I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not let these people touch your TV! I brought in a TV that needed a backlight replaced. I got the replacement done, paid and then he wanted to show me that the TV worked. The second he turned it on I noticed a HUGE deep scratch. This TV was bought brand new from Target, mounted on my wall and then when the light went out, put in our garage IN THE SAME SPOT for 6 months. We didn’t move it or touch it until we wrapped it in a blanket and put it in my car to bring to TV leader. We did not scratch the TV, they did. He tried to convince me that we did it and told me there is nothing that can be done. Soooo if you want to pay $200 to get your TV scratched, be my guest.

Have heard over the years about tv repair in Rochester, NY. and the first name is always Leader TV. Had a small flat screen where the tv couldn't be repaired. The service was professional, friendly and quick. I'll recommend them to others without hesitation!! Thank you Leader TV😊

I stopped in to see if my vcr I accidentally dropped could be fixed. The gentleman helping me told me their fixed rate which considerably more than the unit is worth. But before I could get too disappointed, he told me he’d take a quick look at it, and right in front of my eyes in about ten minutes it was again in working condition. Gave him 20$ and left a very happy customer!

Circuit board on my panasonic plasma failed and needed repair. I ordered the parts in an attempt to fix it myself. I soon realized that the tiny and specialized soldering required was way out of my skill set and contacted Leader to get the job done. They got the job quickly done while my wife ate lunch and now my set is working good as new. Kevin and his team really saved the day for us and helped us avoid a very costly repair or replacement. I had a bit of a challenge with the need to have my precious new 77" LG hung in a corner of my living room. Kevin & Mark installed the mount, new electrical & HDMI outlets/conduit, and hung my TV with precision. They were extremely patient and pragmatic when my house and mount that I purchased (on my own) threw a couple curve balls at them, and when I asked them to make a small tweak to the height a couple weeks later, they stopped by without question.

Kevin & Mark walked me through everything, were extremely professional, and I can't wait to buy more toys to have them install later down the road!

My TV's display developed a line on the screen just one month after the warranty expired, but LG offered to find a shop in town to cover it under a courtesy extension, even though I wasn't the original owner. They contacted Leader, their authorized service center in the area, for me. Leader's technicians called me and diagnosed the problem without the need to bring the set in to the shop. They ordered the parts and kept me informed as to what day they would arrive, so I could continuing using it, then turned around the repair the same day I brought it in so I could have it that same evening. It's now back to perfection. I would happily use these guys again!

Kevin was very responsive and helpful with my repair. He even went so far as to send me photos of bad internal parts when I asked questions about my system. I had a great experience at Leader TV and recommend them.

Even in these difficult times with COVID-19. I was able to get my TV up and running for my elderly father in law who is house bound. Kevin and his staff fix it quickly and efficiently at a VERY REASONABLE cost. Nice to find real Quality Service at Great Prices. I HIGHLY recommend LEADER TV.

This is the worst place to bring your TV. They quote you a price and inform you that the TV REPAIR would be $150 roughly then decide to say it’s $275 plus tax. My cost cost $323 brand new and the TV WAS Not old. Only two years. This place will convince you to get it checked out for $40 then say the price is much higher after they check the tv so people would get discouraged and not pay for repairs and they keep the $40 they are surviving as a company by doing this because their repairs cost too much. Don’t waste your time

Light bulb on my Sony Wega went a few weeks ago. Leader TV didn't have one in stock but were expecting them in a few days. Kevin offered to give me a loaner bulb until the new ones came in. Took the loaner home and had a some problems with the control logic on the door interlock. A call to Kevin and the solution was quickly identified over the phone. Enjoyed my loaner bulb until the new one arrived a few days later.

Yes, I could have saved some money by buying over the internet. No, I would not have had a bulb for a few days waiting for the replacement to be shipped. No, I would not have had access to the tech support I needed to get the TV working again. I paid a little extra for the bulb and am very glad I did!

I have no trouble recommending Leader TV.

Man These guy's are great! A stereo receiver/amplifier is like your favorite easy chair... you get it broken in just the way you like it and don't want to get rid of it. I have had my Technics receiver for close to twenty years and had no interest in shopping for a new one when my digital display went blank. Not only did these guys fix my receiver good as new, they saved me money doing it by finding a much less expensive work around. Kevin and the technicians at Leader TV are an asset to the Rochester area. I Highly recommend checking them out if you need a TV or piece of audio equipment repaired or installed. Also, if you are shopping for a new stereo system or home theatre system be sure to check them out, they have a great selection for retail sale. Thanks for all your help Leader TV!

Leader TV is Awesome! I have an older, "unique" wireless set up with large TV and separate media box. When the media box died - we had no way to watch anything. But Leader TV was able to not only fix the box - but Same Day! Such wonderful people!

I worked with Kevin at Leader TV. He was extremely communicative and called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. He was able to get a part for my TV in a quarter of the time it was expected from the manufacturer. I go to places for customer service and these guys have that down. They are very helpful and I really appreciated their work to get my TV back up and running. Thanks guys!

Kevin and Mark did an awesome job mounting a 65" Samsung and frame TV. They protected surfaces where they were working and vacuumed! They even offerer to spackle :). I would highly recommend Leader TV.

Great place to get your TV repaired. I dropped my TV off and within 24 hrs they had the problem diagnosed and responded back to me with repair options and even offered to buy the TV from me if I felt the repair cost was not worth it based on the age of the TV. Leader was able to Fix my TV for under $250 and had the job done within 48 hrs.

I brought this same TV to ABC TV Repair prior to Leader and had a poor experience. ABC took over 2 weeks just to diagnose the problem and quoted me $397 to fix the issue. They took another 3 weeks to start the process of fixing the TV only to find out that it needed another part and it will be an additional $50. Well after numerous phone calls I just told them I wanted my money back and brought the TV to Leader and they fixed the issue within a couple of days and for only $250.

Leader TV repaired my LG CX OLED that was still under warranty, and I couldn’t be happier. It took some time to identify the underlying issue, but once that was sorted out they quickly ordered a replacement panel and fixed everything. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of tv repair.

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to share a positive experience. Kevin and his brother are top notch! They mounted and installed 3 TV’s for me and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable, can’t thank them enough. I will be calling them for future projects.

Leader TV came and did a fantastic job on a complicated mount. We wanted our frame tv mounted above our stone fire place. It was an uneven surface, stone and we wanted the mount to be as flush as possible. Every person we worked with were kind and professional, and the work they did was excellent! We would definitely recommend them!

Kevin and Mark are excellent! From the initial contact until the end was a very positive experience. They took the time to set up the TV after the repair and check that all components were working as before. I highly recommend Leader for all your TV needs. You won't be disappointed.
