The team from stellar roofing was great through the whole process of. Originally a salesman came to my door last year and I turned them away and said maybe next year. Sure enough exactly a year later they came right back. They were persistent but my roof was in rough shape. They sent Brandon out to take a look and we got his recommendations. We decided to go ahead with it and scheduled for a few weeks later. On the day of the job the crew was great, they cleaned up everything and they finished before 2 pm. My project manager Julian kept me in the loop the whole day and was great to work with. Would definitely recommend for the quality of work and professionalism.

I spent the better half of a year getting quotes and vetting contractors for this project. I had even put a deposit down with another company prior to finding Stellar. Stellar’s professionalism was unmatched out of the gate. Their sales reps ability to work with me to find the exact products and warranties that met my budget and needs were far above and beyond my experiences with any other company.
Always do your own research and get comparable quotes - but Stellar was the absolute obvious choice for me after all the time I spent researching what’s involved with replacing a roof, siding, gutters, soffits, and fascia. A huge project, in my opinion, which they handled incredibly with honesty and precision from start to finish. I have every reason to believe they will stand behind their work for many years to come and that’s truly what matters to me after the job is complete.

I recently had my roof replaced by Stellar Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, the entire process was smooth and professional.

Rosa/Rudy's team did great work. They cleaned up very well and were done in a day. The roof looks great. The foreman was in touch with me atleast 4 times asking if everything was alright and if i needed anything. The link to pics is great.Justin Hammond was my salesman. Stellar Roofing did a fantastic job of replacing boards and re-shingling my roof. Edwin and Luis led a team of 10 people very effectively. The team was on time each day. They worked very diligently, hard, and did a great job. They were very friendly and attentive to any concern I had. When the job was completed effectively, they cleaned my property very well. I am very pleased with the work they did. I am happy I chose Stellar to do this work. I am also happy that the Project Manager, Cisco Garcia, was assigned to my project. His updates on status and progress were very timely and informative. The daily picture updates were very helpful to me. He ran an excellent project on behalf of Stellar.

Antonio and his crew did truly an exceptional job, from start to finish. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of their work on my home. Antonio kept me informed all the way through the roof replacement process, and the entire crew did a phenomenal job from setup to cleanup. They carefully went over the final results. A tiny chip off my window pane was caused by a fluke tile falling down, and they repaired it immediately and offered a replacement if I wasn't satisfied. I was very pleased with the results, and this is the first year ever I've also had a break from ice damming!

We just had a complete tear off of roof, new roof, water stop, underlayment, and flashing installed along with all new gutters installed by Stellar Roofing. Everything went very smooth from the sales presentation through construction and final cleanup. Pat did a great job explaining all the details of what was going to be done with examples of all products and worked with us to stay within our budget. Scheduling was also handled well as I wanted to have both roof and gutters done in the same week.

Antonio and his crew did the roof install and were very professional in all parts of the job. We really liked that they were taking pictures and drone footage that was posted by them during the day so you could see real time progress. Any issues were documented and explained like water damage that needed attention. Clean up was very professional and checked over and over to make sure no nails or debris was left in my yard.

AJ and his crew did the gutters after the roofing on the very next day and it’s looks amazing.

I would recommend Stellar for any roofing or gutter work on your home or business.

Had windows and siding done by Stellar. Windows were installed quickly and inside trim work is beautiful. Leon Turner and his crew completed the siding. The crew were very detailed oriented, clean and organized. Leon was an amazing project manager to work with. His communication was fantastic, ensured everything was done perfectly, and we were happy with everything from beginning to end. Will definitely use Stellar for future projects!

From our first encounter with Chris Conya to our project manager Cisco on the day of the roof work, I cannot express how happy we are with them & Stellar roofing. The work crew lead by Luis was phenomenal. I am beyond thrilled with choosing Stellar for it roofing needs. It was a bigger job than anticipated, but they did not disappoint with the quality of work. After a roof leak due to heavy rains and the two previous inadequate roofers we contacted Stellar Roofing. They quickly assessed the damage and explained why the previous restoration was a complete mess to say the least.

The sales team were easy to work with when we proposed on replacing half the roof. They placed a secure tarp over the damaged area to prevent further leaking until the scheduled work took place.

