American customs replaced all my windows last year. I just wanted to take a minute and share my experience! When I called for an estimate, Kevin Mondschein came the very next day! He was awesome! When he left he said he’d have a quote for me the next day. Sure enough, the next morning kevin was dropping off my quote! They were the best priced and I had about 5 other companies quote me. Fast forward to install time, Mike and Mike were great! Fast & professional!!! Literally the best!!! If I had any questions through the process, I would reach out to Kevin Mondschein and he’d get right back to me. It was seamless! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

American Customs exceeded our expectations! From their professional sales staff (Kevin) to their extremely talented, skilled installers (Angel & his team are truly artisans). They transformed my house into a home that I can be proud of, at a price we could afford. We are definitely going to call them for any future remodeling needs. If you are concerned about hiring a contractor you can trust, go with American Custom. You won’t regret it. We don’t.

We are so delighted with the siding job that ACE did for our 65 year old Cape Cod style home. The overall team experience we had through the entire process was great. The quality and options of materials were top notch. The installation team was fully invested and enthusiastic about our project and had a genuine desire to see that we were satisfied. We highly recommend ACE.

Shadiest business in WNY. Elderly Parents had their house resided and windows installed. Their work is extremely shoddy and now new “aluminum” flashing is “rusting”. Do NOT go with these underperforming hack jobs.

I’d like to know what chemical reaction is happening here per their response? My mother hasn’t washed her home or had ANY chemicals on the house. Anybody is more than welcome to come out and take a look at their craftsmanship. It point blank is not good. Back your work!

We have had American completely rebuild both our kitchen and our main bathroom at this point, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I can highly recommend them for any remodeling projects, and we will likely be using them again in the future.

We chose American Custom Exteriors to do the siding on our home and we couldn’t be happier! They did a beautiful job! Their workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Angel and his team of professionals were well organized, neat, always answered any question or concerns we had and gave us daily project updates.

Angel also helped us visualize several suggestions for our dated front window trim. His experience and knowledge made us comfortable that our house was in good hands and that we would be very happy with the results. WE ARE!!

Crew for this organization was very professional. We contracted them to install vinyl siding, shutters, gutters, and lighting on the outside of the home, as well as remove a chimney for a stove we no longer possess.

They worked efficiently and completed a bulk of the work within a week. There was a measuring error when it came to the length of the smaller shutters, so our salesman Kevin stopped by the house to see for himself. Without hesitation, he was on the phone on my front lawn with the supplier to obtain the proper size. Excellent service, for sure.

The crew would set up and tear down each day, leaving the front and rear lawns (mostly) the way they found them. It was impressive and we appreciated them being conscientious and thoughtful since we have two larger dogs that we wanted to keep safe from stray nails.

The house looks wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to beautify the exterior of their home. It wasn't the least expensive option, but I believe the quality job we received in exchange for the slight increase in cost proved worth it, for sure.

We chose American Custom because they previously did two jobs for my in-laws, and both turned out great. We were not disappointed! Their quote was not the lowest, but Steve worked with us to make sure we stayed within budget and kept us apprised of any additional items that cost more while the work was going on. Our foreman, Juan, was absolutely fabulous! He had great ideas when we ran into snags, always communicated with me every day about what his plans were, and made sure I had input with even the smallest details. They cleaned up meticulously at the end of every day. I was even able to work from home while they were working! They also stayed within the time frame they initially told me, which is a rarity with remodeling. I am so pleased with the end result, and will definitely go to them again for future needs in our 1900s farm house. (keep in mind pics are showing the work completed as we wanted it, we plan to finish drywall ourselves).

ACE is a top quality, local company employing hard-working Americans. Despite the winter weather conditions, they worked hard to ensure a quality job. We love the way our house turned out! Before and after photos below.

The entire team at American Custom was fantastic. Our 1905 American Four-Square home was restored and brought back to life. New windows were installed throughout the house with careful attention to match original interior wood trim and without damage to the existing trim. A gorgeous stained-glass window was installed in the front stairwell, which looks original to the home and compliments the other original stained-glass pieces throughout the house. On the outside, new fiber glass columns were installed to replace rotted wood porch columns. High quality dark blue pvc siding, with the appearance of wood grain was installed meticulously by the team to ensure seems were not obvious. Thick bright white exterior aluminum trim was carefully selected by American Custom to be time period correct, maintenance free and really made the dark blue pop. A great group of hardworking, professional people! We continue to recommend them to all family and friends.

Just had our roof replaced. Outstanding customer service, competetive pricing, great work quality. Rico the foreman was on site all day. Roofing crew did a great removal, install and clean up. Kudos to sales rep. Kevin!

Great company and a pleasure to work with. We had a roof replaced and the crew were here early each morning and worked straight through. They were friendly and polite and made sure we weren’t inconvenienced. Excellent quality materials, reviewed the process in detail and answered all our questions. When they were done they cleaned the site so well you wouldn’t have even known they were there.

