On February 9th, they sent out a technician who wasn't supposed to return until the next day, but he never showed up. When I called again, I was told someone would come by as soon as possible in the morning, but that's been a week ago. Every time I call, the story changes. I've had no heat for most of this week and have been left feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of follow-through and poor communication are a far cry from what was initially promised. To be honest, I regret ever choosing this company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
