Zeke and Cas were great. As a new homeowner, who just experienced a traumatic flood, they answered all of my questions and did not make me feel stupid or insecure. Zeke led me through the process and asked me what my preferences were prior to him doing any removal type work to salvage my items. Both gentleman were aware of their surroundings and careful not to disrupt other areas of my home. They put down sheets for the front hallways and were careful not to scuff my newly painted walls. I hope to have the same team return to pick up the equipment so I can thank them again.

Very happy with Servpro after fire clean up. The techs they sent were friendly, helpful and efficient. The clean up was done in 3 days which we thought was fast considering it was the whole upper floor and they cleaned everything. Rooms without fire damaged were organized and deep cleaned and looked better than when we left! Rooms with fire damage were also left surprisingly clean and they salvaged/cleaned anything they could. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home which is important. We would recommend them to anyone for clean up needs.

My basement flooded due to sump-pump failure and I was flooded about 2.5 inches. After installing a new sump pump and draining the water I called ServPro. Unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover the damages and thankfully most of my items were far enough off the floor. However, we needed ServPro to come in and dry everything, haul away damaged items, and prevent mold from taking hold. I called them Saturday afternoon and they were able to come Sunday morning. Anthony and Zeke were courteous, knowledgeable, on time and conscientious of my situation when it came to budget.

We were done in about 2 hours, they hauled away boxes and books that had been damaged. They left huge fans and a dehumidifier. I spoke with Felicia about my service and they were able to come a day early to pick up their equipment to save me some money and from having to take a day off of work. The basement was bone-dry and there was no smell at all. Doesn't even look like there was a flood.

This was my first time using this company and I was more than satisfied with their work. Shout out to Andrea too for helping me finish up everything at the end.

My experience with ServPro was nothing but fantastic. Rachel and Zach arrived on time and were polite, friendly, and professional. One of our cats had peed in an expensive upholstered chair and they were able to clean it quickly and effectively. Will definitely use again!

Our basement flooded due to heavy rains. Servpro came promptly for an estimate. Dealt with Kaitlin, Zeke, Zach and Luke…each of them professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Clean-up began quickly and effectively. Couldn’t have handled this issue without them! Highly recommend their services.

Jimmy came to take away the equipment and he was amazing! Not only did he take away the equipment, he also cleaned up afterwards. A bunch of debris from the attic crawl space where they were working had fallen into our closet and he left it as if nothing was ever touched! Cleaned up everything! Great customer service was top notch with him! Thanks Jimmy!!

Both Zeke and John did a great job! They were very professional, respectful and polite. Their work to take out the ceiling tiles, rug, flooring and couch that was too damaged from the water leak was beyond helpful. It is such a relief and encouraging that this restoration project is of to such a good start.

Zach and Jimmy came to pick up a lot of clutter that I had in 2 rooms.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of East Monroe County to anyone who has experienced water or fire damage. After some major water damage at our house, they completed all of the necessary mitigation and demolition work for us. Not only did they do great work, but they offered excellent customer service and were very helpful and cooperative while we worked through the insurance process. Although we were very satisfied with the work that was done, we felt a bit taken advantage of when the invoice arrived. We had a very small area that needed water remediation. The invoice charged for 1.5 hours of time on the day of set up, 1.5 the one day they came to monitor how things were going, and 1.5 the day of removal. The amount of time they were actually there was probably less than 20 minutes on day of set up and take down. More like 5 minutes the day they monitored. We were told that the 1.5 is the minimum charge. However, the invoice says (hourly charge) next to the description, which would lead us to believe an hour might be the minimum charge. Additionally, we were charged over $200 for debris to be hauled away. There was a very small piece of carpet pad that actually had to be removed. How does this cost over $200 for removal? We could have kept it in our garage and removed it ourselves. Additionally, there were charges for tearing out the wet carpet pad (which Servpro didn't do, we did it ourselves) as well as tear out of wet drywall, which there wasn't any.

When my husband called to ask about these charges, the woman told him that there was nothing she could do, and that this was actually a lower invoice than what most people are charged. How is that a helpful response?? Just because it's lower doesn't mean that it's reasonable. It's a difficult situation because you need help to remediate the issues, but we definitely felt like the charges were not in line with what was done.

Tyler and John were thorough and polite. The carpets now look like they are brand new and they didn’t before! I recommend Tyler and John to anyone who wants to have their carpets cleaned and get a good job done.

All work was done very professionally and the young people who performed the work were very friendly and polite. The workers were Rachel, Anthony, Matt, Zeke, and Angel. We thoroughly enjoyed them.
The work we had done was due to a fire in our oven that resulted in smoke damage. All floors, ceilings, walls, rugs and carpeting, kitchen cupboards, dishes, utensils, lamps were thoroughly and carefully cleaned. They explained everything with clarity and asked for permission when needed. We highly recommend this service when needed.

A water overflow caused part of the ceiling in my living room to collapse causing a huge mess. Servpro was there in about a hour to mitigate and clean up and dry out everything. They cleaned the contents of the room and when the ceiling was fixed they cleaned again and put everything back together. They wouldn’t leave until it was perfectly done and I was happy w everything. Zeke the project manager organized the work and answered my emails immediately and after work hours. Michael and John provided excellent work and took their time making sure everything was done thoroughly and thoughtfully. Once again ServPro proves they are the GOAT of clean-up and restoration!

Serv pro was able to remedy our situation the same day we called them for cleanup of our flooded basement. John came out and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and within 2 hours of receiving the estimate ; they dispatched personnel. Zeke and Shane were awesome workers ! They worked until 7:30 on a Friday evening! They did a fantastic job cleaning up a huge mess left in our basement after very heavy rains flooded our basement and crawl space, leaving behind mud and silt and water.They were very detail oriented and left our place looking great !! We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a clean up !!

Everyone we worked with at ServPro was helpful and thorough. Amanda was so communicative on the phone to coordinate everything and Michael and John did an excellent job explaining the work they were doing and why.

We recently had a dryer fire in our basement that filled the house with smoke. Servpro came out the same day I contacted them and made recommendations on how to eliminate the electrical fire/melting plastic odor from the house. They installed fans in the basement and 1st floor to help with the odor and Luke and Zack spent a day cleaning the smoke soot from our entire basement including floor joist and all hard surfaces. The basement is spotless!! it has not been this clean since the house was built in 1965. They did an amazing job and our house is odor free. Great company and very competent and courteous employees. Highly recommended!

We found ourselves on a Saturday morning with ankle deep water in the basement. Contacted ServPro who arrived quickly. The crew assessed the situation and got straight to work. They removed the soaked carpet, ruined personal property and damaged sheetrock. They were pleasant and efficient. I can't state strongly enough are total satisfaction with the service and the crew.

I have to tell you I am very impressed with the professionalism of the office staff to the the workers that show up on site. Kaitlin in the office called me to set up appointments and called to confirm less then an hour before arriving to the house. First stages were handled by a man named Zeke… him and his team pulled up the carpet and took off the molding and made sure everything was completely dry and there was no mold. That made us very comfortable knowing that it was done right. The next step which was the final step they came in cleaned and shampooed the carpet. Devlin and Zack were definitely on point and made sure all was good. You can not teach this quality of work!!! A big thank you to servpro and their staff.