We hired American Custom to replace windows, siding and gutters and downspouts. Our sales rep, Marc Tantalo, worked diligently with us to help us achieve the look we really wanted as it was different from the norm. He provided timely advice, estimates, and was extremely patient with our questions and initial indecision on the siding. The window install team, Mike and Mike, kicked off the project. They completed their portion on time despite a couple of hiccups on the install. They were both very professional and thorough and exhibited awesome attention to detail and great workmanship. Steve and Zach and the siding team were next. They arrived promptly every morning at 7:00am to install the siding. They were professional, polite, and again provided much attention to detail and great workmanship. They were also tasked with installing the wood accents that we purchased from another vendor and they did so with precision like they were installing them on their own home. Their work area was cleaned at the end of every day before they left. Kyle, in the office, was also a wonderful contact we dealt with and she was pleasant to work with and thorough. The gutter and downspout crew provided excellent workmanship as well. I highly recommend American Custom. They completed the work, meeting the proposal estimate costs and estimated time frame to complete the job. We could not be happier with how it turned out!

American Customs Exterior replaced 9 windows in my house. The windows are awesome and the work done inside and out is perfection. The techs Mike and Peter were excellent! Very polite and informative and work was done perfectly!! Highly recommend!

Update 2/25/2025- another piece falling off above garage

Update: I had to change my review. Other folks working on my house (gutter cleaner and landscaper) pointed out siding falling down above upstairs windows and gaps in flashing above bay windows. 2nd time in a year we’ve needed them to come out and fix falling siding😡. Still waiting for someone to come fix it. The siding is just resting on top of the windows. Only thing holding it on. Upon further inspection there were ripped window screens from the tear off work that were not ripped before. They did fix them.

My initial review-Install crew was great. Looks amazing. Only issue was with tear off crew losing an outdoor light fixture and all the nuts that held on the other fixtures. Owner replaced. They cleaned up really well too. Overall I would recommend them.

American completed an install of 21 new windows in our home earlier this year. We could not be more pleased with the end product. The installers were courteous, professional, and did quality work. As mentioned we are so happy with the end result. The new windows have greatly enhanced the look and curb appeal of our house. We also noticed that the windows eliminate most exterior noises… we are impressed with how quiet it is in the house now. We also no longer feel cold drafts when standing near the windows in the house. I expect our home heating bills to drop. We have used American on several projects over the years and are very happy with their continued excellence.

We have been using American Customs for at least 15 years. At our previous and now at our current house we did major renovations at both places. We had them remodel our entire first floor, replacing our kitchen, remodeling bathrooms, installing tongue and groove wood on our ceilings, putting in a structure for an outdoor patio. The craftsmanship and knowledge that each of these workers have is by far the best we have ever seen. They work effortlessly to make sure every aspect of the job is exactly the way you had wanted it. The slogan you pay for what you get is exactly what you get when you hire American customers. Their pricing is very fair, their work is absolutely incredible, and their employees are very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. One of the owners, Bryan Goodwine drew up our entire project and made sure everything went smooth all along the way. He also offered a lot of advice regarding any changes or ideas we had as we are doing the project. He is very creative and awesome to work with. We will not hesitate to reach out to American Customs for any future work. I also have recommended them to several people who live in our neighborhood that were looking for remodeling work.

Salesman Steve Gallagher is incredible. He answered all my questions in replacing windows and followed up at the time of sale. It took a bit to get the windows installed but he remained apart of the process from beginning to end. He even showed up on installation day just to make sure it was smooth and I was happy. I again used american when I needed some fascia and vented soffets installed. Both the window installation team and the fascia/soffet installation team were expedient, knowledgeable, and meticulous. All the installation debris was removed and cleaned up. The business office was also expedient and helpful. There was a small breakdown in communication but it was quickly rectified and was seamless until project completion. They are worth every penny and I feel confident in my choice to stick to a smaller, local, reputable company that has been around for years.

I am so happy with my new porch! The team at built a beautiful porch addition to our home. Everyone, from the team who took down our deck, laid the foundation and built the porch were all professional, clean and efficient. The workmanship is exceptional. This is a solid built porch that I am enjoying daily!

We recently had American Custom renovate our master bathroom. The sales process with Steve Gallagher was straightforward and he stressed that anything we wanted was possible while also making sure that we were making smart choices. We were warned ahead of time that it would be 6 months between the initial sale and when construction started. When the work did start, we were impressed with the team, especially Ian and Jose. They made sure to update us at the start and end of every day with their progress and left the work area as clean as possible at the end of every day. Every construction project runs into issues, of course, but we were impressed that before they came to us with a problem, they had already figured out a solution and were ready to implement. They finished the project on time and as the pictures show, their final work is amazing!
