Kevin isa new representative who cleans carpeting. He replaced an individual that changed career paths. He was excellent. Kevin made a big impression with us because he not only matched his predecessor's performance but exceeded it. He is a Winner!

Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpets in our entire house. We had 6 rooms, a hallway, stairs, and two area rugs cleaned. The carpets look and feel new again. We will definitely be using him every year to maintain our carpet warranty and keep the carpets looking great. He was very courteous and timely and the pricing was comparable to other cleaners. I highly recommend combat cleaning!!

Kevin was able to get to my job the same day I called him… which was a huge help since our newly adopted rescue dog had gotten sick all over our wall to wall carpet. He was very personable, communicated well, was on time, clear with pricing, reasonably priced, and was very thorough with the job he did. Carpets looked good as new. Requested service at 12:30 AM on a Sunday. Kevin responded the following morning and was able to fit me in by 12:00 PM. He was very communicative and professional. He worked fast but was very thorough. I will definitely use this service again.

I had looked at the reviews and contacted them to clean every carpet in my house. I had some issues here and there from my new puppy. They did a great job although upon drying, there were a few lines, more like stripes that were missed. I’m sure these things happen from time to time. I called and left a precise message and unfortunately, I never received a follow up call. Unfortunately that was the deciding factor to minus a star.
