My husband and I enjoyed working with the entire Concept II team during our recent kitchen renovation. We were thrilled with the guidance and communication the Concept II team provided. We also enjoyed working with the team and their friendly atmosphere. Not once did we feel like we were pushed into something we didn't like or something beyond our budget; they truly want you to be happy with the design and materials and provide all the information necessary to help with those decisions. We will definitely use them again!

Concept II did an incredible job remodeling my master bathroom. They were so easy to work with. The workmanship was outstanding!! They were extremely clean and careful to minimize any disruption during the 3 weeks of construction. The few times we had hiccups they were quick to address them and were always pleasant and highly professional. I would not hesitate to work with them again on a future project!!

Kerry Ann, Ross, and the crew did a fantastic job on our remodel. We loved the design experience and the cabinets for our bathrooms and kitchen are top notch and so much better and more usable than what we had. Throughout the process they were supportive and tolerated my endless questions! We have no regrets and are thankful everyday for our new kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room!

We just completed our kitchen remodel and could not be happier. Concept 11 made the entire process enjoyable. With their hardworking and trustworthy staff. During the process everything was kept clean and organized. The attention to detail was amazing. We worked with Ross and Kerry Ann to design the project and they made the process easy. Every detail from start to finish has been impeccable while working with Concept II. We had a huge project including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and flooring and I feel like I couldn't have been in better hands. The staff was kind and communicative and helped plan every detail. The execution was seamless and we had the best guys on our reno, they were fun, very skilled, detail oriented, always on time, tidied every day, and helped explain things in response to my many questions. Even wrapping up a few little details after finishing the project, I feel like I'm still getting such great attention with the goal of getting everything right. I feel like we've become friends over the course of our work together and I would recommend Concept II every time, I couldn't be happier that we picked them for our project.

This was a terrific experience from start to finish. Ross, Kerry Ann, Tom, and Alex. I come from a construction and trade background and have very high expectations for a quality project. Ross and the team exceeded my expectations on all accounts.
Starting with the design, Kerry Ann spent a lot of time to discuss with us what our needs and design ideas were at the start, and picked out fantastic suggestions that helped refine these ideas. The selection of tile, fixtures, and design expertise that Kerry Ann brought to our project was second to none. All materials, fixtures, etc. were of the highest quality. I highly recommend Kerry Ann, she's a true professional and has an eye for style and detail.
Ross, the owner, then met with us to refine expectations and to review a detailed estimate of materials and labor. Not only did I appreciate this level of detail, but in the end, we were extremely close to the initial estimate. I found this high degree of professionalism comforting; these guys have a lot of experience to know what a job will entail.
Our work was done by two highly experience and accomplished tradespeople, Tom Hanley, and Alex Zazubec. I highly recommend both of them. Tom is a master craftsman of the highest order. In Rochester, NY, you can't hire Tom Silva, but Tom Hanley is an equivalent level of master builder. He took our bathroom in a 100+ year old house down to studs and joists, first doing careful demolition, then carefully leveling and trueing the walls and floor. This is important because it dramatically improved the fit and finish of the tile work. Everything was roughed in and set expertly, from the electrical, to the cieling exhaust fan, plumbing, etc. Details are important and I'd like to bring up a few. First, he took the time to install an insulated flexible duct to our fan, so that we wouldn't have to worry about condensation problems later on. Another example of the level of detail was that during the demolition, we found an old unused heating pipe. Tom was able to adjust our plans, and customize our vanity with a kickspace heater, so we could again use this heating loop with a new specialty radiator. He was able to customize the cabinet on site. Sheetrock work was excellent, and during the work I got an excellent education on finish work that helped to improve my own skill level, which I really appreciated.
As you can see in our pictures, we selected extensive tilework, and Alex Zazubec of Elite Custom Tile & Stone was subbed in to do the work. Alex is also a craftsman of the highest order. As you can see in the images, all tile was cut precisely, and installed with care. The finish of the tile, leveling is impeccable. It's like it was installed by the hands of a surgeon. He also built a custom, two shelf niche.
All work was done with super care for dust control, daily clean-up, and foot traffic was minimal. It was not an inconvenience at all to have these gentlemen in my home.
Everyone has different expectations for quality work. Mine are extremely high and the team exceeded my expectations. Concept II installed the nicest room in our house. I will only use these team in the future, I was so impressed with the work.
If your family is considering a remodeling project, and you want to be impressed with a value building addition to your home and life, I HIGHLY recommend the dedicated and professional team at Concept II. I'll be a customer for life.

From the beginning with design to the end of the project this was a spectacular company to deal with. I highly recommend them. We worked Sarah on design and Steve and Rick were our construction and install team. They kept the work area very clean every day. We set a time line and hit it exact on the money. We couldn’t be happier with these results and the people at this company. The owner Ross was even involved and you can tell he really cares about the project coming out exactly how you want to see it!

We worked with Ross Pino and Sara Brown to completely redo our kitchen. Sara is incredibly talented and designed the perfect kitchen to match our existing house and functional for our family. The entire team was extremely patient and helpful with every decision that needed to be made. Tony’s construction team was amazing to work with. Really appreciate the attention to every single detail. We love our new kitchen!

The customer service and timely response was great! I called first thing in the morning and they were scheduled to come the next day. I received a call back and they were able to fit me in and complete the repair the same day. I would highly recommend their services!

Repair person was efficient and polite. My dryer was repaired quickly and efficiently. However, when the service technician came for the initial service call, he claimed that the cost of the repair would be $575 (for parts and labor) because it was out of warranty. He said that we could think about getting the item repaired and get back to them. If we chose to have them repair the dryer, the $140 would apply to the cost associated of the repair.
Upon my own doing a little of my own research I learned that the item was under warranty. When I called back to clarify, the customer service representative had to double (and triple check). Begrudgingly, they acknowledged that it was, in fact, under warranty and if I wanted it to be repaired it would cost $99 (labor) and $18 to ship the parts. I agreed to have the dryer repaired knowing that the $140 would least cover the cost of the labor. When the repair person came, he fixed it and then billed me $160 stating that because it was under warranty the previous service call (an inaccurate diagnosis) costs would not be applied to the repair. I have no problem with the work done. I feel like they were intentionally misleading about the warranty. The fact that they charged me for a service call that they know was not accurate, supports that. It indicates that it’s part of their business model. Just be a little careful when dealing with them.

Dave came to repair my washer and informed me that it wasn’t worth the cost of the repair and I should buy a new one. And I appreciate the honesty. Very friendly/ professional and definitely would recommend him to anyone needing services.My oven wasn’t turning on all the time.Dave came back the next week with the part and it works perfectly. I would give him 30 stars if I could 👊

Cristian and Chris did a great job. Refrigerator running great now. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. We have worked with Register Appliances for over 40 years and we highly recommend them. It is a standout company related to communication, pricing, timeliness and customer orientation.

Jamie was awesome! He took apart the dryer and pointed out the issues. I could tell he was highly experienced. Took care of my issue and it was well worth it! Also gave me some advice on my dishwasher while he was here! I’ll definitely be calling back with any future appliance issues! Highly recommend!

Needing a repair person for our oven, I searched the reviews on Google. Register Appliance stood out from the others so I called them. The night before they were to come, our dishwasher developed an issue. Register Appliance was able to repair both appliances, saving us hundreds in replacement costs. They were on time, knowledgeable and the price was right. Thanks Register Appliance!

We actually answered the phone when you call with a person who can speak English! They made the appointment. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to and he was straight up Honest and respectful. I also appreciate coupon that was given in case we decided to go to orville's for our new appliance. Our technician's name was Ray He was wonderful to work with.
