Enjoyable Reno With Concept II

Our home remodel was an enjoyable experience from start to finish and every step in-between.

Debbie was a doll to work with through the design phase. She listened intently to our likes, dislikes and often opposing spousal points of view! She helped get us to selections we both loved!

Rick, the carpenter, had unwavering attention to detail and going above & beyond with his master carpentry skills. Benny, the electrician, used his expertise to bring our vision to life with all of our lighting needs. Jorge labored trough many tiling projects-each one done meticulously.

The glue that held everything all together was Ross. He was along side us every step of the way. We appreciated his daily check-ins and knew that he was as vested in the project as we were.

We love our home again and enjoy welcoming guests into our gorgeous, one of a kind Rochester home.

If you are considering a kitchen or bath reno, without reservation, we recommend Concept II!!!

Since moving to Rochester in 2010 and recommendation of two friends, our first project with Concept II was to redesign our masterbathroom. This was the start of something good.

Over the last several years we have had Concept II design and install a wet bar and re-tile the 20' high chimney breast in the main room, install cherry cabinets cabinets for our TV/hi-fi and library and re-tile the chimney breast in the family room, expended and remodel a pre-existing 4 season room into a new dining room and re-tile the entire first floor common areas (entry hall, kitchen and dining area) in limestone. They also reconfigured a second guest bedroom on the first floor to give us an excellent private bathroom and a separate powder room. They have excellent design team who listen and and incorporate most of our suggests that worked.

On the installation front, Concept II had perhaps the more professional team we have experienced (and having owned and operated two historic Inns on the Cape, we have a little experience of good and not so good craftsmen. Their work quality and attention to detail is second And equally is their care of our home in terms of protecting adjoining rooms to the dust that inevitable results from construction.

We cannot recommended Concept II more highly for their design, installation, attention to detail and customer care and service. We would be more than happy to show their work to any prospective user considering employing Concept II.

I ordered a California Faucet from Concepts ii for my kitchen renovation and Ross Pino was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t live in Rochester but did drive in to see the showroom and look at the faucets. I later placed the order with Ross over the phone and he had the faucet shipped to my home address. I like to shop as local as possible as much as possible rather than online and the Concepts ii price for the faucet was very competitive. It arrived today and I’m thrilled! Can’t wait to see it in my new kitchen. Thank you, Ross!

As you can see on the Concept II website, this company creates a beautiful and innovative kitchen. Working with Linda, Deb, Aaron, Jessie and George was nothing less than a positive and pleasant experience. Concept II is with you every step of the way, attending to each detail with precision and handling the total project from start to finish. In addition, we had so much fun in the process. I highly recommend Concept II. This is my fifth kitchen creation. They nailed it.

We began this project promising ourselves 3 quotes. We stopped into Concept II and met Pam Dailey. We left Concept II, drove a mile down the road and turned around. An hour later, we had a signed contract with Pam. The design is incredible and the entire process was just unbelievable. She worked with the project manager Aaron Dana to create a kitchen that has sent us over the moon. The attention to detail was amazing and Pam's design is a gift that keeps on giving to us. We've had it completed for nearly 2 weeks now and not a meal is prepared without mention of her design. Pam and Aaron made us feel like we were the only clients they had. As busy as they are, they were consistently timely and responsive to all of our needs. Not only have we found the top designer and project manager in Rochester and the surrounding communities, we have found new members of our family. A kitchen remodel with Concept II allowed for the intimacy and grace of a kitchen remodel to send us over the moon with pure gratitude and satisfaction beyond what we thought was possible.

Derek, Aaron and Ted worked on our install from design to finish. Derek has a great vision that he genuinely brings to life. Aaron oversees the entire process and unlike others in the profession, communicates like no other. He and his crew arrive when they say they will and are finished in kind. I had the most experience with their Installer, Ted. Enough can't be said about the attention to detail Ted will bring to your home. I'd strongly recommend concept II to anyone looking for work to be done on their Kitchen or Bath.

