Aires and Chaz appeared on time and were very upbeat and polite. Went about their work quickly and explained everything as they progressed. Photographed ducts to show collection of construction debris. Left the house clean much healthier.

Darryl and William were professional, Courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing! The lady on the phone Who I talked to when I Originally booked this appointment Didn’t let me know that it would be good to have a powerful water source like a hose Spicket Available and ready. Darrell and William improvised And knew what to do and they still did a fantastic job When I feel like we were- What it feels like- set up for failure (landlord won’t “allow” running water in his “beautiful pavement”) It’s good to see People from the town Working out here in the suburban wasteland! They also gave me a pair of booties which came in extremely handy after the job was complete!

……Why aren’t Stanley Steemer associates offered any type of Insurance or medical covers whatsoever? (Hypothetical)

Nicholas and Damian arrived when promised, ready to get to work. They did a fantastic job and answered all of our questions and concerns. Our hardwood floors look beautiful. We will definitely add this to our house cleaning ritual at least twice a year. Thank you guys.

Clarence and Nick were our 2 technicians. They arrived promptly and gave us a friendly introduction. They explained the work that was to be done ( I had received a copy beforehand from Stanley Steemer).
They made some recommendations and provided explanations of what we should expect. We are very happy with the results and we will ask for them in the future.

Both of the crew were wonderful, polite, caring and able to handle my mistake that I made. I've given four stars mainly because of the scheduling in the app. I think I either missed some stuff or there was some stuff that was not quite clear but nothing against the people who came. They were wonderful.

The guys who came were amazing. Super friendly, explained what they were doing, were efficient, left no mess behind. Best part they were friendly to my animals, will definitely have them back

Daryl and Nick were just amazing. They did such a nice job. They were kind friendly and extremely considerate. I plan to have them back to do more tile cleaning and sealing.

Another great experience with Stanley Steemer. They were polite, explained everything in advance and worked fast. Now the carpets smell fresh and look clean. This wasn't my first time using them, and definitely won't be my last! Good job guys!!

Clarence and Damon were pleasant, hard working, and efficient. They repeatedly ‘checked in’ about whether we were satisfied (we were!!) and left the job site neat and clean. We would definitely ask for them by name if we wanted more steam cleaning. Also, definitely recommend the floor grout cleaning!! It came out amazing and I didn’t know they could do that.

Nick was friendly, a hard worker and very efficient. It was a pleasure having him in my home. My carpets look brand new and I'm so very pleased. Thank you Nick. I'd most definitely have you back.

The guys they sent were great. They were fun and did a great job. My only complaint would be that we started having a issue with our sink after they left and it took a few days to figure out they unplugged our transfer pump to use the outlet in the basement and did not plug it back in causing water to back up in the basement. I did not know they had unplugged it.

Aries and Dominic… two of the nicest, kindest, reassuring, patient ( in explanations) , friendliest and highly competent workers ever! Plus everything was left carefully cleaned up! And just adorable! ( I could be their gramma!) Thank you for the wonderful work today!!

I had an amazing experience with Stanley Steemer! Ocie and Nicholas were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting. They worked efficiently and did an incredible job cleaning my carpets and sectional... everything looks fresh and spotless! I really appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took with my home. Highly recommend Stanley Steemer and these two technicians for anyone looking for top-notch service!

My two technicians, Chazmelle and Jonathan, were awesome! They were prompt and very professional! They explained the process and kept me informed of what was going on and let me know when they ran into little snags, which they promptly fixed! The house is 125 years old, and we aren’t sure if the duct system was ever cleaned! They did an excellent job, and then disinfected the whole system. The air comes out of the vents more with some good force and no bad odor! These two technicians are the ones I would bring into my home for any of Stanley Steemers services. They are definitely a great asset to the company and I highly recommend the company and especially those two technicians! Thank you Chazmelle and Jonathan, you are awesome!!!

The gentlemen were extremely prompt and did a thorough job of getting my sofa and sette cleaned and sanitized. Clarence was particularly polite and helpful. Highly recommend.
