So grateful and happy. I recently moved into my home and wanted furnace maintenance as it was way overdue. Lou arrived on time, performed the maintenance and I just happened to ask a question about my gas insert fireplace. Come to find out that he services them too! Who knew? I am relieved to have them both taken care of in one visit. Thanks Lou.
Today 1/17/2024 I needed to have Lou to check out why my sump pump was not working. He responded immediately to my distress call and spent most of the day fixing the pump and drain pipes as well as a breaker in my electrical panel and some troublesome GFIC's. He is professional, prompt, thorough and explains what he's doing and why. I am so lucky to have found a trusted service ally.

Lou has been our HVAC contractor since we moved into our house in 2015. He and his team recently replaced the water heater and furnace, installed a traditional central AC unit as well as 3 ductless heating/AC units. It was a huge job and they had the equipment here within a few days. It took them less time than I thought, and they did an amazing job! We are very happy with the work and the price and Lou walked us through everything and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will definitely only be calling Lou in the future.

Rexommended by another professional no prior knowledge of them. Initial diagnosis of the old system was by far the most thorough. When I made the decision to go for a new heat pump system they were extremely responsive and the most competitive as well. Received a date very quickly and the work was done seemingly without a hiccup at all from my point of view. Had the registration and all applicable paperwork by 6am the following day. Very impressed with Colby and Justin.

I can't say enough about this company and Colby and Justin. AmeriHeat just installed a brand new HVAC system throughout my whole house and did an amazing job. Colby came to my house within 20 minutes of my call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Colby came back the next day (on the Saturday morning of Easter weekend) and replaced my tankless hot water heater. The price for everything was very reasonable especially given the time I needed my unit replaced. I can’t say enough positive things.

We were out of heat. They showed up within an hour diagnosed and fixed the problem. We will call them again.

Called Colby and he responded to my home within 20 minutes after hanging up. It was later in the day and he was able to replace my water heater that needed to be replaced. A week later and our furnace was acting up. Colby responded shortly after we hung the phone up an got our furnace up and going.

Five stars are not enough for Justin and Colby. As new homeowners, we tried calling for an oil furnace service and could not find anyone to help us out yesterday. I then called Colby first thing this morning, and I explained that I had an oil furnace that was not working. Facing an extremely cold weekend, Colby gave me a time they could come over and they were there in less than an hour. Justin troubleshot the problem and did a much needed service on the furnace. It is up and running! These two are some of the professional, knowledgeable and nicest people in their industry. AmeriHeat is number one in my contact list, for a company to call when we have furnace issues and yearly services are needed! Be sure contact them first whenever you have any heating and cooling issues in the Rochester area.

Colby and Justin did an amazing job replacing our boiler. They were quick, neat and somehow the boiler looks better then it ever has. It is working at a much better efficiency overall. I would highly recommend them!!

Colby has been great, I’m so thankful we found him as not many people work on the oil boilers anymore. He did our yearly maintenance and then helped us out again when I noticed something wrong with our radiant heat, he came to check it out and fixed it that day!!