The team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule despite potential rain delays. True to their word they delivered on their promise and completed all work and cleaned up the grounds 5 minutes before the heavens opened up.

They utilized drone footage and web tools to keep us informed and confident about the work being done. These tools gave us the ability to see their work quality and showed how the team was replacing the roof sections.

They excelled in cleaning up the grounds of any stray roofing nails and debris.

The ventilation and stacks were replaced with better materials. They also removed the inadequate snow melt wires installed by the previous homeowner.

The grounds were efficiently cleaned up, unlike other companies that left hidden debris.

The project manager provided a digital receipt, certificate of completion, and a twenty-year warranty for materials and labor.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Stellar Roofing again.

Antonio and his team did a great job on a complete tear off of my roof. All the decking was replaced as well on the main house. Antonio was professional in every aspect of the job process and procedures to complete the job in one day. Marcus and Sergio did a great job with keep everyone moving efficiently which I was very happy to see. They did a really job on putting our vinyl soffits on. All the workers worked very well. They came at 7 o’clock am and got started right away. They took a 10 minute coffee break and 30 minutes lunch and got finished in one day. They were all very professional and courteous. It looks really clean now. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience with our roof replacement project from start to finish. Our salesperson, Devan, spent several hours doing an estimate and talking us through various options and his follow-up was outstanding.

When a winter storm forced a delay in our project a week ago, our initial project manger, Antonio, and his supervisor, Pat, arranged to have the previously delivered dumpster and materials picked up so that our driveway was able to be snow plowed. We recognized that the extra step wasn’t an easy business decision from Stellar’s side, but the customer service it demonstrated says a great deal about the company.

Today, our project was finally able to be completed and we are very happy with the results. Project Manager Cisco along with Rudy’s crew worked diligently from the crack of dawn to complete the work in one day. I give them 5 stars for the quality, timely completion, and meticulous clean-up of our site.

In addition, the uploaded photos of project progress throughout the day allowed us to follow progress step-by-step. It was very satisfying to be able to see the work done from from replacing wood all the way through to the shingles. (All the stuff a customer never sees once the shingles on on … we were a able to see done.)

Quality matters to us and photos of flashing used around fireplace chimney and air vents demonstrates that quality matters to our crew. Kudos to Cisco, Rudy, and the whole team!

I had Stellar come out to do my roof, some insulation work, and my gutters and they were effective, communicative and like partners through the whole process. My sales rep Jacob Brown was outstanding when he first came out, taking time to answer all my questions and go over everything offered point by point, he even worked with me when there was a little hiccup during the process making it clear that he was in this for the relationship not just the money. I also have to give props to Julian the forman on my job, he was energetic, knowledgeable, and gave clear reasons to why things were done the way they were, even coming back out to touch up a small thing personally when I notices a piece of protective metal was missing. I for sure am going to recommend them to other people!

If you’re thinking of getting a new roof — go with someone else!! This place has caused my home and family more trouble than our ancient garbage roof ever did.

We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children’s sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward.

The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you’d think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn’t have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it.

We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings.

The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they’d be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor’s driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn’t do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it.

The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that’d blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.

We had Stellar come out and look at two different roofs that started to concern us. Kyle came out in the POURING rain to look at the roofs we were interested in having repaired. He took photos, measurements, climbed on the wet roof and was extremely thorough. He even cleaned out a clogged gutter for us! Antonio’s crew came out on a frigid Friday morning. I was expecting them to cancel but they came out and completed the whole project in one day! They provided me photos throughout the day with updates. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the initial phone call to Antonio’s final walk through. All the employees were fantastic to talk to and work with. We will be using them again to replace another section once this past project is paid off. Well done Stellar.

Worked with Antonio and his crew. They were awesome. I had cedar shakes on my roof originally and they took those off, stripped it down to the studs, put new plywood on, etc. They did a great job and the job was done in 1.5 days. I received pictures along the way of the process and Antonio contacted me several times throughout to let me know what stage they were on. I was informed the whole time and it was great seeing before, during, and after pictures. Antonio came out after the project was done to go over it with me and make sure nothing was damaged, etc. The roof looks awesome and I recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