Concept ll far exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed by the whole process. I had gone to several other companies and Concept ll was the only one that truly listened to what I wanted. Linda’s design reflected what was discussed in our conversations. Aaron made sure that the project ran smoothly and took care of any issues that came up before I even knew that there was an issue. The team of installers on my project did a great job. Very professional. They always showed up on time, answered any questions, always cleaned up before they left but most importantly paid attention to details. Thank you Gary for having such a great team work on my kitchen.

Long, long story, but we are so happy with our experience with Ross and everyone at Concept II. We just recently had them remove and install a brand new Wolf 48" dual fuel range for us after Charlotte Appliances botched the install and broke the range. When Wolf offered to send us a brand new range, we told them we would only have it installed by Concept II. Ted and Aaron were so professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will be back for our master bath remodel!

Concept II is a quality business. The whole process of redoing our master bathroom was seamless. All the staff we encountered were very professional and excellent at their position. They made the whole process of deciding on details for the installation easy. The installer that did our project was a perfectionist and a detail person and as a result our bathroom is perfect. We just walk in our bathroom and feel we our in the lap of luxury. It was also fun incorporating both of our tastes and "must haves"d in the process to create a place of relaxation that we both love and can enjoy for years to come.

Using Concept II was one of the best decisions I made when it came to building my new house. I used them to design the kitchen, mudroom and 4 bathrooms and purchased all cabinets and appliances through them. They installed everything that they designed and their work was impeccable. They were very knowledgeable and prompt with any questions or changes that needed to be made along they way - and even were accessible after normal work hours. I will be using them for my next project which is a full bathroom in my finished basement. I would highly recommend them!!

With the help of the Concept II designers, multiple rooms in our home were remodeled with a focus on the particular taste and decor we desired. The ideas we brought to the table were welcomed and incorporated in every room design. Within our kitchen, especially, a custom colored palette was planned, which was also incorporated into the bar and laundry room areas. We were so pleased during the entire process and would recommend Concept II to anyone seeking an outstanding remodeling experience!

As soon as we entered the showroom, Gary (the owner) greeted us. Right from the start, we felt welcomed and knew we were dealing with a special group of professionals...the feeling was more like dealing with family/close friends. Our kitchen is the heart and soul of our house and Concept II truly understands this. Derek was our designer and Aaron was our project manager. We could not be happier with the whole experience. We were kept informed throughout the process and actively consulted when anything was in question. We were involved in the project development from start to finish. My husband wanted a special type of range top and Derek was very flexible in getting this for us. We made a mistake in choosing the right color tile for our backsplash and Concept II was very supportive when we changed this out. The contractors and subcontractors were top notch and extremely professional. Aaron was always available and actively kept us in the loop. Both he and Derek are top notch. My husband and I could not be happier with our kitchen remodel. Thank you Concept II.

Over the years, Concept II has done complete remodels of our kitchen and two baths. The design process, ordering, and the work always goes smoothly with this company! Everyone does what they say they are going to do, on time and pleasantly. The results are terrific. A problem arose at one point, and the owner was very responsive. Customer service is top notch! Our kitchen, family room, and powder room remodel with Concept II exceeded our expectations! The design, flow, and functionality of our new space is beyond what we ever imagined. We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Concept II and could not be happier with the results. The scope of the project involved a complete demo of our existing kitchen to make way for new cabinets, countertops, open shelves, backsplash, high end appliances and lighting. Ross Pino, President of Concept II, worked closely with us throughout the renovation. He provided updates on a regular basis and quickly responded to any questions that surfaced along the way. Ross also coordinated the work of flooring installers and painters that we had hired on our own. He and his team were very professional and skilled. Pam, who worked with us on the design side, had great ideas, suggestions and advice based on our requests and overall style. Ted, Project Manager, worked on installations and finishes and Ben and his crew did all of the electrical work. They are clearly masters of their respective crafts as was reflected in their workmanship. The project was completed effectively, efficiently and on time.
