The quality of the materials is excellent. The grab bar is high quality and positioned conveniently. The Moen shower head is excellent. The hardwood floor was damaged when the tub was removed. The shelves were positioned 12-18 inches too high.

Note Followup: I changed my rating to 5 stars because 5 Star repaired the floor and lowered the shelves. I highly recommend 5 Star to anyone needing their services.

Five Star Improvements did a great job on our roof. We had our roof completely torn off and redone. As with anything in life, mishaps happen. Ross was great at helping us sort out the hiccups in the project. He went above and beyond to make us feel satisfied with the work. We are satisfied with the work and are in love with our new roof.

We are very pleased with our new roof from Five Star Home Improvements. The job was on schedule and completed in one day by a 7-person crew with good leadership.
Skylights were installed and leak damage was repaired. The cleanup was thorough as our yard and shrubbery look immaculate.

Jacuzzi shower remodel did an absolutely great job of putting in our new shower. Evan, our installer was fantastic. He kept us in the loop the whole time. He made sure that our shower door that we ordered would work in our bathroom. Unfortunately, we realized that it wouldn’t work. 🥺. Evan got ahold of his boss and thankfully they were able to order another door at no cost to us. THANK YOU. Once again our installer Evan was excellent. This company is exactly what they advertise

I just had my tub removed and a new shower installed. My installer John did a fantastic job and spent all day here on Saturday finishing it up. It looks so much better and I hope to have many years of enjoyment and safety from a walk in shower!!

Just completed a shower replacement for us. The installer worked very hard, spending twelve hours with no breaks in order to get the job done. His work was outstanding and I was able to follow the entire process, so faults would have been detected. Highly recommend to company!!

Five Star did a complete tear off replacement of my roof. Everyone along the process was professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with matching trim and Vito was able to get it setup the next morning.

Technician Jimmy is fantastic. Excellent in his knowledge of product installation and the product itself. Polite and just a complete gentleman. Takes his shoes off when coming in your home to work. I recently had a freestanding shower replaced through Five Star Improvements. Tom and John were the best! They removed the old shower, prepped the site and installed a beautiful new and more accessible (and safer) shower for me. Tom and John wasted no time in accomplishing the task of removal and replacement, making sure that everything was sealed properly and that the new shower head worked correctly. We had replaced the single front door with double french doors to widen the front entree. Now we can get a powered chair through and a ambulance gurney can even enter the house now. They were very professional, quick, and easy to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Robbie and Nate did an AMAZING JOB on my bathroom. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. Very very polite gentleman and did a wonderful job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! They cleaned their mess up and wiped my bathroom sink and vanity all down, swept the floor, and took all the trash with them. I could ask for better service.

We contacted with Five Star Improvement to put new shingles on our house. Justin, their sales rep, explained we first needed a tear-off of the old shingles as required by code since there were two previous layers of shingles. He then explained the entire process from beginning to end and the estimated cost of new shingle replacement. After selecting the color, type, and brand of shingle we signed a contract that laid out all the specifics of the project. Alex, the project manager, took over from there and arranged for the delivery of a dumpster and all the materials for the job. Louis and the roofing crew removed the old shingles and discovered the sheathing had considerable damage and needed to be replaced with new plywood. Alex got new sheathing delivered and it was on the roof by the end of the day. A previous leak around the chimney got special attention from Louis with new flashing. The crew did a great job putting down the new shingles. Cleanup was very thorough at job's end. Our new roof looks great, and we are very pleased with the results.

Great job removing our very old windows and installing new ones. The windows made a massive difference in terms of insulation and outside noise isolation. Work was scheduled promptly and communication was excellent throughout. Everyone was polite, professional, and considerate. Overall a positive experience!

I called Five Star Improvement about a leak around my chimney and vent pipe. I spoke with Ross, who came out the very next day to inspect and repair the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the fast turnaround and excellent service—especially since we were expecting quite a bit of rain. Highly recommend Five Star Improvement and Ross for their prompt and professional work.

The installation team did a superb job, were very friendly, made some suggestions & did NOT hustle through the job just to get it done. Their attention to detail was refreshing. Sarah (our sales rep) did a great job & did not "oversell" the work they do. I would hire Five Star Improvements again.
