We had a full house generator installed. Excellent communication. Kept us informed every step of the way. Flexible in changing the original design plan and date of installation. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

Ed did an amazing job. He gave a heads up when he was on his way so there was no waiting for his arrival. He completed the job in less than three hours. He gave instructions on how to bypass the water so it does not go through the system. He showed us how to fill the salt container and to reset the system if needed. He put in a new shutoff and checked the drain line. We can already tell the difference in our water quality! Thank you Ed!

After our local Rainsoft provider suddenly retired last year with no notification, Anderson picked us up as customers. I have nothing but glowing reviews for them, from our new updated system to the bit of troubleshooting and double checking today. No problem with our system, and nice to have peace of mind that everything with the system is working as it should!

They were very flexible with time and were able to come to my home the same day. Tom met me and was professional, personable and knowledgeable. We were able to do a quick visual inspection and set up a course of action for generator installation. I was extremely pleased and had the kind of interaction you want as a customer. I very much look forward to doing business with Anderson in the future and so far they have been fabulous to work with! On the day of my generator installation, they showed up promptly in the morning and worked hard all day in the bitter bitter cold to get the job done same day. It included running gas lines going into crawl spaces and just doing work in the cold and wind that can be a real pain in the butt. No one ever complained and everyone worked throughout the day. I have to also say, there were a couple times when they pointed some things out that were issues with my electrical panel from the prior installation. They're response to me was simple, they would take care of it and make sure it was done right and done safely. Anything that needs to be done in any way shape or form than Anderson does, I'm calling them first. If I could add more stars I would, Anderson went above and beyond our families expectations to get our well water right especially with a very high TDS reading. Nick, from Anderson Water Power Air did a job installing my tankless water heater. Nick showed professionalism, precision and pride in his work from the moment he arrived. Nick walked me through the process explained each step clearly answered every question and made sure I understood how to get the most, out of the new system before he finished.

Professional installed tankless water heater and pressure reduced valve. But he did not communicate quickly and did not respond my texts. Overall Nick and Nate did a fantastic job! Price was also reasonable! Recommend anyone to be with Anderson for any tankless water heater.

Had them come out and put in electric for our pool last year… for over a year I have been asking Nate for a copy of my inspection certificate that I was charged for… first he said he sent it to the town, they never received it, said he would send someone out, he didn’t, ran into him a couple weeks ago and he tells me to email him and he would get me a copy, no response, call him and leave a message, no response. You would think that if he really had a copy he would give it to me so that I wouldn’t have to keep attempting to contact him… but for some odd reason he hasn’t done that. I do not fine this to be very professional and I would not recommend this company.

The team was professional, and really seem to know exactly what they were doing. My problem was resolved quickly, and they provided advice for another issue we were having in the house.

The team was fantastic! They were efficient, friendly and professional. We had them run power out to our garage and we could not be happier!

Nate’s team made quick and easy work of installing a new outlet at my home

This company owned by Nate Boehm started out well, but then he turned out to be a complete Jerk & a very dishonest, inexperience human!

After taking thousands of dollars from my company and I, and spending countless hours pretending to be doing work, when questioned, he became defensive and walked off my project 3 weeks before my Restaurant's opening!

My company, Island Wraps and I had to scramble to find another company who confirmed that Premier Alarm and Electric did not do any of the work that they were hired to do correctly! Infact, all they did was ran empty wires all over my space with no power! This included my restaurant's Hood system, fans, all appliance circuits, fans, all lights, switches, main circuit, sign lights, security cameras, etc. Him and his men left me with any empty shell!!! This guy and is company is pure talk. He pretended that he cared,
but he turned out to be a huge hurdle from hell! They are clearly inexperience and should not be doing electrical work for anyone, let alone commercial business in this county or any other state!

To prove his dishonesty and inexperience, the new company corrected and completed the work in under a 3 days!

After what Nate Boehm did to me, I would highly advised that you all run the otherway from this guy and is company! He's know to walk off of other jobs. He himself confessed doing this other companies! Clearly he has no idea what he's doing. Taking monies and not completing the work is a crime! Nate you must reimburse my company and the monies you robbed from me and all the grief that you caused me and my company! You are a dishonest thief! Because of this experience, I will never trust another contractor with such a large amount of money without having full proof and better results of what I experienced! SHAME ON YOU, YOUR MEN AND YOYR SO CALLED COMPANY!😡😡😡

Premier stepped up quickly to solve a post outage problem. It proved difficult to trace but their expertise and technology eventually identified and fixed the issue. Knowledgeable and friendly I would not hesitate to recommend
