We had the opportunity to work with Wise Home a few months back as we needed to improve our insulation on our 1950’s home. When we had moved in we were experiencing huge ice dams that ran from our roof to our sidewalk.

After getting an assessment, we had a lot of back and forths with Kirk and his team and found the right solution for our home. They were extremely helpful through the entire process.

Jamie and his crew came through for the actual insulation process, kept us up to date and informed of every step. We are pretty picky, but their attention to detail and care through the application was top notch. Greatly appreciated their work and the level of communication they brought to the project.

Can honestly say we now have some of the best insulation in our neighborhood judging from the snow and melting patterns of other homes. We no longer have any ice damming issues and couldn’t have been happier with the job that they did.

We had two large projects with Wise completed by now, and each time it was a great experience from start to finish.
In the planning phase, Ryan was amazing with detailed answers on our question, adjusting to our wishes while making sure the solutions fit our needs and are properly sized for the house.
During the installation, Tom, Russ, Rich and Leo communicated clearly with us, were very polite, clean, and stayed perfectly within the estimated schedule. Once everything was in place, they patiently explained the system to us, including tipps and tricks, and answered all our questions.

In summary: highly recommend Wise and all their team members!

Be very concerned for your neighbors if you use this company. Our neighbor used them for blown-in insulation. Because of the way her house sits, they needed to use our driveway for ladders. The first day they came, they left a huge mess on her sidewalk and on our driveway. When we were notified that Wise was coming back a couple of weeks later, I asked what was going to be done to clean up our driveway. I was told the rain would "wash it away." I pointed out that we had had a lot of heavy rain already and it still was a mess.

The day of Wise's return to finish the neighbor's insulation, I personally witnessed one of the workers sweeping sawdust onto our driveway, and we had sawdust and additional insulation on our driveway. When questioned by my husband, he was told it was "easier to cleanup" that way. We were left with both insulation and sawdust embedded in our driveway

That is total disrespect for my property. They are supposedly to come back and clean it up "when the weather permits." I hold out little hope, especially since they left without any contact information for us.This is a new driveway that was newly sealed in the fall.

Because of Wise's actions, we will not allow any of our neighbor's workers to use our driveway for anything ever again.

I was initially assigned to a different company before switching to Wise. After noticing the previous company’s unprofessional approach, I requested Wise, who had previously done work for my neighbor. Tanya is really friendly in the entire communication. Overall Wise is exceptionally professional—while their work wasn’t the fastest, they take the time needed to ensure every detail is done correctly. Mike conducted the final inspection, and the entire process was thorough and met high standards. I’m in the industry so I believe they should be recommended!

I decided to get a lot of work done at once—heat pump, water heater and insulation. Sean’s team did a great job with the insulation. They explained each step of the process and worked quickly and efficiently. The work area was left spotless. Every member of the team was a pleasure to talk to.

Tom and his team did a great job installing our new heat pump and water heater. I thought this would be a really noisy process, but it wasn’t. Once again, just a great team. The house is warm at a much lower temperature than using our old gas furnace.

I looked at several different options before selecting Wise. Matt was by far the most thorough estimator and spent a great deal of time reviewing his estimate with me.

I recently had Wise Home Energy install a new 97% efficiency furnace in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They took the time to explain the benefits of upgrading to a higher-efficiency furnace, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in both comfort and energy savings since the installation.

Additionally, they performed air sealing and added insulation to my home. This made a huge impact on the overall comfort level, especially during the colder months. I’m now experiencing fewer drafts, and my heating system runs less frequently, which is helping to lower my energy bills.

The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They left the work area clean, and I didn’t have to worry about anything during the process. I’m confident that my home is now much more energy-efficient, and I appreciate the noticeable improvement in indoor air quality and comfort.

True professionals. Wise Energy Systems a complete energy audit of our house and then addressed all t,he issues and developed a plan to take care of air leakage, insulation, etc. They did everything taking care to address ALL of the issues. They also replaced our hot water heater with a new heat pump water heater. They also took care of any necessary rebates that were available. Workers were great, polite and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them. It was truly a very good experience and made our home more energy efficient.

Energy audit and full house insulation - wonderful company to work with. My team was JT, Arik and David, who worked well together, were organized, efficient, thorough and friendly. They took the time to answer questions I had throughout the process. They were very careful with the house and left it in good shape.

My only issue with Wise was the slow communications during the proposal and quote process. I often had to nudge them to get the info I was waiting on.

Crew lead, Alex, and technician, replaced my hot water heater on 6/3/25, as phase one of my NYSERDA project. They were on time, quick, quiet, and very neat. Alex did a wonderful job of explaining how the hot water heater works. I highly recommend this company as doing well what they say they are going to do.

Russ and Richar did a Heat Pump Water Heater installation to replace my old unit and did a great job. Friendly and quick and everything was in perfect shape when they finished. Will definitely recommend to others.

This company is very good at explaining details of service. They helped me navigate a reduced price for a new furnace ! Also reduced price for installing an outside vent system that my bathroom needed very much! Now maybe I can conquer the mold on ceiling and walls! Jamie put in vent system in timely manner and left areas very clean. Same with furnace installation done by two other staff members. Highly recommend this company

I was so happy to get a new hvac system. The guys had to come in my house for several days to accomplish the work. They installed new pipes so the heat would come from the ceiling instead of the crumbling ducts in my slab foundation. I appreciated how they listened to my needs. Thank you Russ, Tom, Alex, Jason and Richard. And especially Matt who made it happen. Great company.
