What a breath of fresh air Jose was for us. After trying GE direct and getting a quote that was for more than the cost of a new dryer we turned to Register Appliance Services. Jose came out and did an inspection then provided a quote. Jose was on time, respectful, knew exactly what he was doing and provided a real quote that was inline with our expectations.

Jose is excellent and his dispatch team is on top of their schedule.

We will be using Registered Appliance Services for all of our service needs and will be requesting Jose if he bs available.

Nobody loves spending money on appliance services but they make it easy, they are fair and they do the job right.

Highly recommend and great job to Jose.

Tina was pleasant and got the job that was ordered done. However, I was charged $114 for cleaning the fridge coils. I was never asked if I wanted that done and all she did was reach under the fridge, when she was on the floor replacing the water filter, and pull out some dust.
No vacuum or even a coil brush was used.
I think that was an inappropriate charge, especially since it wasn't something I requested.
Very disappointed!

It's nice to see that this company cares enough about their business to follow up with a phone call. I would definitely use their service again!

I was extremely happy with the knowledge, the courtesy, the timliness and the communication from Derek when we had him come and fix my dryer. I trusted his expertise and those in the office. I would recommend Register Appliance and Derek to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

Over $300 for a technician to come out twice and we are still getting the same alerts on our 5 year young LG dryer. If our house catches on fire because of this issue mark my words it’s because this company took our money but didn’t do its job! Pictures from before they came, the first (small) load ran after they came, and another (small) load after their second trip out.

Very fast service from when I called. Cristian knew what he was doing, and was able to fix the washer within a short period of time. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

I especially like how the company sends a text with a picture of the person coming for service, it makes me feel comfortable knowing exactly who is coming.

Great customer service on phone. I talked to a real person who was knowledgeable and efficient! The service tech, Jamie, was very professional and knowledgeable about my dishwasher drainage problem and went the extra mile to make sure that the dishwasher and drainage were truly in good working shape before he left. Will definitely call this company again when needed!

I had a very minor refrigerator repair on a 30+ year old refrigerator. The service and tech (Dave) were awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend using Register Appliance for your home appliance needs. Their service call price is very reasonable given if it stops working within a certain timeframe they will come back at no additional service call charge.

The service was very good and the rep was courteous and knowledgeable. The entire time at our house was about one hour, most of which was spent replacing the water pump. I was surprised to learn after the fact that the $119.99 trip fee appears to cover none of the services that were rendered.on site. $229 (which did not cover the cost of the part) seems like a lot for a one-hour visit. Perhaps they rounded the diagnostic time (about 10 minutes) up to an hour and then rounded the replacement time (about 45 minutes) up to an hour, I don't know. As I said, the service was very good and their response time to my request for a service call was also very good.

Jose, was very knowledgeable about his job, he took his time and explained to me what he was doing. After the job we finished he checked to see if everything was working properly as well, and it was. He also took the time to clean the dryer out from all the ugly dirty stuff 🤮. Also when he was on his way he would call first and also send a picture of himself which was also very helpful as well.

Tina was great.We had her look at our dryer and induction stove. She knew exactly what to do and saved us some money too. No pressure at all and showed us what was wrong and that it was cheaper to buy a new dryer than repair this one. Great honest service. She also explained not to use the self cleaning feature on our oven as it burns our wiring etc. Thats what caused our stove to break down.

Register was responsive and thorough. Chris figured out what needed to be done to fix our dishwasher, ordered the part and was back within a few days. His work was efficient, clean and competent. oh, and he's a real nice guy. Thanks.

Great experience. Sam was capable and knowledgeable and he fixed my Whirlpool washer quickly (even though parts needed to be ordered they came in the next day and Sam came back and completed the job). I have absolute confidence in Sam and Register Appliance Services. Bravo and thank you!

Service was excellent! Unfortunately they turned off the gas to my furnace thinking it was the power to my washing machine!! I never complain about service but it happened twice !! Woke up on the following days to a cold house, 58° and 55° .

Dave L did a great job when helping me out with an issue with our washer and dryer! He knew exactly how to fix them and was able to do it right then! He was kind and detailed and very transparent about what he was doing and the cost. The business itself was able to get me scheduled very fast and made the process very easy. I got information about Dave before he came to my home and received a phone call when he was on his way. I’d highly recommend them for anyone needing help with their appliances!

Cristian did a great job to diagnose the problem and explain the options. The part arrived quickly and the ice maker was repaired the next day.

Excellent service experience. However, I was a little shocked at the cost of the repair.

So happy with the service and support! Came quickly to repair our oven and even ended up replacing our dryer vent! My dogs normally hate when service people are in our home but they had a blast getting extra attention! Highly recommend for customer service, efficiency, rates, and dog friendly folks!

Jose was prompt, courteous, neat and did a great job. I was smelling gas when the dryer initially turned on, then it would dissipate quickly thereafter. RGE and the fire department couldn’t find the problem. I feel stupid that I never noticed a huge split down the back of the duct, but for some reason the lint wasn’t escaping into the room. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had an incredible experience with Register Appliance! Their team member Jose came immediately after our dishwasher emergency. They even text when on the way with a photo of the technician! The parts were ordered immediately and Jose was back within two days to fix it! Professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with! He even offered friendly advise on how to further take care of my dishwasher. Amazing!

I had an issue with residual gas smell in my dryer. Register Appliance Service was quick to respond to my inquiry and get my service scheduled. On the day my technician was schedule, I recieved a text with a picture of my technician, Dave, and a little blurb about him. I appreciated this feature as it it nice to know who is coming into your home. Dave was great, he called letting me know his eta, he was very nice, and efficient. I needed a part ordered to correct the issue which was done at this appointment. They were able to schedule me with the part for later that same week. Overall great service! Would recommend.

Shane and Peter were at my home on Monday, June 21. They moved my furniture back into my home after my floors were refinished following a flood in my upstairs. They did an exceptional job; were flexible, accommodating, and polite. It was a pleasure having them in my home. For customers who expect professional service, I highly recommend Shane and Peter.
