Koosha completed a holiday light installation at my home. He was very thorough and took great care with the lights and solar panels on the cords, and synchronized all lights for dusk to dawn. I highly recommend Roctech Solution, and will consider them in the near future to complete some indoor electrical projects.

I bought a 55 inch TV and in my purchase I included mounting and installation... They were a no call no show and I was getting nowhere trying to reschedule.. Ed, the service technician, installed a UV light system to our water supply. Ed has done work for us in the recent past and we have been very pleased with him. He is always friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get the job done.

July 2023 had a generator installation done at my home. The crew was dressed and acted like professionals . Work was done in a timely manner. Update jan 2024. Had my first service done today Mike is very professional. Oil change, valve adjustment and service bulletin from manufacturer done. My first service was $299 plus tax. It seems like a lot. But Mike was here 4 hours and when he left I have that same peace of mind I had when I installed it. That was worth the money. Next service due in one hundred hours.

Had a great service visit by Cheyne, after our Hydrogen Peroxide feeder ran non-stop, and heated up to the point we were nervous of letting it continue to run without getting a pro service call. Cheyne was right on time, and did a thorough system check. Finding and replacing a worn part in the water treatment system, and assuring us the Hydrogen Peroxide portion is running normally. Cheyne also shared info about the pressure, reset the auto backwashing schedule and told us where we can monitor the system. Cheyne was kind, professional and made sure we had no unanswered questions before he left.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain our options and made sure we understood the details.
We have always been pleased with not o ly the technicians but the office as well.

We had an Anderson water softener installed on 11-17-1995 and it's still working fine it had a small leak and John set me up with the right part and I installed it myself today. Thanks to John and the Girls in the office. Very professional and pleasant, Thanks, Brian

James did a great job and was very personable. He repla ed the battery and a other key part. One little switch to turn on manually is broken and the part is no longer available due to age of the generator. But he showed me how to get around that and start manually if ever necessary.

Very friendly and shows concern for the homeowner. One of the best contractor companies I’ve ever worked with. From the first visit with Tom, then the generator installers, Paul and James, to the last team member, Kevin, for the water filtration system.

Tom was very informative and…..entertaining to say the least. He was very easy to understand with very simple explanations and examples.
He should be hosting sales seminars in his spare time. Great!

Ed was very professional and personable.The install was quick and he explained what he was doing. Once the water conditioner was installed, he explained exactly how it worked. I would highly recommend Anderson for your water conditioner/softener needs.
