Trimline has performed as advertised. Our lawn Looks terrific in spite of the lack of rain this season. We intend to use them again next year.

Comes regularly as scheduled without fail. Good quality work done by friendly and cooperative staff. Office is easy to contact and responsive to any requests.

Vey responsive and customer-focused staff and technicians. Their team responds very quickly to special requests . They also seem to be aware of upcoming weather and time services accordingly whenever possible.

Our neighbor has used Trimline the past few years. Me and my husband have never had a problem with them until this year. Our town of Irondequoit has an ordinance 160-15 which states no person shall operate... lawnmower mower or similar mechanical device which creates excessive noise... between the hours of 10pm and 9am. We have told Trimline this on numerous occasions, such as, when they have shown up to run their leaf blowers at 7:50am for an hour. Each time we approached them, the workers were extremely rude and told us it wasn't their problem. The town of Irondequoit Board of Ethics contacted Trimline themselves to remind them of the ordinance, if they do not abide by it, the police will be called and they will be fined. What does Trimline do? They show up to our neighbor's property again at 7:50am to run their lawncare equipment. This time, me and my husband were very agitated and after confronting the manager to remind him of the town noise ordinance and that his company was previously contacted by the town of Irondequoit, he essentially told us he didn't care and continued on with his business. I tried to contact Trimline myself to try to work out our issue with management, but was again ignored. My next step is to write this review to warn others of this company and their lack of professionalism and respect for others.

We have a baby who sleeps in a room right next to where Trimline works on our neighbor's yard. They are already not a great sleeper and when Trimline comes so early in the morning, oh my goodness, you know it's going to be an even better day!!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I honestly don't know what else to do besides exercising my right to call the police. I just hope this helps someone in the future when they're considering hiring this company for a job.

UPDATE:
After having Captain Whitaker get in touch with Trimline personally, they have stopped coming in the 7am hour to take care of our neighbor's lawn. For the remainer of the 2025 season, they have arrived at a more appropriate time and have respected our town's noise ordinance guidelines. I wish it didn't take police involvement, but in the end, the matter has been fixed. My baby has been able to sleep in the early mornings and me and my husband are no longer stressed about Trimline's arrival each wk!

Very happy with their service and the response time is amazing. This is my first yr with them but looking forward to seeing new results next yr in my lawn!

They do prompt courteous work on schedule. My lawn is looking much better after just 1 year of their service. I have some additional weed control to be done, I'm sure they'll get that fixed in time.

For the last two years we’ve used trimline our lawn has never ever looked as good as it does now we previously used to use a national company that doesn’t even compare to the quality of service and products that The trimline team gives us they actually have employees that care that know how to treat you with respect and your property with respect thank you trimline for being there

Trimline has helped us with so many projects! We use them for lawn-care, tree care, mulch installation, fall cleanup, and recently they put in a beautiful lilac! I have been using Trimline Landscape Management for my lawn mowing and maintenance for about 15 years now and they are doing a great job. My lawn looks very nice and compliments from my neighbors have been frequent.

We have been using the lawnmowing service for more than ten years. We are satisfied. We had a small problem about a couple of months ago. Finally the management took care of it.

I had a minor issue with the fertilizer application around our inground pool. Bill promptly came to the house and assessed the damage and had someone fix the problem within a couple days. Paul came out about a week later to see if everything was ok and if we were happy with the outcome, which we were. Great customer service!
