My fiancé and I are selling our home and needed weekly cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for 11 a.m. on 9/23/25, but no one showed up. I waited until 11:40 a.m. before calling, and the person who answered only offered to reschedule, which I did not. If you cannot show up on time for the very first in-home estimate appointment on time—and not even have the courtesy to call and let me know you’ll be late—it shows me exactly what I can expect from future appointments.

I think $43.00 is a little high for one hour of general cleaning for a small home. I have paid less in the past. I am pleased with the result.

We hired them for a move in clean. The house was still a mess after they left. They completely missed rooms. I will have to hire an entirely new cleaning service to come clean after them.

Team 5 has come several times to clean our home now. Wonderful job cleaning 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, dining room, 4 bedrooms and more! Dust, dirt, dog hair, kitchen spills - you name it and it disappears! What's left is a spotless home! The teams are very professional, polite and prompt. They work quickly but are very thorough. Aurelie cleans the office I work in and she is so wonderful. She always makes an effort to connect with us and does a thorough job cleaning. She is the best!

This cleaning company was terrible. The day they were scheduled they didn’t show up at the time they said they were coming. Then we called to see when they were coming they kept saying in a few hours. They never showed up that day because they said they were too busy cleaning another house. It was very rude they did that, we have a dog that we had to plan to get out out of the house while they were here and we have a baby so we scheduled to be gone in the time frame they gave to us just to have them not show up that day. Then the next day they rescheduled to come again they were late but when they eventually showed up they didn’t do a good job cleaning. Didn’t clean windows good, left hair on the ground, and the shower wasn’t cleaned good. I would not recommend this company!

Team 5 always does a very good job, they are so nice with our little son who like to “help” the cleaning ladies with his tiny mop. Very grateful for how nice our house looks afterwards

Workers and administrative over the phone were nice and respectful but ! Workers do not speak English so difficult to communicate with . They charge hourly rate 153$ but the work is so slow that they will not be able do the work they suppose to do in time . I payed twice much the price I usually pay for this work for only 1/3 rd of the house done . They left their broom and dirty towels and dirty floors and left .they stopped after the 2 hours deal and said they can’t stay until I increase the hours and pay more . Not recommending this services if you have a decent size house as you will end up paying more than 1000$ for one time clean . Very disappointed .

We have a busy household with kids, a dog, cats and bunnies. Team 5 at Molly Maids gets our house back in shape which is no easy task. They are reliable, efficient, thorough, hard working, honest and very pleasant to have in our home. Team 5 is the reason we are regular customers of Molly Maids. I would highly recommend Team 5 of Molly Maids!

WARNING DO NOT use Molly Maid Cleaners! My husband hired them because he was tying to take a load off my plate. Just had cards stolen ready to be mailed out I wrote right before they came taken each had $50 in it. Had cash taken out of my wallet. Anyone that knows me knows I know every penny I have. Also, took three gift cards I had on the counter. The receipt of one is still on the counter and they were on top of each other! I looked up the number on the receipt and it states account has been closed as it was obviously already used. Warning to all if you don’t want your things taken. Plus they didn’t clean. Owner won’t do anything. Police report filed. We are talking over $500 worth of things taken all conveniently can fit in your pockets so outdoor cameras can’t be used for police report.

Called for a last minute cleaning and they were able to deliver! Two cleaners came and cleaned my house top to bottom. Very good job! I have had Individual cleaners in the past and having a company I can really see the difference in the results! So good!

I've been using flower city cleaning for over a month, every person who's come to my house has been fantastic, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

They are the best and highly recommend. We went with maybe 2-3 other companies before and did not get as good of a cleaning or good value with others. Highly recommend Flower City if you're looking for a cleaning service.

100 percent each time. I gave a gift to my daughter, ( a mom with 3 kids, pets and no time to herself) she returned to her house thrilled to walk into a houses with gleaming floors and counter tops. She raved about all the kids rooms being sparkling and organized. Could not believe what a thorough job was done in all the rooms and especially the kids bathroom! Wants a cleaner every week now!!

I got the "deep clean" service because I've been giving my baseboards side-eye for at least 8 months and I refuse to even look at the inside of my microwave because this pandemic has given me enough nightmares already.

I trapped myself in my home office with my two dogs while the ladies from Flower City Cleaning worked their wonders around my house. I'm not sure if they used cleaning products, a sandblaster, or a magic wand, but they somehow made my yellow sink turn white again, got my stove to sparkle, and the inside of my microwave no longer is listed under "horror" on Netflix. They got ALL OF THE FUR off of my couch while my four cats actively protested their efforts. I learned that my bathroom sink isn't actually tinted blue - that was just a years with of built up toothpaste. AND YOU SHOULD SEE MY BATHTUB. I barely wanted my feet to touch it before, and now I actually WANT to immerse my body in it!

If you're anything like me, then you need to call Flower City Cleaning ASAP before these women get canonized as living saints for the miracles that they perform.

This was a great refresh to our house! I can't believe how clean they got everything - from appliances to baseboards to a shower full of tiny tiles! The best present we've given ourselves in a while - time back from spending Saturdays cleaning to enjoying time with the family! Can't wait for our regular cleans to start!

The whole experience was terrific! There is nothing like coming home from work and seeing your house look and smell so great. They did such a terrific job and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. This was my first cleaning and I gotta tell you that I'm looking forward to next one!
