We had a power issue and lost power to the whole house on a Sunday. Most places told us to try again tomorrow, but Garrett was great! He came out and fixed it and got is back in business in NO TIME! And for a great price. Very happy with the service!

Garrett was suggested to us by a family friend, and he and his team did an outstanding job installing three new ceiling fans in our home. He was thorough in his work, and communicated the process and pricing clearly. Highly recommended.

One of our panels was tripping breakers pretty consistently and eventually got super hot. After shutting it all down, we decided to find an electrician to take a look at it. We called several numbers in our area (Gates) only to go straight to voice mail (as a side note, days later and still none of those called back). Fortunately, Loos picked right up! Garrett listened to our issue and was at our house exactly 40 minutes later as he said he would. He found several breakers that had begun to melt and noted that the panel needed to be upgraded (it was pretty old). He upgraded our panel and breakers all within a couple of hours. He was very reasonable and very professional. We can't recommend Loos Electric enough, Garrett came through and did a great job getting our electric back to not only normal but better than before!

Super impressed with Garrett and Frank. I almost never leave reviews, but these guys were fantastic. Had a breaker that kept tripping, and left our house with 1/3 of the power out. They came over, diagnosed the problem and explained it so I could understand what was happening. They showed up right when they said they would and had the job done in under two hours. Absolutely recommend these guys!

Garrett and Frank are the best! We purchased a home in September and we immediately noticed some electrical issues when we moved in. Garrett and Frank have done numerous visits fixing all the DIY electrical work that had been done and they are so quick, their work is clean, and the price is reasonable. We had an amazing experience with Loos Electric! Garrett was incredibly responsive from the start and completely transparent about the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises—just honest, fair communication.

He was also so respectful of our home (even wore those little blue booties over his shoes!), which says a lot about the care they take with their customers. On top of that, he was able to solve an electrical mystery that no one else could figure out. Thorough, thoughtful, and courteous every step of the way.

Great customer service. Had ann interlock system installed on my electric panel for use with my external generator. Actual Bill was less than expected. Install and service went as explained on the consultation. Highly recommended!

We had Garret do several things at our house and he was absolutely incredible. He installed 5 garage lights, a couple new circuits, several new outlets, a light switch, and a security camera. He made intelligent changes to our garage door hookups, adding new outlets and making things safer. He noticed a few broken breakers on our control panel and fixed those too. He continued to notice other things to keep on my radar for updating in the future. Through it all he was so nice, so responsive, and so professional. His helper too was so nice and professional too. They took their time to make sure everything was done just right. They are certainly top of their class!

Have never and now will never work with this company. Whoever was driving truck with license 31534-JV on 7/16/2019 at approximately 4pm almost ran three different vehicles off the road and flipped me off no less than 6 times while tailgating me, then cut me off again to slam on his brakes. His overly aggressive and irrate driving is extremely unnecessary.

The owner of this business is Kevin Staudenmayer. I had many conversations with him on the phone and he seemed to "not know which way was up". With that in mind; who on earth would trust him with their expensive home video equipment. I have spoken to other that have done business with him and they were VERY UNHAPPY with the amount of time that it took to make simple repairs. He also charged my friends considerably more than originally quoted.

There are many Television repair places in Rochester. Try to find someone else than Leader TV if at all possible. Loser TV would be a MUCH Better name for this company!

A highly recommended leader TV for repairing electronics. They did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing a dead Mackie SRM450 V-2 loudspeaker. Great workmanship, communication and value

So glad I found this business. I would give 6 stars, if I could. They repaired two beta machines, a beta tape rewinder, and a flip click gifted to me in the '70s. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. This is my new place to go for electronic repair needs.

installed my new Sony XBR65930D above my corner fireplace. New power,cable,ethernet as well as direct hdmi outlet at floor level for easy gaming or dvd hooh up!! Its awesome! Kevin is thorough and knowledgeable. I shopped it around to other and decided on Kevin at Leader. Glad I did - if your deciding who is going to mount, connect coordinate all of your audio/video gear I highly recommend LEADER TV!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I brought my tv in to have it fixed for not turning on. They fixed it and 2 weeks later I have the same problem. I brought the tv back and the same part he fixed went bad so he charged me for a new one. They should have put a new one in at first because I paid for a new part. I will never go there again. A total waste of time and money.

About 1 month ago when my SAMSUNG LED TV abruptly died one evening and the 1 year factory warranty 9 months expired I researched Rochester-based home electronics repair shops and found Leader TV. Kevin and his technical staff went through the necessary iterative electronics board diagnostics and replacement to determine that the TV video panel had failed. The cost to replace the panel would have approached what I had paid for the TV brand new 21 months ago. Per Kevin's recommendation I called SAMSUNG executive customer relations to sternly express my disappointment that my investment in their product had been so short lived. SAMSUNG agreed to pay for the TV panel part costs while I picked up the labor costs. My out-of-pocket expense amounted to significantly less than what I would have had to pay Leader TV to repair the unit or buy something with equivalent features brand new. My experience with Leader TV was very positive and I would recommend them to friends and family. Note to SAMSUNG TV owners: Leader TV is an official, authorized SAMSUNG dealer. Beware of SAMSUNG attempting to steer your repair work (whether warranty or not) to a Buffalo-based business called Lifetime Service Center. SAMSUNG did this to me twice and on the second occasion I had already specified that the TV was sitting in pieces at Leader TV here in Rochester.

Ever since I moved here (Nov '06), I have had my technical treasure (my sound system) maintained by the wonderful people of Leader TV. Kevin, Brian, Mark and now Zach have treated me and my equipment as though it were their own. Their service is very personable, professional and (most of all) very efficient (I've never had to bring anything back). Upon entering the shop one is given a very warm and professional greeting; and, after the business is discussed that person will leave knowing that he/she (chalk up one for P.C.) has left their problem in the right hands and it will be solved. Because of their "track record" with me, I don't even think about patronizing any other place (they've spoiled me).

Leader was great about honoring the warranty and fixing our set down the road. They could have said that too much time had transpired, but were totally solid and took care of everything in a quick and competent manner. .

The owner came to our house and in record time fixed the problem that we had with a previous contractor - after two frustrating years, we now have a remote system that operates our audio/tv equipment. We would HIGHLY recommend him and would use their services again!

My tv was turning on and off completely randomly. I finally brought it into Leader TV and they had heard of the problem before with my specific model. They had it fixed by the end of the day. A little expensive but certainly cheaper than a new tv! 6 months later the tv is still running perfectly!
