Northeastern Pool and Spa was great to work with for our pool project! Our salesperson was Craig and I would highly recommend him. We started our project in September and it was completed in the spring. Craig and the rest of the team was very patient with us and they listened to our needs. In the end we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out.

The water level in my pool was dropping too fast recently. I performed the bucket test and found the pool was losing water at a rate of about 3-4x as fast as the water in the bucket. I have a good friend who told me he had a similar issue and called North Eastern. I made the call.

I'm glad I did. I left a message and they called me back in a few hours. I could tell this company would be good by the way the lady (I'm so sorry I forgot her name she was great) knew everything I was asking and answered my questions. She then set me up with a leak detection appointment for 3 days later!

Yesterday comes around and I get a phone call about 8am from Phil saying they are on their way. Long story short Phil and his diver (who I didn't catch his name but he can hold his breath a long time) answered all my questions and were not bothered by my curiosity about the process. They found 4 holes in my liner with one being about the size of the curve of a quarter (I can't believe I never saw it - see photo). They located and patched them up in about an hour or so total.

Come today - the water is the same level as yesterday. I can't thank them enough. When this happens your mind goes racing to the worst scenario and this turned out to be the best scenario. My liner has some years on it and I will absolutely be calling North Eastern when I need a new one in a few years and any other pool needs I have.

I recently had my Dolphin serviced under warranty at North Eastern Pool & Spa in East Rochester, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked specifically with Corrado, who diagnosed the issue quickly, handled the warranty process with Maytronics, and had me out the door with a new power cable installed in no time.

Corrado has also done a few pool motors for me in the past, and every time he has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. What really stands out is that he takes care of customers the right way — ensuring things are done properly and fairly. That level of integrity gives me a lot of confidence, both for myself and for anyone else who relies on their service team that he manages.

I wouldn’t call myself a regular customer, but Corrado is the reason I’ll continue to come back for random chemical days, solar covers, and various pool equipment — and why I’ll gladly continue to recommend his services to others.

Kevin gets them looking like new again. And the pet smell is gone! But not only does he do a great job, he's extremely friendly, professional, and trustworthy! Very professional work. My carpets are really nice now. I had some pet odor afterwards (a few days later) and Combat came out and re-did the whole upstairs loft for free. I was expecting to pay, did not expect them to be so quick to just show up the next day and re-steam the carpet for free. Amazing. The carpet is beautiful and smells great now. Would highly recommend Combat. I plan on getting other rooms done soon.

There is nothing like a clean carpet. Every year before the holidays I call for a company to come out and clean my floors so that everyone can sit around the Christmas tree in a fresh and comfortable space. Usually, I am pleased with the outcome for a few days, but then the stains reappear and the fresh scent is gone. COMBAT CLEANING IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL! I will never call another company. When the two gentlemen arrived at my home, they were friendly and professional. Kevin is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about providing stellar customer service. He went above and beyond my expectations and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. I waited to post a review because honestly, I wanted to make sure the stains didn't reappear and the quality held up after a few days. I'm happy to report that my rugs still have that brand-new feel and  seem even better than the day I moved in. I HIGHLY recommend you call them RIGHT NOW and book your appointment. It's some of the best money I've ever spent.

Kevin was instantly my first call, knowing he is one of the best, and he didn’t disappoint. We have a handicapped cat who has had a bunch of accidents in a particular bedroom. The carpet after cleaning looks and smells infinitely better. He also cleaned some high traffic areas, and they as well have come back to life. I cleaned carpets for two years with Sears, so I’d like to think I have a decent handle on what constitutes good carpet cleaning. Great communication, text notifications for his arrival, and was out to us within 24 hours. Excellent!

Kevin was amazing! Super professional and nice. My time frame was 2-4 and I got a text just before 2 that he was on the way. Kevin explained what he was going to do before he started. To do 3 bedrooms, hall and stairs and the living room took about 1 hour 45 minutes. We have never used a professional cleaning service before but will definitely keep Combat cleaning in mind for the future!

Kevin, the company owner, was professional, courteous, and efficient. Although he arrived a few minutes late for our original appointment, he kept me apprised of his progress by text, which I appreciated. He completed his work (carpeting in three rooms) quickly and I was pleased with the results. I will not hesitate to employ his services again.
