Register Appliance has been making repairs in my home for over a decade. They continue to be knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I appreciate that I am told ahead of time who will be coming to the house, with a photo, and the service professional was in uniform and very polite as well as respectful. I would recommend them to anyone with an appliance issue.

Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Dave was knowledgeable, informative, and knew what we needed to repair our dryer and get it going. He showed up when they said he would arrive and worked quickly to get the job done. He even let us know that another tech from another company had made a mistake and corrected it. They were able to schedule an appointment right away rather than having to wait days or weeks for a repair. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I need any other repair work.

This was our first time using Register Appliance since our regular appliance repair did not do Bousch dishwashers. Making an appointment was easy. While our repairman did not show until the later part of the scheduled time, when I called the office they informed me he was still on a prior appointment and would call when he was on his way. José was professional and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He mentioned the service was warrantied for 90 days if the problem came back. I would use this company again if needed.

Very professional and explained what was wrong so I could understand for the dishwasher. Then he is going to replace the lid lock on my washer. I was glad he was able to look at it since he was here for dishwasher. I would recommend to my family and friends. Very quick appointments and called to let me know how far away he was. I had my dryer vent cleaned. The technician was communicative, kind and efficient. He took the time to explain what he did and what he found. He also explained when I should call for the next maintenence schedule. I didn't feel over sold. Great experience.

José did a great job for us. Professional, courteous, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with the gas feed on our stove top, and fixed the issue very quickly. He explained his process and what to look for should the problem recur. As a bonus, he gave us some tips on keeping other appliances free of problems. This was our first call to Register Appliance and we will call them again should we need a quick response and reliable service.

Our oven broke, and we had to find a repair service fast. This company was recommended on Next-door app by a number of people. I scheduled online for the next day.

The tech identified the problem quickly and was honest that even though it is a new machine (1.5 years old) the repair is basically the same price as a new. We only paid the service call and he said their quote would be good for 30 days and we could think about it. I feel he was fair and honest, would recommend.

Jose D came to diagnose problem with our refrigerator. After understanding what could be wrong, he went back to the shop and brought the part to install the same day!!! He provided great service and spent extra time to make sure that everything works!

Ray was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and arrived within the time frame I was given. Service was completed as expected. Area was left clean and the dryer vent cleaning was done in a timely manner. Price I paid ($246)was higher than I was told it would be over the phone ($199 approx)

Jose did a great job. He was courteous and friendly. He promptly assessed the situation and began to systematically approach repair. He explained what he was doing and upon completion tested the Washer to insure that it could complete cycle. Additionally, he let us know that the services were warrantied, so if it did reoccur within a short period, they would come back out and reassess.

I just moved in to a new house and needed my washer and dryer hooked up and stacked. Dave L. and Dennis H. did a fantastic job. They were very professional, of course, but also knowledgeable when it came to some complications along the way. They even had to leave at one point because my outlet didn't match the plug of my dryer and it only cost me an extra $30. Not to say that it wasn't somewhat expensive in the end, but you can't beat the convenience of having someone come out and accomplish what you can't.

Jose R went above and beyond with our dryer repair today. After Register Appliance fit us in for service the same day we called (right after a snowstorm, no less), Jose found that he needed a part that another tech had, 25 minutes away. He and the tech met halfway to hand off the part and Jose returned to complete the job, finishing after 6 pm. He was courteous, considerate, and helpful throughout his time here. Highly recommended!
