Rick was very professional, timely, and responsive.
He repaired our driveway with crack fill, then he seal coated to perfection! He actually made our 20 yo driveway look new! He used care around the top and bottom of the driveway, and the entire project was completed professionally by the owner personally. I am glad I used him after trying so many others. We hired East Coast Sealcoating & Paving for the past 3 years. We have a few properties around Rochester which were done this year. They are clean, fast and got the job done. We will be recommending them to our neighbors and plan to use them again in the future.

After getting rescheduled due to weather a few times, I was getting discouraged and ready to cancel. But boy glad I stuck it out with this company. Top notch! Very precise, fast and efficient. Driveway looks fantastic! They didn’t get one speck of black on any concrete that meets the asphalt. I was amazed. No streaks or brush marks after. Jet black. Appears nice quality sealer. Highly recommend. Already recommended to 2 coworkers. Definitely booking them next year!

Absolutely terrible communication once he had my money and has now completely stopped answering me now that I said I wanted things fixed. About the installation, they seemed have trouble making a straight line, freehand marked the edges so my driveway fluctuates between 9 and 11 feet wide, also seemed confused by curved edges as well, none are consistent. They must have ran out near the end of the job and made it very thin. To top it off, I was overcharged by his own admission and I’m still waiting for any resolution after months.

We hired Ricky to help clean up the landscaping around our property. This was a difficult project, and Ricky did an amazing job. He handled all of the complex permitting issues with the city, and the final product included permeable pavers work, fencing, concrete, steps & patios, and patching up part of the exterior foundation. Ricky did an amazing job, and has a great eye for detail, even going so far as to purchase and install new mailboxes. Included here are some of the before and after photos. We would definitely recommend Ricky, and we would work with him again! Thank you for your great work.

Ricky runs away from his problems rather than deals with them & lacks accountability. I hired him in March & paid in full for a discount (rookie mistake), which he came to tear up the driveway right away. According to Ricky at that time, he said he would return within 8-9 weeks to pave the driveway. 8 to 9 weeks passed & I didn’t hear from him. I reached out & he said he couldn’t pave the driveway because of the weather, which was a valid excuse at the time. As the weeks continued to pass, and the weather improved, Ricky was harder to get ahold of & ignored most of my texts & calls, probably because he had no good excuse for his absence. I finally made an ultimatum and demanded my money back. He offered to write up an agreement stating that if the driveway weren’t complete by July 25, he would issue me a full refund. I agreed & he finally returned at the very very last minute (2pm, July 25th) to pave the driveway & was done before 5pm… the driveway is 2100 square feet & many weeds grew back as 18 WEEKS passed from when the driveway was initially prepped. I expressed my concern of the driveway needing to be re-prepped & Ricky reassured me that they would handle it the day of paving. 6 weeks later, there are weeds growing through the fresh asphalt!!! & not only that, but I am STILL waiting for Ricky to return to pour concrete at the apron!!! He told me he would come back within two weeks of paving the driveway to pour the concrete. At the two week mark, it rained so he said he couldn’t make it. The next week, it was bright and sunny, and so I reached out to him to see if he would be getting it done and I’ve reached out every week since. It’s one excuse after another. An absolute nightmare, I DO NOT recommend!

Terrible, I've called twice to schedule appointment, was told appraiser would call and set up a time and I've heard nothing. It has literally been months. Try another company.
