In search of cleaning services for my apartment, Molly Maid was recommended by my leasing office due to their VIP affiliation with Konar Properties. However, after waiting almost two hours for their arrival on the day of my scheduled appointment, I did not receive any service.

I scheduled a first time cleaning service with Molly Maid and received a confirmation email that they would arrive at 12pm on Friday, March 14, 2025. I also received two text messages from them following up with me about a previous inquiry that I had about their services prior to booking. Lastly, I received an email sharing details about how I should prepare for my service prior to their arrival. Within that email it stated, "You will get an automatic text message reminder 3 days before and the night before you will receive a 1.5 hour arrival window message." Although this did not occur, my fiancé and I prepared our home according to what was shared. We also adjusted our work schedules to accommodate the cleaning service.

The day of the service (today), I called Molly Maid to confirm when they would be arriving as I did not receive any texts and it was already 57 minutes after the scheduled booking time of 12pm. I was told by the woman working in the Molly Maid office that they would arrive between 1pm-2pm as they went over time on a previous cleaning. Almost another hour had passed, and I received an email from Molly Maid stating that their team had arrived but could not use the elevator without a key fob and that they tried reaching me by phone.

Immediately, I called their office again and shared that I have not received any outreach regarding their arrival. The woman that I spoke with from earlier shared that she called me twice, left two voicemails and text messages. She also stated that after she texted "me" she received a "STOP" message from the number that she was texting. She read the number that she texted and it WAS NOT my number. The number that she read back to me was COMPLETELY different aside from the area code. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she accused me of putting down an incorrect number when I scheduled my appointment and that her team had already left.

This experience is unfortunate as I was prepared to spend up to $325 for the service and to tip 20%. I WOULD NOT recommend Molly Maid and will also follow-up with my leasing office regarding this experience.

I was very explicit on the particulars I wanted them to clean and I am satisfied with the results. My home smelled clean upon entering the house. I'm keeping them on a regular basis.

We had our first service this week for a deep clean of our home and the Molly Maids exceeded my expectations. They did a phenomenal job cleaning every single aspect of our home and I was overjoyed with the result. We can’t wait for them to come back! Would highly recommend them.

We started our biweekly cleaning with Molly Maids this week and are extremely happy with the first cleaning. The attention to detail was amazing! The ladies were respectful and kind and so efficient. The Maids that cleaned my friend's house were thorough, focused and pleasant. They cleaned exactly what I needed and left the rooms smelling fresh and sparkling. I would hire them again and will refer them to friends.

It was GREAT! The two Ladies came right on in and went straight to work. Everything went extremely well as they worked very diligently & efficiently and didn’t miss a beat. Proud of them and their service! I can’t wait to have them clean my home again!

Initial consultation with Maria was great ....I was in hurry. She was quick and professional. I wasn't happy with whoever answers the phone. Because they messed up my scheduled time for my first cleaning and she didn't seem to care (I believe she was the same person that actually scheduled my appointment). Once the cleaners arrived they did do a good job!

Long story short the $300 deep clean is not worth it. I called after coming home to notice my floors were still dirty and a room that we specifically asked to have done was not cleaned at all. I called to have them return and told them I only need them to come back and do the floors and mud room and that everything else looked good. I was told someone would be over between 1-2 to redo the floors and mud room. I got home at 4 and they were still cleaning so I called and told them again that they only needed to clean the floors and mud room and that I need to get in the house. After coming in I noticed the mud room was still not done and when I called back I was told that it probably wasn’t done because they needed to leave since I needed to get in the house. Over all this has been a headache and they clearly do not listen to customers specific requests and lack communication.

Wow! After our initial clean we are hooked. They communicated the day before and the day of with instructions and timing so I knew exactly what to expect and when. The maids were thorough and efficient and our home didn’t smell like a hospital after. So happy to be working with them!
