Great service great prices Roc tech has done at least 6 projects at my house all came out great

Koosha and his partner did a great job removing a light and installing 4 new fixtures. They also mounted a Tv For me as well which was appreciated. They finished in about 2 hours and cleaned up afterwards as well. Great price as well! Will definitely use them for future projects.

Koosha took the time to determine whether or not an intermittent electrical issue was caused by something on my property, or if it originated with our service provider. Also changed out a fixture and added an outlet for us in our basement.

We scheduled a job with them. They gave us the time. On the day of work, we waited for 4 hours - they didn't show up. We rescheduled. They gave us the time again. On the day of work, we waited for 7 hours - they didn't show up.

Reply to the owner: We called you to confirm the day before and twice on the day of the work, and you confirmed that you were coming. And then you didn't even had the curtesy to call us to let us know that you were not coming, you just didn't show up. Why would you even be confirming your arrival if the home warranty did not approve the job? However, we talked to the home warranty and they have approved the job.

Koosha was very responsive and professional and helped me choose a light fixture after mine broke unexpectedly. He reassured me that the wiring was safe for a couple of days until I purchased my new fixture, and he came to install it for me the next day. He did a great job.

Koosha saved me in an emergency electrical situation yesterday. Due to it being a holiday weekend I think I called every electrician in the county and NOBODY could come assist. Koosha got my power back on and absolutely knew his way around my electrical panel. RocTech's prices are fair, Koosha was professional and efficient. Koosha fit me in as I had only a week before my new tenants would arrive, i didn't realize this apartment did not have an outlet to install a modern, beautiful kitchen wall mount light fixture, he not only came and in reasonable time frame, installed the outlet and fixture. I also decided my walk in pantry could use fresh coat of paint, he brought in one of his painters that day, and he painted 2 coats of paint and came out superb!, nowadays, you have to wait for contractors, he took the time to fit me into his schedule to get all the work complete, very much appreciated his timely response. I will use him again, an already referred him to friends. **updated review, he sent some guys over to install the ceiling fans, did not know how to install the light cover with them, and then, my handyman had to come back and fix their poor install, and take it apart to do this, they left out one screw, and used one that wasn't correct, so in the long run, cost me more money to have their error corrected,.don't use.

Koosha came to the house, gave an estimate quickly, and the work was started the next day. 4 Can light boxes entirely replaced with LED lights set to warm light after showing the different options. We also had a new dryer line installed on a separate breaker with a 4 prong plug. The price was fair for the work performed- 2nd time using services. Highly recommend them!
