I would recommend Savage and Son to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable contractor. They sided my house, put on gutters, and did my roof. The quality of work was outstanding and the cost was quite reasonable. We would use them again and again.

I would give savage and son zero stars if I could. Years ago Tom Savage did work for me on a couple of homes and I gave his name toany friends. How time has changed. 6 days ago I called the office and got a person taking calls for them. I gave my number and told him it was a small gutter job. I guess Savage only wants the big job not small jobs. I never received a call back.

My house needed a full roof tear-off and replacement. I went with Savage & Son after bids from 3 other roofing contractors. Dan and his crew were great to work with. Not only did they replace my roof, but transformed the appearance of my house with building new overhangs.
I was also amazed at the speed and quality of the seemless gutters... custom fabricated right on site. Had them install gutters on my garage too before they left.

About three weeks ago we had 16 replacement windows installed on our colonial in Brighton by Savage & Son Home Services. Dan Layne and his installation crew were easy to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process of ordering and installation. The job was done over a 2 day period and the crew was professional, pleasant, helpful and did a great job.
We got a good quality window installed at a reasonable price and the job looks great, the clean-up was thorough and we are happy with the result. We recommend this company.

Savage and Son just did an amazing job siding our house and installing new windows. They were great to work with from start to finish! When Jordan came for the estimate, he was extremely informative and not pushy at all. Danny (the owner) and the crew did incredible work. They were super nice and polite, so good at what they do and such hard workers...even during a heat wave! They had such precise attention to detail. Danny walked around the house 3 times before they left to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. We could not be happier that we chose to work with Savage and Son, and highly recommend them for any home improvement.

I can't say enough good things about Savage and Son. It all started in May when I had several estimates to get my house sided along with new windows. When Jordan Layne came to my house he was personable and explained the background of the company as well as what they could do. That when I chose Savage and son and it was the best decision I made. Owner Dan Layne is very professional and he and his crew started promptly at 7 am daily. They were always respectful of property and cleaned up the work site after their day. The house turned out beautiful and Dan's workmanship and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thanks Dan and crew for a job well done!

We selected Savage & Sons to replace our soffits, gutters and siding on the front of our house. Jordan and Dan were both very personable and responsive to all of our questions throughout the project. The price was reasonable, the project was completed on time and we are very impressed with attention to detail and overall quality the team delivered. We would most certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof, siding, gutters and windows repairs or replacement and hope to work with them again when it comes time for our roof replacement!

Had wind damage to the back of my house , damaged the siding. Jordan gave me an estimate that was $3,000 less than the other estimates. Had the complete back of the house done. The crew started the job at 8 am and finished at 5 pm. Everything was good,and the clean up was great. It has been 6 months and the house looks great

I delt with Dan of Savage & Sons on 2 completely different issues at two different locations and both times when I called him he met me on site the next day. He explained my options and when i choose the option, the work was completed within a few days exactly the way he said it would be done. One of those projects there was I more expensive option that I was leaning towards and Dan told me he thought the less expensive option would probably work just fine and it did-!!!
Savage & Sons work is exceptional.

I had my house totally redone four years ago from Savage & Son. I always rate businesses on after the sale. Two years after the job was done I had a little issue. Dan was right out to fix it. With all the high winds, I had a little flashing that came loose. Dan was over in two days and fixed it. That’s the service you want when you have a job done !! Thank you Savage & Son . I appreciate you guys.

Savage and Son home services are second to non! I can not say enough about how professional, yet friendly they have been. They replaced my roof, gutters and installed a ridge vent back in 2021, the service was fantastic then, I've since recommended them to all my neighbors. Today (1-17-2025), Dan from Savage and Son came out to look at an issue that I was having with my gutter, not only did he fix the gutter and help me understand the issue and how to resolve it and he did so with no charge, stating that he stands by his work even 4 years after the fact! Thank You Savage and Son Home Services for your dedication to customer service, it is hard to find this level of service these days. You will always be the first number I call for improvements to our home.

They replaced the roof and gutters on my mom's house 3yrs ago and worked with her to affordable for her. Today the came by and fixed the gutter that fell due to the ice build up. The owner, Dan, was there and ran the job (both times). Would recommend anytime

I had multiple rooms painted and every one of them came out great! In one room, I needed molding to be replaced which needed to be stained. I can't explain how impressed I am with how he got the new molding to match, since he needed to combine more than one stain. His attention to detail doesn't stop at his painting skills, his prep work is just as great. If you are unsure about colors, accents colors, or how to transition into another room, he has great ideas. I am glad he suggested a different gray on the wall when going up a set of steps. It looks great and looks a lot better than what I was thinking.
