We paid $40 to have the tile and grout in the bathroom cleaned. It's not any more clean than before it was serviced. I've gotten it much cleaner on my hands and knees with Pinesol. The attached photos were taken 30 minutes AFTER the grout was "cleaned." Also, the living room carpet under the furniture (where the furniture legs contact the carpet) did not come clean. We've cleaned our carpet every other year and never had an issue with it coming entirely cleaned in the past. This is the first time we've used Stanley Steemer . . . and evidently, the last time, as well. Why pay for a service that can't get the job done?

I had a wonderful experience with Stanley steamers. I’m a new dog mom & there were stains & odors in my carpet- the Stanley steamers crew worked their magic. Sylvia & Amber were amazing. They were both friendly and professional. I had a few questions and concerns, they were able to assist me. They were timely & worked diligently. I will definitely book with them again in the future

I had two large wool rugs and my sectional steam cleaned and deodorized this morning, and I am thrilled with the results. Julius and DeByron were a great crew and very conscientious and professional. They took care an extra effort to remove a few stains from the couch and I really appreciate that. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service. It all started when I had them come out and clean and deodorize a few rooms. The guys who showed up seemed to be good guys and easy to talk with. When they were done I went to sign the paper and pay and it was about $100 cheaper than what the quote was. I didn’t think much of it until I looked at the receipt later and noticed they didn’t charge me for the deodorizer. Come to find out they didn’t even do it of course. When I went into my house, the carpets were absolutely drenched. Now I understand that the carpets are going to be damp. According to Stanley Steemer they get about 95% of the water out. Well not this time. I let it dry a few days with fans going and the smell of must/mildew was overwhelming. In the meantime while the carpets were “drying”, I noticed a 2’x2’ burned grass area where their truck was parked. Not sure if it was chemicals or from the truck itself but it definitely wasn’t there before. I have picture proof it came from where their truck was parked. At this point this is when I decided to call and see how to resolved some of the issues.

So I called the national number and made a complaint. She told me that the area manager will get back to me within 24-48hrs. I waited 5 whole business days and still no call back. So I called again and the lady said yes someone was suppose to call you but she helped me right then and there with scheduling a new appointment to get another cleaning done along with the deodorizer. I said that was good with me and was hoping this would solve the issues. Well I was wrong.

The day before the scheduled second cleaning I received a text saying they would be there on between 12pm-5pm. The day of, I received another text saying the same thing. So here I was all day waiting someone to come and guess what…nobody ever showed up or even called to tell me they were not coming. So I called the National number and they tried to get ahold of the Rochester branch with no luck. Of course. It seems to be the common theme with this company.

So here we are again making another complaint. This time I was able to get in contact with cooperate customer relations and they directly reached out to them. And go figure, about an hour after that phone call one of the manager from the Rochester branch finally called me. I explained everything and was asked to email all of the proof of the incidents, which I did. She said she needed to talk with the franchise owner to get approval to get my money back and would call me back that same day or the next morning. Guess what, nobody ever called me back.

This bring us to today. I received a call from cooperate telling that the only resolution is to have them come back out and clean again free of charge. They will not give me my money back. What an unacceptable answer/resolution. This company has burned my grass, potentially ruined my carpeting/padding, wasted my time and effort moving all the furniture, taking care of my animals and paying for an extra day of daycare for the kids just to say they will just come do it again. Unacceptable. I have never given a review of any company. And myself being a small business owner would never even think about treating my customers like this. The lack of communication is unbelievable it’s almost laughable. I will never use or support Stanley Steemer until they make this right. Which I’m sure will never happen unfortunately.

Nick was very personable & informative. He explained the process and was very efficient. Abraham did a good job as well.

They did a horrible job cleaning laminate and tile flooring. I ended up having to redo most of the flooring on my own. I tried to resolve this issue but was flat out ignored by David, the owner. This is a franchise and not bound by corporate standards.

Quick, efficient, professional, and all around great service from Damon and James! I got the deodorizer and protection with the cleaning. I will be using again and will recommend to others!

Service was flawless, from booking the appointment to the duct cleaning completion. Aries & Abraham were very polite and professional, and went the extra steps needed to make sure ducts were free of all dust & debris.

Had Stanley Steemer clean my ceramic tile floors. Amber arrived on time, and she did a very thorough job. Scrubbed the surface and grout. Floors look new again. Thank you!

I booked the appointment at 430am. The techs were at my house by 10:30 the same day. They were able to remove a horrible coffee stain on our new carpet. Both techs were polite and very professional.

For $159 for living room and hall, they were here 20 minutes. I asked them to go over a few spots. They did. They did not spend time on high traffic areas or suck enough water out. Carpet was drenched. The carpet looks better but still traffic areas dirty. They did not move any furniture as I was told they would. I would not recommend of you want your carpet to look clean.
I will give 5 stars for professionalism of the 2 people that did it. But would not recommend this company if you want it clean.
