Every time I look outside, I'm glad we hired Rochester Patio and Landscape. Their quality of work and attention to detail resulted in one amazing patio. Trevor and his team were incredible to work with and their customer service skills were outstanding. They were friendly, hard working and they really listened to what we wanted and executed every detail. They were easy to reach out to and great to work with. If you need a new patio, call them!

I would give this ZERO stars if I could! WOW what a completely horrific job! Do NOT go with this company, you will absolutely regret it. Trevor and his team completely rushed the job resulting in poor aesthetic and functionality. He even admitted it “wasn’t his best work”. He had so many excuses, took forever to reply, and never came and tried to rectify the problem. We have cracks, uneven lines, water sitting that created large effervescence spots and we will have to rip out the whole lower level with another company. I never write bad reviews to discredit business but this was absolutely necessary. Do better Rochester Patio and Landscape!!

Absolute horrible service, and even worse work. Patio started cracking after one year. Ignored my mother for a whole year until, 2 years had passed. Then told her "these things can last for 1 year or 30 years" Super interesting considering other companies say completely different. I wouldn't recommend this service for my worst enemy. 0/5 stars and if you're okay with this work only lasting a year, THIS IS YOUR GUY.

I had a few estimates for a new front walkway, stoop, and a *huge* backyard patio installed, with a firepit area coming off of it, all of it brushed concrete.
Rochester Patio and Landscapes' quote was reasonable and in line with other places, and they went over layout issues, and made suggestions that made sense.

They came when scheduled, and did the job over a few days, as it was a big project and the weather wasn't playing too nice. I am very happy with the results and would recommend to family and friends.

So happy with my new patio!! Dylan and his whole crew were super friendly and efficient, there was an unforeseen issue with the demo of my old patio but he explained the issue and solution super well and it turned out perfect!

We had stonework done to enhance a vinyl siding job … we were very happy with the end result and the professional way in which the work was accomplished … Dylan and Chris were polite and happy to answer questions as the work progressed. We appreciated the fact they were flexible and agreed to extend the front stone work to enhance the original design.

I asked Rochester Patio to do a concrete patio and a couple side slabs for trash cans and ladders. After a couple rain delays, they showed up as promised and went right to work. I had some specific requests, which they met perfectly. Each guy had a specific task so they could get multiple things done at once. They recommended I add a curve on the patio, which looks fantastic. I've recommended them to my neighbors and I recommend them to you.

Rochester Patio & Landscape did a fantastic job with our new sidewalk. Good amount of demo involved and a few things to work around but they nailed every step. This was my second time using them and they did not disappoint. Demo and new install fully completed in a single day. Could not be happier or more impressed with the process as well as the finished product. Stop looking for someone else. These are the guys you want on your next patio/landscape project!
