Koosha did a phenomenal job wiring my electric panel! He responded quickly and got me an estimate very fast. And it didn't take him long to hook everything up. Highly recommended for any electrical work!

Did not show up at a day as well as late another day without notification. We had to contact them to find out what was going on. I’ve done electrical work before by myself and didn’t appreciate his simplified solution that I knew was incorrect. Did outdoor electrical light that failed to be fixed twice.

Koosha knows what he is doing. Called him for electric issue in a multi family apartment building, he said he be there within 2 hours and he showed up in about an hour and got the job done 40 % cheaper than the first quote we had gotten. He cleaned the spot after he was done which was amazing. Since then we have tried him for many other small and big jobs. He can do anything you need, he is the man

Koosha arrived at the agreed upon time. He installed two keyless entry systems and two ADA door handles. He did a very nice job with the installations and showed us how to program both systems.
He is personable and friendly, and we will hire him again.

Responded immediately to request for service - scheduled next day, was on time, professional, and took care of business right then and there...reasonably priced, efficient, and professional - what more could you ask for...

Koosha replaced my electrical panel today. He came promptly at the agreed time and the work he did was wonderful. Replacing the panel fixed issues in my home. 2 of our rooms the lights stopped working and after Koosha worked his magic all is good again! RocTech''s prices are competitive and this is the second time we hired them. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. My husband and I plan on using their services for more jobs in the future. Thank you so much Koosha! 🙂

This company does not know what they are doing and do not know what electrical codes are. Steer clear from Roctech. Hired to do the electrical work for a new pool. Box from the house is sloppily mounted on the siding and is crooked with a gap behind the box and into the inside of the house. The wire with PVC conduit should be buried 18” minimum or 12” if GFCI protected - the conduit they buried is only just below the surface. The outlet was mounted on a loose piece of 2x4. We have never been so disappointed with a contractor. This will not pass inspection and I will need another electrician to come fix this mess.

Sadly his assistant installed a ceiling fan, after he installed it the light switch worked and the fan was on high, but the remote wasn’t working so I couldn’t turn it to low or control the fan at all. The owner Koosha was very upset and rude on the phone, he stated that their work was don’t correctly, as there is electricity to the light, the fan or receiver must be broken, I said the work is not done correctly as the only reason why I changed the light was to have a remote and it isn’t working. I had another person look at it, and noticed, they NEVER INSTALLED the receiver for the remote, which is why it isn’t working at all! I notified the owner and sent a photo showing proof that there isn’t a receiver and he did not respond to me at all or correct the problem.

I had paid another service to wall mount my Mothers new TV and they rescheduled 4 times then no showed for the 5th appointment. I called Koosha at Roctech Solution at 2pm on Saturday and he was able to complete the job by 6pm same day. Koosha and his guy came in and jumped right into the job making quick work of the wall mounting in 30 minutes flat. He was very respectful and prompt and professional, answered every call and text I sent right away and was a pleasure to work with. I will be utilizing his services in the future for as long as he is in business.

I had a great experience with Roc Tech Solution for several electrical jobs in my home. He installed a new electrical panel, ceiling lights, decorative lighting, and a chandelier — all done with care and professionalism. He was on time, respectful, and very knowledgeable. His attention to detail, especially in decorative installations, made a big difference in the look of our home. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy electrician.

Hire these guys to install at your own peril and low expectations.
What I wanted was an installation of network cable through my house.
    What I got was:
    * Unpatched, unpainted drill holes (large and small) all through the house.
    * Entire sections where they had drilled a hole for the box, realized that it was in the wrong spot, patched it, and redrilled
    * Scratches on the hardwood floor that they denied (No one else had even been to that floor for a week other than them. The scratches literally led straight to the patch spot. How stupid do you think I am?)
    * Drilled holes through cabinetry, leaving the panels out, meaning I’d have to drill the same holes into those panels to put them back into the cabinets
    * Almost every new box was angled at at least ten degrees off level
    * Left large quantities of debris and dust and joint compound and white paint on the floor, through the hallways, etc
    * Left piles of split wires and wrappers at every panel spot
    * Ruined a ceiling lamp where they disassembled it to access the ceiling, lost the screws, put it back together with a random haphazard screw to hold up the diffuser. Did they think I wouldn’t notice?
    * Zero professionalism to their organization of any work being done, zero attention to detail, cleanup. Bare minimum cable organization.
    * Truly the most egregious version of “measure once, cut twice” I’ve ever seen.
    * Quoted work as a single day job, turned out to be three.
    * Supervisor left the site multiple times (presumably to do jobs for more people). Double-booked? Obviously not keeping an eye on what was happening.
    * And the final kicker? At the end, didn’t even test that the installed cable runs worked.

I’ve already had to pay another contractor to fix some of their shoddy patch-work, and the walls and ceilings they haphazardly drilled holes into may never look the same, not to mention the ceiling lamp or other issues. Do yourself a favor and find someone who understands that sometimes what your client wants is not speed, but a job done correctly, with attention to detail, and a minimum of destruction and chaos. I would have more than willingly paid double for the same job to be done well.

We had a terrible experience with this company, almost like a scam. We hired them on Thumbtack to fix outlets. They came in, did something for ten minutes and charged us $200. Few days later, our outlets stopped working. I contacted them and they said it was supposed to be a permanent solution. I left a 1-star review on thumbtack. The next morning, the guy texted me and said if we change the review to five star, he will give us a refund.

We thought the company didn't provide a solution to our problem, we will at least get a refund by changing review. He said to text him after I change the review, so he can refund. Thumbtack only lets you change the review one time....

I texted him after changing the review, and found out I had been scammed to leave a 5-star review (which cannot be changed cuz Thumbtack only lets you change the review only once) and also lost $200 because he was never going to refund it.

Terrible, terrible experience. Would highly advise to stay away.

Koosha is the best! We had him mount our tv above our fireplace a few months back, and just recently, change out a couple of light fixtures. I texted him on Thursday afternoon and he was here right when he said he would be at 9am Sunday morning. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so kind (especially when my kids wanted to “help”🙃). 10/10 recommend!

Total scammer. His profile on thumbtack say $0 service call. Charged me $80 to tighten a pipe I told him I'd already tightened and that was dry when he looked at it

He broke the front plate of my dishwasher, trying to pry it open without unscrewing it first. It will not sit flush anymore and I didn't even get an apology

I told him that wasn't the source of the leak and he said he'd come back if it wasn't. It obviously continued to leak, and he sent his assistant who said he didn't know how to fix it, that Koosha would be the one to talk to for fixing

Ignored my calls for three days, told me "I told you there was a service call fee" and that was it Avoid. He sucks
