We called On The Spot Cleaners for duct cleaning services in our home. They’d never been done since we purchased it. From scheduling with Nicole to having Alicia come out, everything was perfect!

From the time we contracted to have One Spot over to duct clean the communication was fantastic. Scott came over on time, thoroughly explained everything he was going to do worked efficiently and neatly and showed us the results. Well worth having it done. Thanks for a great job!

called to speak with someone regarding one of their drivers swerving into me and almost hitting me, and they put me on hold and then hung up on me

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Awful business. One of their van drivers hit our parked vehicle and they never returned our phone calls to get our vehicle fixed. I called their office over and over again and just got transferred to voicemail and hung up on. Will have to end up taking them to court. Very poorly run business, and drivers inexperienced. And their vehicles aren't insured because I called their insurance company and was told they don't have a policy listed

These workers come at 7 take an hour break at 9 take lunch from 11 till 1 then they go home at 2 get very little done in a day

They strangely require me to show my proof of insurance to work on our boiler only to deny later after seeing my name on the policy.
They had the pictures of work their technician Mike took when he came to see the job.
Jim the owner called me to tell me we can’t work on your boiler after I submitted proof of insurance
It seems like they denied based on who I am instead of what needed done.
I run 2 successful businesses very rarely I face situation like this
