Nate did a fantastic job figuring out what the problem was on our blown circuit. He was quick, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. We will be calling Premier with all our electric problems in the future!

Nate has been doing a couple of projects around my house. Last season he did electrical hot tub wiring, and this season out door lights installation. I already called him back for pool wiring. He is always accommodating us at a reasonable cost. By far, the best company I have worked with.

We had some legacy electrical wiring in the house that needed clean-up to properly plan for future electrical needs and Nate and his crew were attentive, professional and thorough in there efforts to address and resolve our needs.
Separately, we retained Nate to install an upgraded alarm and camera system in our home after having all the windows replaced. Again, Nate and his team were thorough, detailed and professional in their approach to installing the new sensors and exterior cameras. They have extensive knowledge of control wiring and best practices to properly install a system without damage to the new windows and exterior finish of our home. They were able to set us up with remote access control and monitoring answering all out technical and operational questions.
We plan to continue using Nate and his team whenever we have electrical or control wiring needs.

I hired Premier Alarms and Electric to install a 240V line from my panel box to the garage. This enabled level 2 charging for an electric vehicle.
The company arrived on time and finished in less than 2 hours. They also made sure that the plug-in cord set was properly performing and cleaned up any debris after the work was completed.
I am entirely satisfied with the outcome of the project and recommend Premier Alarm and Electric to anyone needing level 2 charging capability at home.

I had an electrical problem that turned out to be a worn out breaker. I put the job request in Angie’s List, got a call a few hours later, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed the following morning. I’m very pleased, and recommend Premier highly.

Nate and crew came in cluch. I closed on my home on 10/11 and Rochester Gas and Electric said that the meter was on and that I should have eletric. My realtor called Nate at Premier Alarms and Eletric and he had a tech out in a few hours. It turns out it was a RGE issue. Then the Spectrum tech who was installing my Cable and Internet drilled into the riser for my eletric. Nate had a crew out first thing the next morning to resolve the issue.

Easy to get a quick appt time and to communicate with Nate for a pool pump motor electrical change over. He and crew were on time, very courteous and professional. I would recommend and hire them again.

I hired Nate for a job, set an appointment weeks out and he was a no show. I didn't get a call before or after to reschedule, nothing. I called to see what's going on and I was told I would get a call back... nothing. I called again get ignored, leave 3 or 4 messages and... nothing. I called from a different phone number Nate actually picks up, then he tells me he's going to call me back and guess what.... nothing. Its been over 6 weeks of this so at this point I've given up. I gave him 2 stars as opposed to 1 because he did a job for me before. The work was fine... just good luck trying to get him to respond. If you don't want the job or don't have the time just say so. Don't make customers waste their time setting up appointments that you no show, and calling you waiting for a response.

Nate and Cody are awesome. They are polite, professional, responsive, and friendly. They replaced all of the outlets and switches in my house, installed a ceiling light in my basement, wired a garbage disposal, and removed hardware from an old security system. Every time I called or texted, they responded quickly, did clean and quick work, and their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Woke up and had no hot water, water tank had seen better days. Called Premiere and Nate called back right away. Nate installed electric for an electric water heater. He was on time and did a fantastic and thorough job. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He had a buddy with him by the name of DeShawn (spelling correct ?) He had to get under the house(mobile home) THANK YOU DESHAWN!!! They both did a excellent, exceptional job !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️will definitely use Premiere again.

Premier Alarms and Electric did a wonderful job changing out outdated fixtures and installing new dimmers and switch’s in my home! They were prompt, so professional. The job included wiring and installing additional lights in my ceiling. They positioned them perfectly, cleaned up after the job and my home looked amazing! I highly recommend this company!

Nate and his guys did an amazing job on a previously botched flip job done by another company on my rental property. I have a old 1919 house and with old wiring on top of the botched flip I had a bunch of non working lights. Nate and the boys were able completely fix all the lights that were not working properly . They were the second electrical company I had to come look at it and they didn’t give up until the job was done! All the guys were Completely professional , knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . I absolutely would recommend them and plan to use them if needed again in the future!

wish I could leave a better review. Nate's team did a pretty good job back in the fall of 2023 (although they damaged my plaster wall installing an outlet) but the last two appointments I set with Nate were no-shows. And no replies to my calls and emails about update/rescheduling. I can understand if a job runs over and you are running late, but to have TWO no-shows with no follow up is just bad business. I really liked Nate and his work crew but that's just not enough. I expect to be treated with a modicum of respect and this is not how it should be done.

We recommend Premier Alarms and Electric. Nate is the best! We just purchased 2 ev vehicles and needed to add a ev charger in the garage, he was very prompt on the appointment time, even offered to go pick up the charger from the dealership same morning, now thats customer service! His prices are very reasonable. We will not contact anyone else for future service. We couldn't be happier! Thank you again, Nate!
