The final insult came when the supervisor promised a technician would visit on August 21 but failed to show up. When I called her, she was out of office, and her assistant sent an email demanding full upfront payment for the repairs – directly contradicting what I'd been told in writing by the supervisor. This revealed a shocking level of internal disorganization and a business that operates without integrity.

To make matters worse, the supervisor misspelled my name on an email and failed to correct it when I pointed out the mistake. It was a clear attempt to antagonize me.

In the end, I had to pay their listed price just to get my unit fixed for the reasons stated above. The ordeal has proven that Yost & Campbell is a company that will take your money under false pretenses and treat you with contempt.

Do not waste your time or money on this company. Avoid their heat pump offers and steer clear of making the same mistakes I did.

When he came to do the job, he started acting like I needed a brand new furnace for a huge amount of money - way more than I expected. He claimed I needed some parts replaced that didn't even exist in my system.

Luckily, I got a second opinion the next day and it turned out I just needed a simple fix for a fraction of what they were asking. My system was good as new again at a tiny fraction of the original price. This company is completely bogus. Don't waste your time or money on them - just go somewhere else!
