Christina has been cleaning my home for over a year. She is dependable and always shows up with all the cleaning supplies needed. She is very through and asks if their is anything she should pay particular attention to. She is easy to work with and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend her.

We are thrilled with Molly Maid. We have used other cleaning services in the past and Molly Maid is by far the best. We love our Team 2 crew!!! They are professional, friendly, and do a fantastic job. We have used their services for over a year now, (with a small pause during the pandemic). We are very cautious about keeping healthy. We social distance and stay essentially to ourselves. We feel completely comfortable with having our Team 2 crew in our home. They always have their masks on, they sanitize and are completely respectful of our personal space. I would highly recommend Molly Maid!

The ladies were lovely who came to to complete a full move out cleaning. I would’ve liked to have seen the outsides of the windows cleaned but other than that they did a great job they were very pleasant. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend Molly maids anytime.

My first time and I am very pleased. They did a great job and are coming again in 2 weeks. All I ask is please do not stand on the bar with your bare feet as there is no wall and a flight of stairs stairs if you should fall. Thanks again. Safety first.

Team #7 (Aleana and Silvia) arrived in a timely way for our first visit; they were respectful, very thorough and professional in their cleaning efforts and we’re tickled with how fresh and clean our home looks and feels.

I've been highly pleased with my Molly Maid experience. You get automated reminders for when your appointment is coming up. If you need to make a change or have any issues with the cleaning, you can just call their local office and a *gasp* REAL HUMAN picks up the phone and addresses your issue immediately. The staff accidentally missed a small area one time (no biggie), but when I let the office know to have them get it next time, they gave me a partial bill credit! The cleaning staff is professional, on time, and very thorough. You can't go wrong with Molly Maid of Rochester.

These ladies did an amazing job. The move out cleaning was white glove clean. I would definitely use Molly Maids services again and would highly recommend them. You won't be dissatisfied. Thank you.

This is a great service. They arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. Our home was spotless when they left. My wife said, "our stove hadn't been that clean in a dozen years ".Will definitely use them again.

Team #1 cleans our house and does a GREAT job!

MM generally does a nice job with dusting, vacuuming and cleaning. My home is pretty much clean when they come. Two Mollies take about 1/2 hour to clean. Upstairs bedrooms and bath are no longer used, so a quick vacuum and dust is all that’s required there. One complaint I have is they leave their cleaning rags around the house when they leave. I feel I’m paying too much for the service now. Not sure if I’ll continue with MM or seek someone less expensive.

Also feel that 3 days notice to cancel service is too much because an issue may come up less than 3 days. And, if I’m required to give that much notice, MM should give me at least 24 hrs notice when changing my scheduled time for service.

The women that cleaned were very professional. They cleaned baseboards, windowsill, dusted everything including moving items and cleaning underneath objects. I highly recommend. I will be using this service monthly.

The Supervisor, Maria has always been very professional in reviewing our needs and providing excellent personnel to provide service for our home. Prior to COVID, we had been a been with Molly Maids for many years. My wife felt, it was time now to once again to secure the services of Molly Maids, and we started there welcomed services this week. And we are happy they came in this week, the ladies were just great and we welcomed their attention to details in cleaning. 😀
