Highly recommend Nate and his crew! They responded fast for an estimate and arrived when they said they would. Very friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job!! We will definitely use them again!

Our problem started with a dead pool pump but they diagnosed it to a problem with our electric. It was 6:30 PM and took two deliveries of parts (very quick) to address it. They got the job done in one call, I am very happy with the work, and the charge was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

When we first found Nate and Premier, we thought we hit the jackpot. We had struggled to find a reliable electrician in the past, but Nate was a breath of fresh air. Our first job with him was installing recessed lighting and ceiling fans, and we were very pleased with the results. After that, we continued to hire him for various jobs and were consistently satisfied with his service. However, on the last two jobs, Nate sent someone from his team, and unfortunately, the last job left us with an issue. His employee inadvertently unplugged our meat freezer in the garage, causing us to lose over $500 worth of meat and food, including an entire deer from this season. We’ve been trying to reach Nate for over four weeks, calling repeatedly to discuss the situation and find a resolution. Sadly, we haven’t received any response or call back from him. We had hoped to resolve this matter directly with Nate, but after a month of trying to get in touch, it’s disappointing that we haven't heard from him at all.

I am totally impressed with Premier's professionalism and customer service. My calls were either answered or quickly returned. They were punctual, reliable, and neat. When the inspector came to my house he stated Premier are the best and always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Very professional, on time, workers who greeted you wearing company shirts. Explained all aspects of the job and how to use all electrical equipment for our new pool. Owner on site, will be using Nate and his company again for future projects!

Great experience working with Premier. We had a bathroom fan/GFCI installed and a bedroom fan added. Both were new installs. Received a very competitive quote and the work was completed the following week. I appreciate when contractors show up at the time they schedule. Will definitely use Premier again!

This is the second time Nate has come to my rescue! The first time was on a Sunday and he arrived within 2 hrs of my initial call. It took him all of 10 minutes to resolve our issue. The second time he arrived even earlier than he quoted and again resolved the outlet issue in under 10 minutes. He is professional and responsive. I would recommend him and definitely use his services again.

We had a big time electrical problem and called Premier Alarms & Electric, they were at my home in 45 minutes...who does that?usually it's the next day or longer to get someone to come out, When they got here they addressed the problem explained in detail what repairs were needed, gave me an estimate and a time table for the job to be completed. They were courteous and efficient......I highly recommend them.

We feel confident that the job was done right, and we know everything we need to know. Premier was on our hot tub vendor's recommended list for good reason.
