I highly recommend Mighty Mac Cleaning and restoration. Not only am I thrilled with the job they did, but the whole process itself was amazingly low stress. I was able to set up an appointment in just a few minutes. Dylan was responsive, they were on time and incredibly efficient. They weren’t discouraged by the state of my carpet and educated me as they went. No surprise fees, they let me know from the beginning what I could expect to pay. It was truly a pleasure working with this wonderful, family owned business.

We contacted Mighty Mac and had a response within 30 minutes, and the job was scheduled for the following afternoon - so fast! I appreciated the text confirmation of the appointment and the notification that they were on their way. Dylan and Brian arrived on time and immediately got to work. Not only were they pleasant, professional and friendly, they explained their process and how what they were going to do would help my specific concerns with the pet stains on our carpet. They worked very hard to eliminate some tough stains and then steam cleaned the entire rug. When they were done, they cleaned right up, the stains were gone, everything is smelling fresh and my carpet looks brand new. We had tried cleaning it ourselves many times (with many different machines), had it professionally cleaned by the big name in carpet cleaning (you can figure out which one) all with disappointing results, but it is safe to say that this time we are very happy with how it came out and would absolutely recommend Mighty Mac to anyone!

I would highly recommend Mighty Mac. Very professional and prompt, with great communication. I have two cats and damage to my carpet. They were able to work around damage, and furniture and execute an amazing result. They also gave tips on drying and ways to reduce ware on high traffic area by front door. I will definitely be rebooking services in the future.

We were throughly impressed with the quality of workmanship & materials utilizing (Sherwin Williams Products). The staff's attention to detail in each phase was impressive. A question was raised in regards to additional plumbing issue. For which they were able to provide an incredibly reasonable rate & service. They provided my wife with a selection of Sherwin Williams Colors which were to her delight. Their upgrade in the Master Bedroom was almost if we were looking into a Better Homes & Garden Magazine. Clean First Class truly lives up to their motto of Commitment - Consistency & Excellence. We would 'HIGHLY' recommend this company throughout Monroe & Wayne County.

I was happy with Clarence‘s professionalism and punctuality. He arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. Although all I requested was a set of carpeted stairs and a landing, Clarence still took his time and made sure they looked brand new. No matter how small the job was.

Nick and James were courteous and thorough in cleaning our rugs, moving small items out of the way as needed. They did the job very efficiently and got rid of our stains! I’m super pleased with the results! Highly recommend!

Nick was friendly, efficient, and professional. Him and his team did an excellent job in our house. We have 4 dogs, so it was a bit hairy for him at times. My carpets look like new!

Only problem was I didn’t get the 15-30 call with them coming so I was not quite ready. The men were super nice and funny and evidently love their job.

Have been using Stanley Steemer when my carpets get dingy or stained. The two gentlemen they sent are incredible! So thorough, & powerfully strong at working the steam deep into my carpets. The results are wonderful! Truly!!

The best ever. Very meticulous. Did not shy away from hard work. My floors were a mess. They made my floors shine. They rechecked their work over and over to make sure it was done right. Spotless. When I need you again , I hope I get these guys. They were also very kind and polite young men. What a pleasure to have them in my home. Great job.
