Great local supply house that doesnt suck to have to visit!!! Staff is very friendly, & welcoming. They always have, or can get whatever parts, or equipment. They are local dealers for Mitsubishi, Rheem, & Ruud.,
So they usually have, or can get can whatever parts, or equipment is needed for commercial or residential HVAC. I am a huge Rheem/Ruud fan and personally think that they make some of the best residential HVAC Equipment, so it is great to have a local supplier to come to. MOST IMPORTABTLY, i am an HVAC service tech, so when i need parts after hours, i know i can count on them to answer their phone and not give me an attitude about having to open up for parts like alot of the other suppliers do.

***SIDE NOTE*** Justin is by far Meiers Rochester branch MVP. That guy is a pleasure to deal with, and will go the extra mile to try to help you, He deserves a raise, and a vacation for sure!!

Ryan is professional, courteous, honest, and punctual. He found the leak in my ac system and made sure it wasn't the only leak. They really care about the customer at temp pros.

Scheduling was a breeze. The office staff was friendly and accommodating, and they were able to find a convenient appointment time for me quickly.

The technician who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to thoroughly assess my HVAC system and explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
