Fast and thorough! They got my APU running the same day. All in all a great experience. The also do trailer repair and washouts.

Can't do a washout because their hose is frozen. Did yall not store it? It's winter... it's not hard to put shit away. But not doing it at all today? Biggest lie ever.

I'm an OTR driver out of Georgia. I came in because my unit would not heat. The service tech performed several test to pinpoint the problem. At the end of the day, he was honest about what the issue was and upfront with the cost of the job. They had me in and out in a few hours. It was great to receive 1st class service with a shop as a first time customer. From the young lady at the service window, to the technician that came out to look at my unit and all the way to the shop manager getting me squared away, I would definately recommend Upstate Thermo King. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I had another issue with my unit.

Called to see if I could get a PM done on my Reefer unit and they said yea come on in.. waiting maybe 30 mins and they pulled me in. mechanic was thorough and updated me and ask me if there had been any issues etc. was very happy with the service

Great people to work with my espar heater went out and they stayed late to fix it. So I can have heat in my truck top notch guys I would recommend them to anyone for apu needs.. thank again nick

I was having trouble with my Tripac. I went as far with it as I could. I called UTK, and the woman that answered, checked with the Service manager, and told me to come right in, they'd work me in.

I got there roughly a half an hour later, checked in, and was told the tech would get to me as soon as he could. I looked out my passenger mirror 10 minutes later, and Gary, was working on the Tripac.

It took him about 15-25 minutes to find the problem, and I was back on the road in an hour. Gary did an awesome job! I won't hesitate to use their service department again.

Friendly Folks, professional team on site. bring in my reefer trailer for a quick repair. Kevin is a great gentleman to work with, he even offered me fresh coffee while waiting on the service.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Was a pleasure to have them in our office. Our usually company couldn't get here fast enough in such heat so we asked Madco Mechanical Services to come out. Madco worker even commended our other company for doing an outstanding job! That makes them #1 on my list!!!

We needed a new split system because ours has broken down and stopped working. We contacted MADCO on a friends recommendation and we were so pleased. They were attentive to our call, got over to do the work in a timely fashion and were professional and polite throughout the process. They even recommended ways to make sure we were operating the systems for maximum efficiency. We have since called them back with a few questions and they answered promptly and were very helpful. I would highly recommend MADCO!!!

I was truly impressed with MADCO Mechanical Services with the price quoted, type of new furnace RHEEM/RUUD and most of all with the install. Three technicians showed up at expected time and started to replace the old furnace. Chris, James and Hunter worked all together without any issues. Within 6 hours old furnace was out of house, new installed and was being tested. The install went very well. At the end of the day I went down too check out and the basement was all picked up, vacuum and all scraped junk taken out. It was a pleasure being with the 3 installers and most of all working with Mike Dalton.

Will Dalton was my service guy so let me get into this is my second time that will help me out fixing my problems at my home I had a heating issue when he first came out to my house he's very knowledgeable about his work great customer service nice guy all the way around. Second time was my water tank I thought I was gonna have to buy a new tank but again will got it back up and running so if your looking for a man for the job I highly recommend will Dalton for the job you won't regret it thanks will keep up the good work. Northeast mechanical is my new go too.

Had a breakdown, will called early and showed up when he said he would be here. He got our system running again and it was a lot less than we thought it would be. I would recommend him to any who will listen.
