Tom, Russ, and Richard assessed my home's heating issues issue thoroughly, talked me through my options, completed the work in a clean and timely fashion and gave me useful advice about best next steps for my home. Grateful for the work they did and would work with them again.

Nick from Wise Home Energy performed a home assessment. Recommendations included replacing an old water heater, providing door sweeps, hatch insulation, a new smart exhaust fan switch, a new low flow shower head, and installing an electric line for a new electric stove. Work was done by Nick, Russ and Richar ( water heater), Liban and Jamie ( door sweeps, shower head and new switch), and John Lopez ( wiring). Every one was efficient, respectful of property, on time and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company and its employees to anyone looking to make their home more energy efficient.

Russ and Richar did an immaculate job installing the furnace,hot water tankand air conditioner. Very professional and great attention to detail. Afterwords Russ was very informitive on how theese appliances worked and the maintence for them.The clean up was also inpeckable.I strongley recomend Wise Home Energy

Went through the NYSERDA inspection process and found a number of problems in the attic (including mold and blocked or unconnected vents). Kirk @ Wise provided the best home assessment of anyone that came in to give us inspections and estimates (I learned all kinds of stuff). Price for the attic, basement insulation, and new hot water heater was unbeatable, then Jamie, Sean, and the crew were thorough, careful, and provided us plenty of updates throughout. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Sean Alden and his crew - Stephen, Michael, and Caleb - over the last couple of days while they navigated my drafty attics and basement. They were professional and kind, efficient and tidy, and just one night of attic insulation over my bedroom and I could already feel the difference! I ran the quote past a friend who is a commercial construction project manager and was told that I was getting an amazing deal for the work being done and I agree.

I had insulation done by this company and was very dissatisfied with the mix message on the part of the owner of Wise and the contractor Kirk who assured me that they would return and assess how to remediate ice damming that occurs to the point that blocks of ice fell from the roof and damaged the awning over my rear door . I feel blessed that no member of the household was exiting at the time the ice fell. I submitted pictures and kept all emails and texting while trying to work with this company . I was told by NYSERDA that because of a time line , I would be able to go back through Wise top perhaps receive additional funds to correct the problem that I strongly feel is based on a failure to adequately Fill crevices that were around a skylight in the attic of my home . I feel that little or no real regards is given to city residents . I would caution anyone not to use this company and do your own research prior to applying for the energy services . I have a beautiful city resident and it now has issues that I must seek remediations to assure my home integrity. I have no intentions of doing business with Wise now or in the future .

Wise has done a great job working with me to figure out what projects makes sense for my home. Matt Oyer did a great job helping me find any state programs I would qualify for. The work is done with efficiency and care - I have already told both of my neighbors how great a job Russ and Richar did in installing a new hot water heater.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sean , Steven,Caleb, Luis, J.T and Erik.They came to my house to install new insulation in my attic and basement. From the moment Sean came to my door, I could tell how professional, polite, and knowledgeable he was. I didn't feel rushed in any way. The whole team went above and beyond to keep us informed, what they were doing and why they were doing it. When they left, everything was as clean as it was when they got here. I started the purchase with Ryan in the main office. He was a pleasure to work with and, he was very knowledgeable. On installation day Alex arrived with Leo. Alex went above and beyond the entire time on the complete installation. He explained each step of the process with me so that I wouldn’t be surprised with any problems. He was extremely thorough with each step of the installation. And he was also extremely knowledgeable, neat, careful and précis, with both the indoor unit as well as the outdoor unit. He also made sure that everything was installed in a straight order. He was accompanied by Leo who too was a great worker. He listened to everything Alex needed, to guarantee a problem free installation. I would highly recommend Wise Energy for your heating and cooling needs. They were priced well below other companies pricing. And they insured that I was comfortable with the entire process from the beginning to the end.

Sean, Eric and Li did a great job on our insulation improvements. They were here 2 days in the cold and always were cheerful and left the house clean. The installation went smoothly and we are so glad we picked Wise to do the work!

We had insulation and weather stripping done. They removed all of the old fiberglass to the point of shop vaccing before installing new. Incredibly professional, thorough, and timely team. Good communication. Super friendly and helpful. Quality work. Highly recommend.

Wise did work in our house via a NYSERDA grant. Jamie and the crew of Sean, Nelson, Liban, and Aric did an excellent and professional job of insulating our attic space and the basement area. They laid down plenty of drop cloths, so there was very little mess. They even vacuumed any mess that was made. We were told the work would need to be completed in two days, but they did it all in one, which was nice. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

I had Alex and Matt out today for a heat pump water heater install with new breaker, fresh air intake for the furnace and new line run for the condensation line over to the sump pump. Both guys were professional and were more than willing to explain different aspects of what they were doing to me. Wise installed a new heat pump and insulated my attic. Matt Oyer oversaw the project. Alex led the heat pump installation. Nelson led the insulation team. Every single person involved in the process and work being done were professionals. They treated my home with care as they did their work. Both Alex and Nelson explained everything as they worked and answered all of my questions patiently. Matt and the team at Wise were able to obtain funds through NY- NYSERDA to help me afford these upgrades. When I started this purchase, I obtained multiple quotes and worked with other companies. There is a lot of misinformation out there. But if you are looking for a company to TRUST, choose Wise Home Energy. I am a person who expects a lot, but they met and exceeded my standards.
