The whole Wise team was wonderful! Ryan was especially terrific he went above and beyond. I was going through an energy program and had an issue with my furnace (that was only 4 years old) which had to be repaired before they could complete their project. He did everything humanly possible to help me to get it fixed.After a couple of months of back and forth with the installer, manufacture, and Ryan (God bless him) I finally got the furnace fixed and the project could proceed. They insulated underneath my home and it feels so much warmer now. They also did a few minor things like upgrade a power strip and made sure there was no air leaks in the doorways and put sealing strips where needed. Overall they were efficient and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who needs upgrades for energy efficiency. Thank you Wise for all you did.

Everything was fantastic from this company. From the start, with the project lead Nick running the home energy test and follow ups, to the guys Michael, Luis, and Liban completing the work itself, everything went so well. The guys were prepared and thorough, laying down tarps through the house so as not to track mess everywhere. They completed an insulation job on my attic and as a result, I had a 42% decrease in air leakage in the house, and things are much more comfortable as the cold sets in.

Overall, Wise has been an excellent choice, there was some communication issues early on with getting the work scheduled, everything still went well, and I understand as this is a smaller operation. I will be using them again.

Wise Home Energy did an awesome job on my home. Matt completed the home energy audit and was incredibly thorough and informative.

The insulation crew—Jamie, Steven, Erik, Sean, Michael, Caleb, and Luis—were great and did fantastic work. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work.

The HVAC team—Tom, Alex, and Russ—also did a great job. The install went smoothly, and they were all super professional.

Kirk with Wise home energy is one of the most patient, understanding and HUMAN person I’ve ever dealt with for any kind of contractor work.
He has been available any time I’ve had an issue, did a thorough job with pre work inspection and explained every detail of what he needed to do, and what needed to happen afterwards.
I was able to get my furnace installed very quickly once approval went through and haven’t had a problem since!

I had wise come out and give me an estimate for a furnace ac and full insulation redo of my home. When I called I spoke with a wonderful lady (I am sorry I forgot her name) and she did a proper intake of what I was looking for and information on my home so when they came out they knew what they were looking at. She is the only one who did this out of the 4+ other companies I called. All the other companies just took my name and my address and set the appointment but didn’t do a full intake. Kirk came out and gave me a full run down of what I truly needed and what would be the best for me and my family. They worked with us on price and we signed. Later Russ and Richar came out and did the install of the furnace and ac and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were quick, professional and courteous. They also took the time to walk me through my new unit, what is different about it and set me up for success with my new set up. If you are in the market I would highly recommend giving wise a chance.

The insulation team was absolutely fantastic. Steven, Li and Caleb were so respectful and kind when they came to work on our home. They were extremely thorough, cleaned up after the work and made sure that everything they did was done correctly. They made sure it was safe outside for our service dog and even cleaned up our porch even though it wasn’t too much. They Represented Wise Home Energy with such commitment and dedication. Wise Home Energy exceeded our expectations on every level. We purchased an older house in Brighton, and started with a home energy audit and discovered significant areas of deficiencies. Jeff explained the readings and output of the audit and helped devise a plan that would bring the home to an energy efficient state. While I had done some research on HVAC systems, I probably would have ‘overbought’. Jeff helped us right size our purchases to best support the square footage requirements of the house while maximizing purchasing dollars.

This 1952 house was drafty and cold. The Wise team insulated the attic and sealed areas of air leakage, while also installing correct bathroom ventillation. Both the insulation teams and the HVAC install teams were extremely courteous, professional and respectful of our property. We had other contractors in the house and the Wise teams were flexible in accommodating and working around painters, tilers and plumbers.

We worked with Christina to schedule services - and like the rest of the Wise team, she was friendly and efficient. At every step in the process, the Wise team showed that they really cared about the project we were working on together. Jeff secured a New York State rebate (that I wasn’t even aware of) to offset some of the project costs. The quality of workmanship and their dedication to making sure every step of our project was completed well was phenomenal. We’d give more than 5 stars if they were available. We highly recommend Wise Home Energy.
