From start to finish Kevin and his team took care of my issue. I have a 70 inch LG TV that LED lights went bad. I took the unit to the other local repair shop in Rochester and wasted $70 for them to tell me the TV was too big for them to repair.

When I called Leader and they diagnosed the TV Kevin told me they never repaired a 70 inch but were up for the challenge. I had nothing to lose so they went ahead and began repairs/ troubleshooting.

They did all they could to get the LED strips working to no avail. They contacted LG and got the closet replacement part they could. Let's all be honest and understand planned obsolescence. The manufacturers want us to go and buy the latest and greatest. If they wanted it to last believe me, they have the ability to do so.

Anyway, they ordered the part over the weekend, got it in and the TV was fixed. I'm nothing short of impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and bargain it was to repair the unit. You've made a customer out of me. Thank you for a job well done.

From the moment I contacted Leader and talked to Kevin, it was obvious the they would take good care of my TV problem. Bob came to the house, fixed my TV, checked all the component wiring, corrected the hookups that were not correct and was a terrific guy to work with. Thanks to all and I highly recommend Leader to fix your TV quickly and at a very reasonable price. Saved my great 55" TV and saved me lots of money having to buy a new one.

Kevin and Mark came to hang my television on the wall today and I was really impressed at how helpful, efficient, and neat they were. I’m so happy with the job they did. They work like a well oiled machine. It looks great. Absolute perfection! I will definitely be calling them for any future television services I may need done in the future.

I had a great experience with Leader TV for the fix of my flat screen (55 inch, hinged wall mount). I received a diagnosis with prices and options two days after they picked up the TV. I had the TV back and working perfectly two days after I let them know which option I wanted. They were thorough with testing all the connections and components and worked quickly and cleanly. The staff are polite, prompt and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Kevin is very efficient and knowledgeable. He is the go-to for anything AV related that I need.

Kevin came to my home for an estimate of Frame TV, Beamer and Mini Subwoofer. Rates competitive with big box places near by. We scheduled my installation and he and his partner( brother Mark) definitely knew how to install. Kevin is wonderful with the technology. I definitely believe in this day and age you need someone like Kevin to install your system. He and Mark had it up in no time. And he had came back when a tech problem needed attention. We are lucky to have such a great product in the Rochester area. Capitalize on it. Again, 5 ⭐️!!!

Kevin came out and mounted my 77” Bravia. Installed a Denon sound bar and subwoofer. Looks amazing and only took him like 30 minutes. Will recommend to all friends and family. 10/10

I was in the market for a new tv. Hadn't really kept up with the technology and the myriad of options available. Did a bit of Google research and then gave Leader TV Sales and Service a call.

Right from the start Kevin was both informative and patient with this technologically challenged neophyte. In fact, Kevin spent over an hour on the phone helping me to understand which options he thought were best and why.

At no time during our marathon phone call did he push to sell me anything. In fact, as far as he knew I might not purchase from him at all.

I did end up purchasing a new tv and sound system from Kevin several days after our initial phone conversation.

The next week he and his brother Mark were at my door ready to begin installation.

They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Once again, patient with me as I asked questions about this and that.
To make a long story short, I have a beautiful new 77" LG tv with an amazing sound system. Kevin explained everything I needed to know to familiarize me with and utilize the system. I never felt that any question I had was silly (although some were). Additionally they went well above doing what they had to do by helping me out with a totally unrelated issue.

If you're looking for someone who is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and provides amazing sales and service from start to finish I highly recommend Kevin and Mark.

The folks at Leader did a great job repairing my vintage Pioneer RT707 reel-to-reel! Very communicative, genuinely excited about the gear, and super reasonable rates. I'd take it back to them in heartbeat, but I'm not sure I'll have to!

Top notch service! Kevin and Mark are experts at TV installation. Not only did they mount my 65” TV, they checked my WiFi connection throughout my house, asked what other devices would I be connecting, and made recommendations on how to enhance my overall system. All at a reasonable price. They are now my go to guys for anything A/V.

Kevin has helped me out multiple times in the past year (VCR, vintage reverb unit, Tascam 424, etc.). His repair prices are great, he lets you know exactly what the issue was, and just a great vibe from the guys that do work there. I live about 40 mins away and always worth the drive!

My television died. I called this morning shortly after they opened. By 4PM the broken one is removed, and a brand new smart television delivered, installed & operating. All of this occurred in a smooth efficient manner for an exceptionally reasonable price. Why would anyone use a big box store ? I highly recommend Leader for any of your audio visual needs.

Kevin and Mark showed up today and troubleshot my TV pixelating problems. They were super professional, and I loved their cerebration in coming up with solutions. Without asking, they found that my basement's Roku TV wasn't connected to local channels. They took care of that also.

About a month ago, Kevin and his team fixed my Fisher receiver that I inherited from my father. It sounds brand new, now. Those guys are the best- honest, reasonable and congenial.

Leader TV will always have my business, and I shall always recommend them to others.

Had them mount 3 TVs. Quick service. Very professional. Cleaned up and took all of the packaging with them. Wrapped cords so nothing was dangling behind the screens.

Wow! We were so impressed by Kevin & Mark’s knowledge, responsiveness, quality or work and professionalism! We mistakenly purchased a TV, receiver, etc. from Best Buy and after they messed up by cancelling our appointment (after we waited for well over a month for installation!), we couldn’t get through to anyone local and had to drive to the store 3 times, we luckily found TV Leaders. They came out within a couple of days, saved us money, and set up what we consider a complicated surround sound. There is no way Best Buy’s Geek Squad would have been able to do the set up (IF they even showed up)! Do yourself a favor, don’t go to Best Buy and wait at least a month for installation, call Kevin & Mark for an expert job!

Kevin and Mark are awesome! They know their stuff; they did a great job mounting a new 65” TV above our fireplace. They were responsive, keeping me updated about their schedules and my installation options. Plus, they are a lot of fun. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again for my home media needs.
