We had an issue w/our UV controller/bulb. They were able to fit us in next day which was appreciated. Tech wasn’t prepared to flush the system after replacing the part, which is required after a UV issue, and expected for a $160 service charge. Part was 2.5 times higher than I pay for it online. Definitely not happy about that. But the UV is working - expensive lesson learned for a 15 min service call.

Paul and his team delivered and installed a new whole house generator and transfer switch while the gas supplier installed tanks and supply line. Everything went very smoothly, and the inspector was happy with the work! My wife and I were very happy with the work as well! Great job all the way around!

Mike did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and professional. Explained everything to us before and after the maintenance was done. Would recommend Anderson to anyone.

Installers showed up on time. Very friendly and efficient. Took less time than expected. Made sure my oxygen concentrator worked during the time power was off to connect generator. Took care of everything. Would definitely recommend this company. Tom our salesman and Paul the installer were super to work with.

As the storm of '26 was moving in my father had a power issue in his house (not due to the generator thank goodness). From the time we called until the servicer was there after a two hour drive, operator on call kept us informed and reassured us everyone was on top of it!!!
I got there in due time myself, and the operator had already called the power company and they were there with a diagnosis.
Chris, our technician took over from there to confirm a bad breaker and immediately went to our nearest hardware store and had the sytem back up in no time!
Very professional from install, to problem to being fixed! This is great peace of mind for my father as we lost my mom a year ago and hes legally blind. I cant say enough about the quality and professionalism of Anderson Water-Power-Air!!

They sent 4 guys all of them were professional and knowledgeable in their field. They did a nice job everything was nicely organized together and neat and clean looking and when the job was completed Paul explained the operation, maintenance schedule and assisted in hooking up the app with the generator and did the final test on the generator and explained the generator test and the generator self test schedule.

WOW! I just had the most incredible installation of a tankless water heater! Two expert installers managed the complex process efficiently, cleanly, and (after my first post-installation shower) perfectly. Thanks to all involved, from the first contact to the final billing. This is one terrific company!!

Mike came to the house to service my generator. He was prompt, friendly and finished a lot quicker than I thought. After he finished, my generator ran smoother, I could hear the difference. I have never had a problem with any Anderson representative at my home. This is a solid company with friendly, knowledgeable folks working for them.

Ed let me know when he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional. Ed was prepared to fix the leak and had all the parts needed. He did a great job flushing out my on -demand hot water heater.

Our 10 y/o tankless water heater was acting up and we reached out to Anderson to have someone look at it. Nate was here in less than 12 hours and quickly assessed the unit, cleaned it and offered a lot of valuable advice. We are extremely satisfied with his work and Anderson.

Jake and James did a superb job today! They were both very professional and courteous. They are very respectful and knowledgeable. Efficient with the way they work together and did a great job at keeping the area clean even though it was wet and muddy outside. The communication was great letting me know what is going on and giving notice when power and gas was getting shut off. At the end they cleaned up all their equipment and mess,along with giving me an overview of generator operation. Also explaining maintenance. Overall great guys! I would have them do work for me again.

If anyone is looking into having a generator installed, I highly, highly recommend this company!
After much research, I chose them for their highly rated customer service, as well as the Cummins brand generator. I had Paul, Jake and James as my installation team and they did a phenomenal job. A job such as this can sometimes be a challenge and the small space where the circuit breaker box was located, was theirs. Handled it like the professionals they are with follow up calls to "codes". Installed a new breaker box and labeled each and every circuit. Generator works like a charm and "tests" itself every 2 weeks. They can monitor it remotely and contact me if needed. I certainly have peace of mind with this generator and company 👍

Tom was great. very informative and did not try to up sell me. I want a bigger system,Tom told me you don't really need a bigger system, you will be fine with this system.I had 4 quotes from other companies. Glad I used Anderson.Paul,Jake,Mike and Ryan were Professional,Friendly and explained everything they were doing during the install.I highly recommend at least getting a quote from Anderson Power.My install Looks Great.

I'm very pleased with the Cummins generator that I purchased from Anderson Water-Power-Air two years ago. I'm also pleased with the service that the company provides. I had my first maintenance service done today and all went well. Service technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend the company.

James did a maintenance on my Cummings generator. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and I was extremely satisfied with the service. If I ever need service or additional maintenance performed, I will certainly request James.
