Excellent quality and service, definitely recommend

The LED lights that Pat installed in my office have been great! No more running to Home Depot to get new lights to replace the old light bulbs that have burned out. I am saving time and money.

NOT Fly By Night Contractors,
just plain bad service. Upstate LED takes your money then installs sub-par materials. Then when you call for maintenance and bulb replacement they ignore multiple voicemails for over multiple months. I eventually had to replace the bulbs my self. Buy the bulbs from the nearest big box store and bypass the ballasts yourself. There are many YouTube instrustional videos on how to do it in minutes. Update: Owner reached out accusing me of being a competitor, even though he serviced my local business. The wonderful service compounds. That being said, in fairness to their response. I have removed the scam warnings and edited the text to better suit.Thank you for making my point sir.

Received my LED light last week and this is the absolute best LED light you can possibly find for the buck! We own a detailing shop and need light for our interiors/exteriors of vehicles but have always struggled to find a light bright enough to resemble the brightness of the sun to bring out scratches , dirt and even dust inside cars that can't usually be seen. This light is the one the got our attention from the start! It has a V shaped led strip to get a much more wide range of light and brightness. Simply don't know how we manage to not own one of these a long time ago but will be buying more for around our shop! Thank you very much Upstate LED , extremely happy customer!

My company was one of the first in Rochester that jumped on the LED bandwagon. The crew did a fantastic job working with our busy schedule the were able to get our 9500 sqft shop converter over in less them 2 day. Updating our lighting saved us over 50% on or electric bill. You should teach your drivers how to drive. Almost got killed because your driver decided to stop on the shoulder when I was clearly riding my bike down the street. I have a picture of your vehicle and I’ll pass it on to Gates PD.

We hired this electrician company to install new wiring for our garage and workshop area. The technician planned the layout carefully and ensured there were enough outlets and proper lighting. The installation was completed safely and efficiently. Everything was tested to confirm the wiring was working correctly. The entire process was smooth, and the results were excellent.

Our breaker panel required upgrading to handle additional appliances. The electrician installed a new panel and organized the circuits properly.

Their generator installation service is excellent. Now I have a reliable backup power system at home.

We installed four ceiling fans, one of which required a new box and also a wall switch, and also swapped out several old switches throughout my home. So I wanted to hire an electrician when I reached out to them, he quickly responded despite it was a Sunday. They even cleaned thoroughly afterward! Everything is beautiful, I'm very happy.

As a former customer of T Y Electric in my opinion the ethics, business practices and operations of this company are terrible.. if you are considering using T Y Electric stay away and move on to another more reputable electrical contractor.. in my experience i was presented with surprise invoices totaling more then 50% of what had been fully paid on a time and material/ pay as the work is completed basis.. the final surprise invoice had no details, no approval, no documentation presented to me and clearly included excessive hourly billings recorded to the job with no prior approvals... this job was for an electrical upgrade in a well maintained residence... When i started the job with T Y Electric's president Tom Yatteau i trusted his word .. what i found is that not only did he not supervise the workers on site but his word was not to be trusted.. the cost for the work completed was clearly excessive so in my opinion and with experience....unless you have an open wallet and money to throw away, stay away from T Y Electric this is not a company that deserves your business.. there are other more ethical firms.

My townhome needed serious electric service attention in 2018 and again in August, 2022. The owner, Tom Yatteau, was prompt in returning my calls and most professional with the analysis and estimation of the service I needed I would not trust my home to anyone else and strongly recommend Ty Electric!

The person who answers the phones is beyond nasty. I can only imagine what actually working with them would be like.

What can I say . RGE found a problem in my meter over flickering lights. They pulled my meter leaving me in the dark. I needed to find a electrical company fast. You don't just put in a new meter. All new electrical codes apply including moving the meter outside. TY Electric showed up in hours and compiled a list of necessary parts . Bright and early the next day they were in my basement doing there thing. A little after mid day they had me
inspected and all lights on. Many company's I called NEVER answered or if I left a message --No call back. T Y electric made a headache go away . I can't say enough positive things or thank them enough.

These electricians were diligent and thorough in making sure our lights were running smoothly. Very happy with their work!

It’s a holiday weekend, my lights are flickering and I’m really nervous about this.
