The staff is consistent and reliable, with great communication when it comes to addressing our needs, identifying potential maintenance issues that my regular staff may have overlooked, and notifying us when supplies are low. Did monthly cleanings for 9 months and everything was great until one day she didn’t show up… I tried to get ahold of her and my texts and calls weren’t going through. I then called and texted on a different number and it went right through. She blocked me and I truly have no idea why.. Genuinely confused what happened…but also shows lack of professionalism and reliability.

Had no issues until this.. came as a big hinderance as people were staying at my house the next day and I was relying on it being cleaned.
