We hired Flower City Cleaners when we were expecting our fourth baby. I have never hired anyone to do housecleaning before and wasn't sure if it would be worth the expense. It was SO WORTH IT. There is something especially relaxing/stress-relieving about walking into a sparkling clean house, especially in the early weeks of having a new baby. All of their staff that I met were very pleasant, cheerful, thorough and professional. I highly recommend them! :)

I used this service for initial cleaning and two maintenance cleanings. It is one of the biggest mistakes I have made this year. The initial cleaning was very thorough. The maintenance cleanings were acceptable in quality. During the second maintenance cleaning, the staff flushed paper towels down my toilet and clogged it. I was notified by text with no apology or ownership by the manager as to what happened. There was no attempt to right the wrong. Their inability to do their job ended up costing me $1300. Beware Flower City.

We have been extremely happy with the service that Flower City Cleaning has provided us. All of their techs are very nice and professional. Scott is great with communication and keeps you up to date on anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the Rochester area.

I contacted Flower City Cleaning to do a deep clean of my boss's home. Scott explained the different services and worked with me to come up with a plan that would work for us. We scheduled a date, a week before I received an email confirming my appointment day and time. On the date of the service Missy and her team arrived on time, brought all the supplies they would need and got to work. It was no small task but they all performed professionally and thoroughly. They were pleasant and friendly the whole day and the house looked amazing when they were done. I highly recommend, and we will be using them again!

Flower City cleaning is wonderful! I've already recommended them neighbors and friends who asked. Our long-time cleaning person stopped working during this pandemic, so we looked for a locally-owned firm to fill her shoes cleaning our furnished apartments. Flower City cleaning worked with our schedule to help and we are very pleased!

Our first experience with an FCC Tech Greta was very good last week and again just this morning an excellent experience cleaning a different apartment with another Tech, Keishla. Both apartments look wonderful and ready for new guests! Scott's also been very responsive communicating scheduling, billing, and especially today when we were returning to ROC later than planned.

If you’re looking for a cheap, under the table cleaner who house cleans as a side gig, you’re reading the wrong review. The folks at Flower City are professional, thorough, responsive, reliable, and accommodating. I can find cheaper but I haven’t found better. I’ve had enough experiences with other services providers over the years but it’s likely I’ll use Flower City until I retire down south.
