Exceptional company with amazing teams. First I hired them to clean my chimney and wood insert. They then provided a very reasonable bid for repointing the chimney , which included repairing the cement cap. The work on the chimney to less than two days and the workmanship looks amazing. They were very protective of our home and property, and they took time to explain all their steps and processes. I highly recommend this company!

The guys did a Great job on my chimney . I needed the ash trap door closed in. They came in took care of business and cleaned up all around the area. Looks great can’t even tell it was there , they did a good job matching up my brick

I have only the highest praise to give to Felgemacher Masonry and the awesome team who worked on my 1890 built chimney. Started with Colin coming out to give me an estimate and scope of work. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my chimney rebuild project, as well as replacing my fireplace gas inserts with gas log sets in my two fireplaces.
They found a brick that was very close in color and size to the original brick. Tim, the mason who rebuilt the chimney was very professional, friendly, and extremely talented. He was able to rebuild the chimney with all the architectural detail that it originally had in 1890. He worked off of some blurry pics I had of the house from 1900. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result.
Sean came out and installed my new gas log sets, and again, very friendly and knowledgeable.
I rarely give reviews of services provided to me as I’m very picky and I like things done correctly, with no shortcuts. I would highly recommend Felgemacher for any masonry or fireplace work. Their pricing was awesome. I had previously got more than a half dozen estimates that were all outrageous.

Had a great visit with Kris who cleaned and inspected a chimney and fireplace on a new home my family moved into. We wanted to get it checked for safety before we burned.

Kris was helpful, explained the finer points of operating the fireplace, and made some recommendations for safe usage. The cleaning was relatively quick, being a metal chimney. All in all, very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use Felgemacher again in the future.

We had the inspect our chimney. The staff was thorough, informative and knowledgeable. They had great communication and were prompt. I appreciate their text/email reminders. The tech called when he was running a few minutes late.

Unfortunately our chimney didn’t pass the inspection (not surprising). My one suggestion is that they shouldn’t charge for/complete a cleaning on a fireplace that isn’t going to be able to be used. We’d had a previous company do an inspection (Four Winds) and when that fire place failed they said they wouldn’t recommend a clean/charge us for one as we didn’t plan to use it and it wasn’t that dirty.

Wonderful local multi-generational company. Jon provided me with pictures of my chimney and explained why it was best to rebuild it. I found the estimate to be very reasonable. Jeff worked with me to schedule the job, so it would not interfere with my work schedule. Louis and his assistant arrived promptly on the scheduled day (9/22/25). Both are very hard workers, did a full day of work! True craftsman! The next day, they arrived at 9am, completed the flashing, waterproofing and scaffold breakdown. They cleaned as the worked. Job site was totally clean upon leaving. Start to finish, I estimate the job took about 10 hours. Everyone I have dealt with at Felgemacher has been very nice. My new chimney looks great and have received many complements, I highly recommend Felgemacher Masonry and Chimney.

Sean completed a chimney sweep and inspection with pictures along with a certificate. He worked hard while answering many questions regarding my wood stove and safety concerns. His work was 100 percent completed to perfection. Sean was highly professional, polite and knowledgeable; I would recommend him highly.

He helped me through the insurance maze and this wasn’t easy, everything seems to require the computer and I’m not very proficient with the computer. He’s a treasure. Matt was terrific! He was on time during a ice/snow storm, and was patient with the chaos around him. My family moved into our home last week, and Matt explained the features of our fireplace clearly. He gave a recommendation as to where we could purchase a gas fireplace for our master bedroom ensuite. His inspection/cleaning was thorough. Matt is knowledgeable and personable. 5 stars all the way through. First time using them for cleaning the fireplace. 15 min text heads up the tech was on his way. On time, professional, and used drop cloths, cameras and a drone to see the top of the chimney. Showed me pictures from the drone and inside. No unnecessary upsell. If you want a lifetime, Customer oriented, professional company to clean your fireplace this is it. Bar none. Thanks!

Sean was very professional and personable! I was very satisfied with the service he provided. We received a detailed assessment of the issues with our fireplace and photos to support the findings. Sean also offered to help us navigate an insurance claim. I highly recommend Felgemacher. They are reputable, honest and a delight to work with.

This company did a really good job. Their sales guy was very straightforward and honest and gave me appropriate choices. Their service team always got right back to me if I had a question. The installers were helpful and allowed me to make a video of how to light the pilot light. Overall, a great experience.

Our On-The-Spot technician was courteous and did a thorough job of cleaning out our dryer vent and the surrounding area behind and around the dryer. We will definitely have them back. Very pleased with the work and professionalism!

Overall, the work was exceptional - my request for the service that I asked were complete. But really what i want to praise on is about customer service. Dennis was awesome. He took the time to explain what was going to happen while he was here. With my two boisterous pups, he didn’t get deterred from the work and still said hellos and pets for them. And knowing that I was Deaf, he gave me heads up about the sounds that the air compression would do due to my dogs. He even took the chance inquire about the app platform that I was using to communicate so he could download on his app.
