastern Pool and Spa. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
