Had a problem with my furnace not staying on and Lou came right over and figured out what was wrong and took care of it and cleaned up the area and was very professional. Cleaned my furnace, changed my filter , I will use him to maintain my unit every year.

We hired Loyalty to do an air conditioning repair, bad choice. He checked for a leak and filled the refrigerant charging. A few days later the AC wasn't working again and there was condensation coming from the lines. Obviously this meant there was actually a leak that was not found. Called and scheduled for Lou to come back out and take a look at the unit, well after waiting 3 hours and making numerous calls he never showed. Needless to say we will be looking for another HVAC company. Do yourself a favor and use a different company. Not as "Loyal" as they sound.

Over the years I have received friendly and professional service from the owner. He always shows up on time and informs you if there is a delay.

From the time I called to the time my new boiler was installed took 3 days. Very professional, no mess left behind. Called a few other guys and these guys had the best deal. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Was here very quick and got the job done in less time than I expected. I ended up having a different issue a few days later and Lou came right back. He didn’t have the exact answer on how to fix my problem. He showed me the temporary fix in case it happened again and said he would get back to me. Sure enough he called the next day with the solution and stopp d by a few days later to fix it. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Most places would have guessed and replaced something that didn’t need replacing. I simply needed a part readjusted. Can’t thank Lou enough.

We were having issues with our furnace. Louis came over right away and worked on identifying and correcting the problem. He was professional, efficient and affordable. He also gave us information on rebates we would be eligible for through RG&E. We will definitely be calling him for our future needs!

My air conditioner went down on one of hottest days of the year. Was calling around to see if someone could come out and service our air conditioner. My wife called Lou and he said he could come out that day. I couldn’t believe it as I was getting dates from a couple of days to over a week. We have three pets plus my wife suffers from asthma, which would have been pretty difficult with a hot home. When Lou came, he had all the parts necessary and had me up and running in no time. He was very professional and gave me some tips about my furnance and air conditioner. We really appreciate his quick response and his ability to solve our problem. We will be using Loyalty in the future.

I hired Loyalty Heating and Cooling to install a small second-hand gas fireplace for me. I worked directly with, Lou, the owner. Lou was professional, polite, ethical, honest, knowledgeable, and most of all he did a fabulous Job at a great price. I was so happy with his work I hired him to clean my furnace as well, and took out a service contract to have my furnace and fireplace maintained annually. Lou is one of the "good guys." You would not find a better person for this type of work!
